Our property is 2 1/2 acres. We recently built an extremely modern, very private place to park your RV. You can not see the home from where the RV is parked. It's tucked down in between a beautiful wall, a hill and an orchard. On the property is a very large five tiered garden you're welcome to harvest from as well for a small fee. The home sitting at top of property is extremely modern, built by a very well known &local architect. In between the RV site and the home is an incredible pool turned into a pond with a small marsh area and natural cascading waterfall, no chemicals whatsoever. Stay on deck all day with amenities, however no swimming as to not interrupt the eco-system. Four large breed dogs live in home, three are wolf hybrids, one is a pit/lab that thinks he's a wolf. Your RV will be on decorative rock and under shade. A very quiet neighborhood, homes are acres apart. Lights out by 10pm please. Take a bag of fruit from the Orchard when you leave. Very, very high end spot to stay.

Time Traveler Retreat Julian Cabin

Built in the 50’s it is sitting on 2 parcels and is over ½ acre in size. We also have 2 other cabins for rent in Julian for larger groups. The outhouse that you see was used when it was first built and now is for storage. The original owner built the house himself and it was originally on piers alone with no other foundation! There is a folder in the bedroom closet of the house over the years. The decorations were here when we bought it so we kept them to preserve the house’s uniqueness. We treasure this house which is nestled amongst the trees and has so many beautiful birds that visit. Many turkeys love to stop by too! If you hear the deep cooing from the monster doves (who are very shy) you can try to spot one. They are amazing. We really hope you love it as much as we do.

The RV is in a fenced in area that is private with it's own separate entry. There is a cold water outdoor plunge tank, cornhole, picnic table and beautiful sunsets. Thursday nights in Ramona are amazing - there is live music at the local organic grocery store and just across the street a bar has trivia night. Also, there is line dancing and bands at a local spot called "The Barn." There is an incredible 25 minute drive to Julian where you pass the camel dairy, Trumpers Honey Shack, Julian Hard Cidery, Calico Cidery (organic dry and amazing), and then Julian itself. It is one of the most incredible secrets I have ever run across in the county of San Diego (in which I have lived to almost 20 years).

Each Boarding Corral has walking space, shaded corners, automated water feeders, soft dirt, partially sheltered sides and is in close proximity to a round pen, a small arena (turnout) and is encompassed by a small walking track. No two corrals are close enough to each other for the horses to interact, reducing the likelyhood of mishap from a neighbor. Each Weekender Corral comes equipped with the same as the above, excepting only the partially sheltered side panels, and are right next to where you will be parking your trailer or camper. With access to all 38 miles of equestrian trails in the area and less than a 2 mile ride to the beautiful South San Diego beaches, D&J Stables is a prime location for horse men and women everywhere. We have 2 hold tubs that can be added on that over look the coast. Located in the Mar Vista Valley only eight miles from the Pacific Ocean. We enjoy the best weather in the world. The ocean breeze along with gorgeous sunsets adds to the experience. Our private fire pit nestled in the granite boulders is truly one of a kind.
