Did a quick 1 nighter to shake out some gear. Was a great time. Fishing was a blast. Pretty sure we caught the biggest crappy I have ever seen. Camping area is very shady which was nice cause it was hot out!

Caught a few fish from the provided kayaks and even got to meet some baby goats! The people who run the property are awesome, and it’s such a peaceful little spot to relax and enjoy your own private lake. We had a great time—10/10! 🎣🛶🐐

Dante’s place is great - we stayed at site 1, which has a nice tree-covered area to camp with 2 picnic tables. Dante makes a number of single and 2-person canoe and kayaks available for checking out the lake and he generously loaned us a fishing pole for the kids to have a super fun experience. We caught and released 3 fish!
