Camp Stoney Meadows

13 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents120 acres · Big Bend, CA
We've been enjoying this special spot with family and friends for over 25 years, and now we want to share it with you. We appreciate the four seasons here on our 120 acres in the beautiful Cascade Range between Mt. Lassen and Mt. Shasta. Our property is adjacent to Shasta Trinity National Forest. It's a working ranch with tree farms, animals, hydroelectric power, sawmill, gardens, orchards, creeks, springs, trails, and our camp alongside Kosk Creek. We're 54 miles from Redding off of 299E, (about 1-1/2 hour drive). The last mile or so of the road here can be pretty rough, but on arrival, you'll know it's worth the trip! No Cell phone service available here, so it's the perfect opportunity to unplug. We do have a land line up at the house in case of an emergency. Also, if you really need it, WiFi is available at the house.

Hill Road

1 site · RV27 acres · Mount Shasta, CA
This campsite is a full hook up RV pad that can accommodate up to two RV's. If you would like to bring along a friend with an RV or van for the second spot please let me know. We rent it out as one site, so you will have it to yourself. Campers are asked to stay within the RV site. The site does sit on the edge of the property so I would consider it semi- private. A picnic table is provided.

Heeled Heart Ranch

1 site · RV210 acres · Red Bluff, CA
Spring time is the best time in the Northstate upper valley of California. Views of snow capped mountains from the green rolling hill pastures Old ranch, approximately 210 acres, with cattle (leave in May), seasonal river, and a pond. Adventure out on the ranch you will often see wild pigs, coyotes, and deer. Considerations; we do have beehives in a lower pasture, so if you're allergic this may not be a good fit. Cattle are currently on so a rule of thumb is leave a gate how you find it. DO NOT APPROACH CATTLE. They will ignore you just leave alone. If you have a dog must be leashed or contained at all times.
