Check us out on Instagram @koozeefarm. One RV spot available at this time with no electricity, water, or sewage system on a magical up-and-coming farm. We just moved here one year ago and are working to turn this into a small hobby farm for people to visit and have a memorable experience. It is right on the Scott River and has a creek flowing through the center of it. We have a vegetable garden, lots of fruit trees, and very lovable chickens to visit with. There is a common space with a gas fire pit, bar, and dart board to hang in after spending the day hiking through the National Forest surrounding the property. There is a small town 15 minutes down the road with a grocery store, library, brewery, butcher, bakery, and distillery. The Callahan Emporium is only 3 minutes up the road and has snacks, burgers, live music, bee,r and wine! We have everything you need while surrounded by beautiful nature.

We took a road trip around NorCal in a 32' RV. Dawn's site provided a perfectly located stop point for us on 299 with full hookups. The site is easy to get in and out of, everything is meticulously well-maintained. There is a cafe just across the street (walking 1 min) with great coffee (and food) that they roast and distribute themselves. The owners are very welcoming and will help answer any questions you may have. And of course you're right on the Trinity river, so bald eagles and deer crossing river is what you'll get.
