Full hookup RV site located 10 miles from Levi’s Stadium. You will be parked in a driveway on level, clean concrete. The space can accommodate RVs up to 43'. Distances are approximately 20' to the sewer line, 37' to water, and 35' to electricity. Sewer access is available on an as-needed basis when tanks are full. Water and electricity are available 24/7, with both 30-amp and 50-amp service. Please bring your own water-tight sewer hose and extensions, water hoses, as well as electrical extension cords. No other spaces on the property are available. No bathrooms are available. There are tenants in the adjacent house and neighbors nearby, so a quiet policy is in place. We wanted to take our new van on its first overnight and Delta Shores is nearby! It was easy to find, we were welcomed and given the lay of the land. It’s a great spot with clean bathrooms. We were definitely rough out as our van hasn’t been converted to a camper yet but we had a blast! Took a great walk along the delta both in the evening and the next morning. Will return! Dog loved it!

We camped there with our 30ft Class C for just one night. Great things about the place; quiet and pretty ( nice trees and grass, surrounded by cornfields on 3 sides and the river on the other.) A great wall of blackberries, fresh for the picking. Swimming pool was a nice feature, camp host was great. Not so great, hot tub not very hot, pool could be cleaned. Nothing fancy, but a nice place.

Very good RV resort with all the needed amenities, they even had game room and lot of fun activities for kids too. Kid friendly place as I saw lot of family around. The restrooms need a bit of upgrade though .it has a nice river dock across the street . Don’t have any stores nearby but uber eats will deliver food and groceries

The site we stayed in was nice and quiet, under trees and near the bathrooms (as requested). The majority of people there were in much larger rigs with sewer set up - we just used shore power. Check in was quick and easy and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning so didn't use much other facilities. The only thing I'd warn others of is how quickly the entrance came up - and it's very steep - so pay attention.

1 night at Hwy 160 River Road Scenic Byway

I was in town for a day and a bit, and I was able to park my truck by the river after making dinner, and warm up by my little propane fire. The whole grounds were clean and presentable! Bathroom was spotless, and the caretaker Craig (it could totally be Greg, but I’m horrible with names) was out and about when I arrived-great handshake and happy to help if you need anything! Proximity to the road didn’t end up coming into play as the road is pretty low traffic. It was more a periodic woosh almost like beach sounds, rather than engine noise, I really slept quite well! Julie is easy to reach and an amicable host. Will be back if I’m in that neck of the woods in the future for sure.

A great spot if you’re looking for privacy, and they lock the gate after dark so no other vehicles can come onto the property. So no being boxed in, no noisy other campers. If you have a pup with you, you will need to drive somewhere to walk them as it’s right on the highway and there’s not much walking on the property if you like long walks. Ground is level and firm- so no need to worry about balancing your van/rv/trailer. The view of the Sacramento River is beautiful, and you can park right by the water. Owner of property is friendly and communicative.
