We are RVers and love to stay in quiet, away from traffic, places; we thought others might as well so we decided to share our property.

Private, semi rural property of 1 plus acre to house your RV while traveling or availing local activities; there is a home on the property. Close to Boulder CO and other towns, easy access and quiet place to stay that is not an RV park.
RV must be self contained with a toilet. We do NOT provide septic of any kind.
Generators may not be used, however we can supply 30 amp for a small fee during hot summer months. Pets must be leashed and waste picked up. No more than 2 pets per unit. We do not allow generators as we provide power for hot times.
We ask that the AC is off when the RV is unoccupied. Water as needed but there is NO sewer for dumping. This is a short term space for seeing the area and visiting people that you know. The camp spot is on 1 acre behind the house. You can enter and exit going forward. Tow car allowed but one vehicle per unit.

Welcome to our charming 2-acre meadow nestled in East Boulder. Just minutes from town - near bike trails, shops and restaurants. A great pitstop on your way to or from the mountains - or base camp for the adventures in Front Range. We aren't fancy, but we are convenient, cozy and safe. Gate code will be provided 48 hours before arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: We have entered MOSQUITO SEASON!!! This seems strange for Colorado but our meadow is surrounded by wetlands. It’s the worst when the sun is setting. Highly recommend bug spray.
We have spots in the wide open meadow for Tents, Motorhomes, Vans, Trailers, and Rooftop setups. The grounds are a bit sloped but we've got leveling boards (please leave them behind).
We've got Boulder's best eggs, a few walking paths through tall wild grasses, a campfire ring, solar shower, small sink, gas grill, and a lovely porta-jon.
We can handle RVs up to 45 feet - truck and trailer. It’s a big field, but a narrow, winding and steep gravel ramp to get in and out.
We have a community fire pit with free burn wood, though the big logs are few and far between; your own firewood is recommended - as well as an ax or saw. If it's windy, please skip the fire... the BFD is very strict about this!!
We have well water feeding a solar shower (only hot when the sun shines) and sink (non potable unless you have a filter).
We have a wading / dog pool continually refreshed from the creek. It’s a saving grace in the summertime.
Please help yourself to eggs up at the coop - look for the Venmo QR. The chickens free range during the day, so please MIND YOUR DOG.

We loved being in Michelle's Perfect Driveway. She is wonderful. She answered all our questions and having WI-Fi is always nice. She was centrally located in a nice area between all the places we needed to be during our time in Colorado. I would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back. We had our 4 cats with us and they did really well in this quiet area.

Booked last minute and couldn't be happier! Just a small park spot that looked out onto flat land and mountains in the distance. The site was well maintained and the portapotty was clean.
Andy was super nice and accommodated me on very short notice.
I didnt get to utilize the fire pit or tables and chairs, but I would gladly visit again!
Just be aware the train tracks are riiiight there. I wasn't asleep yet for the first time and I was up early so the second didn't affect me. But it is loud!

Sabin and Randy were very friendly and helpful. The site is quite funky, as others have reported. I think if you’re attending a concert (which we were not) at Red Rocks, this is the perfect spot. For us, the lack of an installed toilet was a problem as it was past service and rather unpleasant to use. The shower, on the other hand, was very nice. For the nightly cost, we would recommend that Sabin and Randy install a regular toilet to enhance the stay of their guests. We did enjoy walking around the area and into town for dinner.

Really great communication. Friendly hosts. Perfect location 3 minutes to downtown Morrison and 5 minutes to the Red Rocks parking lots (when there’s no traffic). Right across the street from Mt Falcon hiking. I thought the property is great for the price. The shower was a huge bonus and we would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay at A-Lodge! The space is so fantastic, absolutely beautiful, and the amenities are amazing. We had an amazing spot right next to the river and the space is well cared for. Hosts are friendly, the space is welcoming, and not far from Boulder.
Just a heads up, the strung lights are NOT turned off at night. It made the space warm and the walk to the bathroom well lit, but it was very bright in our tent through the night. Still, loved the space and we’ll be back and highly recommend the sites!

Bonnie’s land is set up really well with multiple campsites in a peaceful meadow area. I stayed at Sideline, which was on the end, so I only had one neighbor. My 21' camper was easy to turn around in the meadow and I could pull right up to my spot without any trouble. The Russian olives were in bloom during my stay and smelled amazing. I’d definitely stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for: an easy getaway we didn't have to think about, allowing us to squeeze it in between other things we had going on. Brooke accommodated us last minute and responded to any correspondence immediately. The surroundings were beautiful and the clean porta potty along with the sink for washing were amazing. We loved watching the chickens, dog and cat on the property! Other friendly campers were around if you felt like being social or making s'mores but we were able to keep to ourselves just the same. The small planes flying over were cool and the incredible birds and their songs from our favorite Walden and Sawhill ponds next door make you forget you're not far from a road that gets you to anything you need in 5 minutes. Again, the perfect easy pause close to everything!

This was an amazing stay. The farm has 4 generations of family history and was originally homesteaded in the 1800s. I felt so much peace here. It was perfect. We got to see an air battle between eagles and Hawks. We watched prairie dogs and rabbits. We listened to the cows. We saw beaitiful sunsets and sunrise. It was quiet.
Practically: well located. Amazing views. Level spots. Super easy access. 5 spots around a central pasture with a communal grill and table.
The hosts are some of the kindest people I've met on my 10 month trip. You'll be welcomed from the minute you drive on the property.
A definite 10 out of 10.
Oh, and get the eggs! The duck eggs were so good!
