Just bring yourself and we have everything else!! Nestle up in the Cozy Gnome Home, a 1967 vintage trailer and listen to the symphony of frogs in the creek just outside your window. With love and labor... we gutted, redesigned and restored this little trailer for the ultimate functioning space for two. Nice little kitchen with copper counters and everything you need for cooking and dining. A Berkey filter for clean water, hardwood floors and a comfy bed complete with organic mattress, down comforter and cotton sheets. Fold out dining table if you care to (or need to) eat indoors. There is also an outdoor kitchen space with a sink (no hot water), gas grill, propane burner (bring your own small canister) and a patio table and chairs. We have a charcoal grill available too. The creek runs mostly year round so feel free to get your feet wet on a hot sunny day. We also have an outdoor warm shower and sink as well as a hot water kitchen sink that you can share with other campers. You are welcome to cruise the property and check out the chickens, ducks and horses. We have three dogs on the ranch, a deaf and incredibly sweet pitbull ( he is a food thief so store food and garbage as though raccoons were a problem), a curious and playful ranch dog Pluto (who will be your tour guide) and a Boston Bulldogge, Astrid. We are surrounded by orchards which have some of the best apples and pears in the country. Seasonally you can stop by many apple markets and do a tasting. We also have a lively wine tasting venue less than a mile away. Avila Beach is a short 4 miles away and we are happy to share bikes if we have them available but can't guarantee any. Our location is a bikers' dream as the 13 mile scenic road takes you all the way into SLO. NOTE: If you want to bring others to camp, please note that they need to bring their own tents and supplies, we only have room for two but welcome self sufficient campers to join you :) also, we have a camp stove you can use to cook on but bring your own little green propane canister.

The Tiny House: A Fairy tale cottage style wooden tiny home built in the 1980's with a bottle wall, full bath, and reading nook. This three story wonder will leave you inspired to step into your own story. Fully equipped with a small kitchen, queen bed, reading nook and two beautiful outdoor decks, you'll feel like you stepped into another world. The Main Bungalow is a 1970's GEM, built by a movie industry icon with views of the valley through the stunning and huge five windows overlooking the Salinas River. Our 42 acres is located at the beginning of the award winning Adelaide Wine trail in Paso Robles. Our ranch was once home to a horse boarding and breeding ranch which bred Paso Fino horses, known for their beautiful gait. Having been a horse ranch, it left us with some nice trails that you can enjoy during your stay. We have some nice uphill walks to view your local surroundings while sitting to enjoy a glass of wine or you morning cup of coffee/tea. We are on a well out here so at times you may get a sulphur/mineral smell to the water. Please bring your own drinking/cooking water. It is safe to shower, my hair feels so much thicker! On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey). Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots. but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them. We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen. Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited. Please feel free to walk the property and become one with nature while observing the local indigenous floral and fauna.

We built a little house, then we built a big house, we added farm animals, kids, fruit trees, a jam line, a pond, and more keep coming! So come up and enjoy the farm like we did in the good old days! We provided a propane fire pit during the fire ban, bring propane and charcoal etc. There is a well lit bathroom with hot shower and flushable toilet 50 yards away. Please use that shower for the casita. We have a moderate climb hiking trail down the road, Cerro Alto, that offers beautiful views of our coastline. Simply sit back and watch the the wild turkeys and deer roaming freely on our land, or head out to taste some of San Luis Obispo County award winning wines. Pack in and pack out your trash please.

To the west is an unobstructed view of the Los Padres National forest, sunsets over the coast ridge from Junipero Serra peak to the north and Rocky Butte to the south. To the east is Williams Hill BLM area, with clear views of the sunrise. To the southeast is Lake San Antonio. Nacimiento Lake is a beautiful 45 minute drive to the south. Although the dirt access road can be a little dusty and bumpy for a sports car, in the 35 years I've been here it has always been accessible for a 2 wheel drive vehicle. The property is at the end of the road. No traffic, no noise, only views of the surrounding area. If you are interested in night skies, the milky way is a constant. After winter rains, everything is green and wild flowers are abundant. Stay and enjoy the vistas or travel relatively short distances for hiking in the Los Padres forest, drive CA HWY 1, visit Paso Robles wineries, boat or fish at Lake San Antonio or Lake Nacimiento. Nearby Williams Hill BLM area for hunting, shooting or ATV riding. For hunters and fisherman, Ft Hunter Liggett is to the immediate west. Occasional weekend's be entertained by military training and occasional aircraft, helicopters and planes. It is so quiet that you can hear vehicles passing several miles away on Jolon Rd in the valley below. Visitors travel to Morro bay, Avila beach to the south or Big Sur and Monterey Bay to the north. Motorcycle enthusiasts can enjoy 100's of miles of uncrowded country roads. Host is an avid motorcyclist and will provide enough helpful guidance for all levels of riding. Corbin saddle in Hollister is a great destination for lunch and a custom made seat by appointment. Getaway to the central coast of California and leave the city behind. We are surrounded by orchards which have some of the best apples and pears in the country. Seasonally you can stop by many apple markets and do a tasting. On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey). Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots. but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them. We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen. Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. Situated on 12 acres, our property is a great spot where you can unplug, unwind and simply check out from your daily chaos. Sit back and enjoy the songs of the evening crickets and frogs. We are located on Hwy 41, a 10 minute drive to the coast, the famous Morro Rock, and 20 minutes from both San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles where you will find shopping, fine restaurants and plenty of local wineries in the area. We are lucky to have over 300 award winning wineries in our area so if you like wine, this is a great place to tour and taste! Frog Hollow is perfectly located for the weekend break or a leisurely mid-week holiday. Come visit us and check out our lovely land and quaint comfy living. Sabyl, our Border Collie, is around and may head down to greet you at some point during your stay. Our free standing casita is cozy and nestled in a natural serene creekside setting. The loft has a spacious queen size bed for your sleeping pleasure with adjustable reading lights on either side of the bed. The living area offers a fold down couch for another adult or 2 kids. There is a kitchenette with a toaster oven, electric tea kettle and coffee maker. There is a charcoal Weber bbq grill and a propane gas 2 burner stove. We provided a propane fire pit during the fire ban, bring propane and charcoal etc. There is a well lit bathroom with hot shower and flushable toilet 50 yards away. Please use that shower for the casita. We have a moderate climb hiking trail down the road, Cerro Alto, that offers beautiful views of our coastline. Simply sit back and watch the the wild turkeys and deer roaming freely on our land, or head out to taste some of San Luis Obispo County award winning wines. Pack in and pack out your trash please.

To the west is an unobstructed view of the Los Padres National forest, sunsets over the coast ridge from Junipero Serra peak to the north and Rocky Butte to the south. To the east is Williams Hill BLM area, with clear views of the sunrise. To the southeast is Lake San Antonio. Nacimiento Lake is a beautiful 45 minute drive to the south. Although the dirt access road can be a little dusty and bumpy for a sports car, in the 35 years I've been here it has always been accessible for a 2 wheel drive vehicle. The property is at the end of the road. No traffic, no noise, only views of the surrounding area. If you are interested in night skies, the milky way is a constant. After winter rains, everything is green and wild flowers are abundant. Stay and enjoy the vistas or travel relatively short distances for hiking in the Los Padres forest, drive CA HWY 1, visit Paso Robles wineries, boat or fish at Lake San Antonio or Lake Nacimiento. Nearby Williams Hill BLM area for hunting, shooting or ATV riding. For hunters and fisherman, Ft Hunter Liggett is to the immediate west. Occasional weekend's be entertained by military training and occasional aircraft, helicopters and planes. It is so quiet that you can hear vehicles passing several miles away on Jolon Rd in the valley below. Visitors travel to Morro bay, Avila beach to the south or Big Sur and Monterey Bay to the north. Motorcycle enthusiasts can enjoy 100's of miles of uncrowded country roads. Host is an avid motorcyclist and will provide enough helpful guidance for all levels of riding. Corbin saddle in Hollister is a great destination for lunch and a custom made seat by appointment. Getaway to the central coast of California and leave the city behind. Megan was welcoming, patient (I asked her a number of questions) and responsive - even on Thanksgiving evening. The property is in a GREAT location so close to SLO, Montaña de Oro, Morro Bay, wineries and so much more. (The weather prevented us from experiencing that and so much more but it’s easy to build a great trip when staying at Megan’s place.) The dream catcher exceed my expectations and was so cute and cozy, had a lot of extra amenities such as a propane fire pit, hot running water and a flushable toilet and the host so graciously provided towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a hair dryer! The setting itself is so beautiful and has an amazing view. The “kitchen” provided has a few things but I would recommend bringing your own equipment for cooking. Lastly, the bed is very firm and unfortunately we were unable to sleep well on it at all, we used some of the outdoor chair cushions to add some extra comfort to it which helped us sleep better the second night but if you aren’t used to an extra firm mattress I would recommend bringing some extra cushion/padding. I would definitely go back again despite this as we had a lovely time. We were lucky enough to have the property to ourselves that weekend so our experience was very private but would just like to mention that the dream catcher site is located between the two other main camping sites on this property. Otherwise this place was super cool and definitely a neat find!

Such a cute and cozy loft! It was bigger than we expected and it was great that they had all the amenities! The outdoor is super cute and it was great that they had BBQ. The host also made sure we had enough pellets to keep warm throughout the night. Loved how it was dog friendly, though I didnt think it would be best off leash.... We were able to walk to nearby winery, chill, enjoy nature and eat good food. High recommend this stay!

Kenneth's property was absolutely gorgeous! It is so quiet, so peaceful and relaxing. We stayed at the beginning of November and the weather was perfect. A little chilly at night but not too bad. You can see all the stars in the sky. It was so nice to be away from all the noise of the city. We definitely will be going back!

We had a fantastic time at vinyl vinyards. It was not only beautiful but it had everything we needed. There was only one thing that might have enhanced our stay. Our host let us know in advance that there was a heater in the camper but we couldn't get it to work. Other than that, we really enjoyed it! Would love to go back!

What an excellent, relaxing way to get away! Everything we needed was pretty much provided and the bedding was substantial and comfy. We had a thunderstorm hit and even that was a nice experience. A great way to experience mother nature firsthand! We never got wet or were uncomfortable in any way. A hot soak in the tub with my sweetie while stargazing was the trips fav! If you are particular about your cookware, I would bring a good pan and maybe a knife but other than that everything was peaceful. All the wineries around was a plus also!

I originally booked the Dream Catcher, but due to repairs, Laura kindly upgraded us to the Tiny Home! A kind host, they would answer my every Q and offer if we needed anything extra like more charcoal to grill. Upon walking in, you will be blown away 😍 A cozy, vintage & artistic gem, lots of unique decor 🌱 We spun some vinyl, danced under the dimmed lighting, enjoyed homemade meals on the patio, stargazed 🌌 and took in those sunrise views 🌄 It did get a bit chilly at night, but the space heater worked well and the bed was very comfy 😌 WiFi was also steady for streaming movies. Now, the stairs to the sleeping loft / reading nook are steep & narrow — so it can be tricky for those with mobility or body-size considerations. Also, the hot water lasted about 5 minutes before turning lukewarm — just something to be aware of. On the other hand, really appreciated the cleaning supplies & disinfectant sprays that were provided 🧽 All in all, this is truly an ideal stay. From being only 15 minutes away from the world-famous Sensorio Light Exhibit, to then beautiful drives towards the coast, this made for a wonderful getaway. We hope to be able to return down the line 🥰

Direction to the camp is clear. The tents are sturdy and good looking. The stove works really well. We felt secure and welcomed during the stay. Truly appreciate Mr. Kenney hospitality. Their dogs are beautiful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Kenney and Sarah are amazing hosts! They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The first night I was the only camper, but I still felt completely safe the whole time. The property is so beautiful ,peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature with open skies and fresh air. The tent itself was so cozy and had everything I needed!Their dogs are the sweetest and made the place feel even more welcoming. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a relaxing escape and some time to recharge. I left feeling refreshed and grateful, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a beautiful and peaceful getaway.

We had an amazing stay here! We were traveling back to Southern California from San Francisco and found ourselves needing to stop soon, but didn't prefer a motel in King City. We're so happy we found Stephan and his beautiful setup not far off the 101, west of King City. The RV was spotless, cozy, and perfectly set up for a comfortable getaway. The views are absolutely stunning — both during the day and especially at night with a sky full of stars right outside the door. Stargazing in front of the fire pit was the highlight of our trip! The host went above and beyond with his hospitality. We had forgotten groceries for breakfast, and he kindly provided us with organic free range eggs, ham, and even fresh fruit so we didn’t have to stress. Cooking and eating outside while enjoying the scenery was such a highlight. Between the peaceful setting, the fire pit for evenings under the stars, and the thoughtful touches from the host, this was one of the best camping experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, comfort, and nature.

Such a cool place and idea. It was absolutely worth every penny. It’s so quiet and peaceful, and the view was so expansive. Some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen. The stars were also unbelievable. The hospitality was fantastic. They provide you with everything. Running water for showers and a sink. An outdoor toilet. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, but that’s about it. Will absolutely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Enney’s Ranch! Kenney was super nice and incredibly accommodating—he gave us clear directions, met us when we arrived, and made sure we had everything we needed, even providing an extra sleeping bag and a cot as well as small necessities like wine openers and a couple beers. The campsite itself is beautiful, with plenty of open space to walk around and take in the stunning views. Perfect for a peaceful getaway and some unforgettable stargazing. Highly recommend!
