Great camp site with some of the best bathrooms I’ve seen camping. Staff is very friendly and it was quiet at night which we appreciated. The salt water pool is awesome. Only downside is there are no Tesla chargers nearby which made it challenging for us to use our car.

Brett’s place is lovely, it’s a very nice home in a beautiful spot. We had a great time exploring the area. We appreciate that it was dog friendly. We were able to hang out at Clear Lake and there are many wineries in the area along with cute breakfast spots and shops. Going home at the end of our day to hang in the hot tub was the best. Brett is super nice, I ended up accidentally leaving my drivers license there and he was able to help me get in touch with the house cleaner Maria who sent it in the mail. I really appreciated them. Definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed the peaceful quite and views form site 6. There were very few sites occupied. The only thing was a group in the next site over played some bass-y music till past midnight. Did not see the host that mentioned coming around at 10 to ensure quiet time.
I would go again and would recommend.

Really liked this campsite; quaint, quiet, safe, and peaceful. Mostly family and kids around. Only 30 min from the swimmable part of the lake. Definitely coming back soon :)

What stood out to me about The Ranch was the peacefulness and open space — it truly felt like a retreat from the noise of everyday life. The land is wide and open, with beautiful views, especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy nature. The host was welcoming and respectful of privacy, and everything felt safe and well cared for. Future Hipcampers can expect a quiet, grounding experience with plenty of room to breathe.

Nice Manager .gave us a ride to the lake so that we could arrange renting a boat. We did walk down to the Marina the next morning, and that's not bad, its all downhill
We found a ride back up the hill. We were in our Class C Motorhome. The site had a great view of the lake. It was clean and had a firepit, which was nice ..but no grate, so bring your own bbq. We had a wonderful day on Lake Sonoma

The sites by the stream are amazing. Listening to the water all night was so peaceful! It’s a plus that they have electrical outlets as well. The facilities are great, but since it was a holiday the garbage was overflowing and bathrooms a bit messy. Assuming they didn’t have enough staff on Memorial Day.

Weekend Trip to Golden Rocks Permaculture Farm
I had an excellent stay at Brenda’s farm. Brenda is a great host, and I’d love to visit again.
I specifically visited for an astrophotography imaging session. I was blessed with 2 cloudless nights and a great escape from light polluted cities. Bortle class 3.

Mandala Springs is a great place for families to stay (there's so much to do: kid-friendly swimming pool, Miniature Golf, paddle boating and kayaking, free yoga, and more. We had a large group of kids and they were never board. I also enjoying the communal campfires (no need to build our own)

Great camping spot with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The campground was clean and well-kept, and it was easy to settle in. The lake is really nice — perfect for relaxing by the water — and they have horseback riding available on site, which was a fun bonus.
Plenty to enjoy without needing to go far. Would definitely come back again.

Wow - what a wonderful spot!
We were greeted with a very clean, open and refreshing house. It is impressive how mindfully designed and well-appointed it is, with pleasant textures, textiles, colors and artful touches throughout, as well as numerous large windows to let the outside in.
The comfortable seating areas are perfectly placed to enjoy the beautiful, woodsy setting both indoors and out. The hot tub area is great too - perfectly designed for privacy & relaxation.
The house was well-stocked with items that are often not provided at house rentals, such as Kleenex, a variety of cooking spices, every kitchen tool I needed (and we cooked every meal at the house during our 3-night stay), Tupperware perfect for picnics, coffee supplies, etc. Well done!
It's one of those places you want to tell everyone about, but you also don't because you want it to be available for your next getaway!

Lovely camp site- we went horseback riding and hung out by the lake. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and the porta potties were clean. No drinking water available at the site though.

Loved tent camping on this site! You can see the lake a bit from this spot. The trees offer shade and there are nice wildflowers in the spring. There is a flat area to place your tent near the large rocks.

24 ft Class C
We took our 24' RV camper to site 18, but the campground was pretty empty, so we decided to upgrade to site 8 for the phenomenal view. The hosts were great about that, and were pretty easy to communicate with and very nice. I love The Barn, where they offer beer and wine. Would love to trail ride next time! Apparently brand new ownership/management, and they'll be making improvements. Note: most sites aren't very level, and only some are RV suitable. Mostly tent campers there, and wasn't full. Loved it. Very quiet. We'll be back! Overlooks lake and Marina.
