1961 Shasta Airflyte. Blast from the past in this super cute retro vintage trailer. Very small, best for couples who aren't too tall. Bed is smaller. In between a twin bed and a full. Room for a tight 2 people (cozy). It features a small hand washing sink, a small storage area, bed which converts to a couch and a small dining table for two. We include a propane firepit, small table and two chairs outside. Perfect for a couple or single person wanting to spend the day on the lake, then spend the evening in style! It includes 1 USB battery plug in for a phone, lantern for light (no power in the Shasta, just like our glamping tents) and a battery powered fan in the summer. Please note: The Shasta is ALMOST 70 YEARS OLD! Be careful with her we want to keep her nice for future campers. Use caution while opening doors and windows, thank you!

Near the showers and campground exit, under pine trees with view up into oak [xxxxxxxx] to Expect With this Glampsite-MEALS - At this time The Ranch at Lake Sonoma does not have food options in the campground...Stay tuned this may change soon. Please plan ahead and bring your food and utensils. There are common area BBQs and a firepit at each tent available for cooking. Each tent also comes with an ice chest, anything you want kept cool, bring a bag of ice with you for the chest. Ice is also available for purchase at the [xxxxxxxx] provide 1 Solar powered USB plug per tent for night time emergency phone charging. We are fully sustainable power wise, thank you for practicing clean energy with us! We do not have high powered outlets in the campground, but do have a plug for charging computers at the barn if you need something charged briefly. No high powered plugs for hairdryers on site. (this may be updated for next time you visit.)LIGHTING - We provide 1 Battery powered lantern per tent. Permanent lighting in the tent is solar powered. Bring a flashlight for nighttime access to common campground facilities such as bathrooms, or simply use the provided [xxxxxxxx] - Your Glampsite includes a queen luxury bed, table and 2 chairs, nightstands, bedside lantern, a hanging rack for clothes, picnic table, towels, mirror, trash can, and a large [xxxxxxxx] - See our policies for parking rules. Only one car will fit next to tent in glampsites. Other cars can park in our Southlake Trailhead Parking lot, again see rules and fees for parking in our policies [xxxxxxxx] and COTS - Kids can be accommodated in any tent with Cots. We rent cots for $25 a cot. It is recommended to bring a pillow and sleeping bag as cots do not come with linens or [xxxxxxxx] and COOLING - Tents are NOT HEATED OR AIR CONDITIONED. We provide down comforters and extra blankets in the colder season. In the summer we provide battery powered fans. Always have all windows and doors tied open (keep screen closed) to keep the tent with good airflow in the summer. Check the weather before your stay and come dressed [xxxxxxxx] and SHOWERS - We have outdoor showers that have private sections for 1 person each, they include a small changing area and the shower. Both bathrooms and showers are a short walk from the [xxxxxxxx] AREAS- We have a central area with a wood firepit for gathering under the stars with friends or a chance to meet other campers and enjoy group smores!

This is one of the few Hipcamp campgrounds where the photos truly reflect what it’s like in person. Often, the pictures set high expectations that lead to a bit of disappointment on arrival—but not here. The campground is every bit as beautiful as it looks online. It has a great layout, stunning views, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Everything is also very well maintained.

Had a great stay! This is a nice campsite with access to high-quality shared amenities like bathrooms, showers, games, and grills. We enjoyed having the fire pit at our campsite as well. Coordination with the hosts was laid-back and smooth.

Great area to visit. Very nice management, place has new build showers, clean restrooms, grill zone and fire-pit for common use. We stayed at campsite 9 and enjoyed sunset, the campsite is big, has enough space for a few cars and tents.

The property is beautiful with peaceful surroundings and great views. The bathrooms were clean, the showers worked well, and it was a quiet place to spend the night. Since I only stayed one night and slept in my car, I can’t fully speak to the overall camping experience. Unfortunately, the communication and hosting experience left me disappointed. I had communicated my travel situation and concerns in advance, but the after-hours check-in information and overall responses I received were often unclear and didn’t always match the instructions I had been given. For example, I was referred to a camp map that I never received and was told my camping pass would be waiting at my campsite after hours, but it wasn’t there. Because the property is in a very remote area with little to no cell service, limited signage, and many unmarked roads, I became lost multiple times. As someone traveling from out of state after more than 13 hours of driving, this was very stressful. Although everything ultimately worked out thanks to Googling for help, I felt like my concerns were dismissed or even ignored at times. The property itself is lovely, but clearer communication, better wayfinding, and a more attentive guest experience would have made a significant difference.

Great, peaceful land. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly 😁 Told us where we could hang by the water 🏖️for the day and had a great selection if wines at the Barn Bar. The outdoor showers by our campsite 🏕️ were A M A Z I N G and so were the sunsets. Will definitely come back! Great singletrack mountain bike trail just down the road too 🤘🏽 Great space overall 🙌🏾🌲🌲🤩

What a perfect find for the 4th weekend! The location was stunning and the glamping tent was comfortable and private. They provided the dogs with their own beds and food/water bowls, which was such a great touch. It seemed like there was so much attention to detail to make sure you had everything you needed. They were responsive to questions and incredibly helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the “outdoor” shower had an incredible view of the lake. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Wonderful, family-friendly campground just minutes from all Lake Sonoma fun! The campground is very well maintained with very nice (hot!) showers plus bathrooms/sinks in addition to portable toilets. Loved the communal fire pit plus ping pong table. Easy hike to the Lake Sonoma Overlook from the campground. Something for everyone!

The Ranch at Lake Sonoma was fantastic! We did so many fun activities which included horseback riding, kayaking, swimming, stargazing, making music and making s’mores with an incredible view! We plan to come back again and enjoy The Ranch again!

This was our second time at the ranch and the first time glamping! The new set up is amazing with clean restrooms and showers. We were one of the first and the Shasta and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Wow, the place is so upgraded since we were here a couple years ago! The glamping looks rustic and lovely, but we prefer tent camping at this site for the stunning views of the lake. Make sure to bring an EZ-Up as there is no shade. The mornings are chilly and dewy, so be prepared to cover anything up you leave outside! The heat ramps up around 9 a.m. so things will quickly dry if you forgot. Yes, there are annoying bugs. You're in nature. Bring repellent or a citronella candle. Watch out for your food! Turkey vultures and other birds fly overhead to see if you left any crumbs for them :) Bring binoculars! We saw a bald eagle! Around midnight the stars shine brighter, so look up to the satellites and shooting stars. The porta potties are clean, but NOW they also have a beautiful bathroom with flushing toilet and a porcelain sink. There's also a hand and dish washing area w/soap available. The outdoor showers are a luxurious addition (they are stocked with bathing toiletries & hot water). Nikki and her family are very friendly and accommodating. We chose to go horseback riding, and Emma, our guide, was very sweet and knowledgeable of the beautiful, well-cared for horses, and the gorgeous trails we trekked. Highly recommend! The marina is a quick 3 min drive down the hill. I recommend just paying the parking fee, as it is quite a walk up the hill back to the campsite after a fun, long day in the sun kayaking. We will be back again!

We stayed here as a group of 7 people in campsite 9. Campsites 8 and 9 have great lake views! There were working showers, clean bathroom, a common area with garden chairs and a cute ping pong table. There is a running tab with water, and personal firepits too. The only thing I wish is that the campsites were a bit more secluded and spaced apart, but nothing too crazy. The ranch is quite fun too with wine and beers available and some horses for riding. The lake is a short ride away ($20 entry for the beach) with boats, kayaks and paddleboards and cafes and picnic areas.

We had a great time glamping at The Ranch. The tent was clean and everything was tastefully arranged. The bed experience was also luxurious. The lake view was the cherry on top. We had a great time and will sure be back. Highly recommend!!!

The location was beautiful, but the campground itself left something to be desired. Much of the grounds were under construction, with boxes and building materials scattered about. The only bathroom was a port-a-potty. There was no campground host on duty. Unfortunately it ended up being windy so no wood fires were allowed, and we rented a propane fire pit for $40 (which just felt much too expensive, although it did improve the experience). While it was a nice night out in nature, it just didn't feel like $100/night campground experience.

Very quiet campsite with beautiful views! Site five is large, flat, and had great wind protection. I wouldn't say it's walking distance to the lake so be prepared to pay the marina/beach parking fees. We look forward to coming back!

Absolutely wonderful experience camping at Site 1. Views and vibes are unbeatable. Hosts were so nice and welcoming, made sure we had everything. Other campers were also really nice and respectful of rules. Highly recommend!!
