We are a registered 501 (c)(3) non profit animal rescue/sanctuary! On our 5 acres, we currently house horses, mini donkeys, a mule, goats, sheep, pot bellied pigs, chickens, ducks, a turkey and a huge African Tortoise. Pitch a tent on our 5-acre property and spend some quality time with our menagerie of rescued animals. We are within a few miles of many hiking trails, as well as horse riding trails. If you prefer to stay in a camper rather than pitching a tent please look at our camper for rent listing. Guests love staying here "Oh my goodness!!! What a wonderful experience from the time we stepped out of the car to when we left. The place is kept immaculate. They feed these beautiful creatures the best food, they all have names, and are loved. ❤️ Camping was fun for the (4) of us, myself, 60 yrs. my son, his girlfriend and their 2 1/2 yr. old son. We enjoyed roaming the campus spending as much time as we could with the animals. The owners are there for your questions, (right away), and they leave you alone to enjoy your time. I would recommend this camp to anyone who loves animals and camping."Spend the night in our trailer that sleeps 4 and "rough it" with all the comforts of home! Wake up and spend time mingling with all our rescue animals.

We had the best visit. Ilana was an amazing host. I traveled with my family (two young kids) and they loved helping with the animals. The RV experience was delightful and we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to visit again!

Glamping for good!

This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I took my three grade school kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, fresh air and truly welcoming and patient hostess in Ilana. They are already asking to go back. There is a lot of love and care in the space and the accommodation is well appointed. I love that the proceeds go to support the animals in her space. Cannot wait to cook up the eggs. We will be back.

I recently had an incredible glamping experience in Ilana's trailer at 2 The Rescue Animal Sanctuary. The trailer was immaculate, cozy, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Being surrounded by the sanctuary's beautiful animals added a unique and heartwarming touch to the trip. Ilana was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel right at home. The tranquility of the sanctuary combined with the joy of interacting with the animals made this trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this glamping spot for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature and animals. Can't wait to come back!

Camping in Paradise !

This camper and Ilana’s sanctuary are a magical combination of kindness, relaxation, beauty, and animal hugs. The camper has everything the two of us needed, including a clean shower and toilet as well as air conditioning and a comfy bed. We helped feed the animals, all of whom were super nice, nobody was wild or aggressive, and all really nicely taken care of by Ilana. She has such a sweet relationship with the animals, and you can tell that they reciprocate her love. If you’ve never petted a purring turkey, or brushed a donkey or a huge gentle steer, or fed gourmet salads to very happy ducks, you should definitely come visit Ilana. I’ve heard people say, may life treat you the way you treat your animals, and Ilana can teach us all a thing or two about that. Thanks for our really lovely weekend and for everything you do for the animals!
