This park gets its rather self-descriptive name from the six beautiful rivers that flow through its borders, but don’t the name fool you. There is a lot more than just rivers to check out here. More than a million rambling acres of forest take you through foggy and mystical redwood landscapes. Further inland, miles of towering Douglas firs, glacial peaks, and hidden pools just wait to be discovered. Of course, the rivers are the main attraction. You can’t go two feet without tripping over a perfect swimming hole. After your dip, there are plenty of warm rocks to lay out on. Scott was so kind and helpful during our stay! What a little slice of heaven Scott and Nora have. We enjoyed hearing the creek throughout our stay and had the swimming hole all to ourselves. Be prepared for a (somewhat) treacherous drive in, but once you are at the campgrounds it’s nothing but relaxation!

We loved our time at Trinity Outpost Wilderness Camp! The campsite was nestled under pine trees next to a lovely little creek. The site included a picnic table, campfire ring, and charcoal grill. The clean bathroom with flush toilet was a short stroll down a dirt path. Near the bathroom is a convenient dishwashing station and a refreshing potable water source. The campsite also has a swimming hole, volleyball court, and tire swing. You can ride bikes on the dirt roads and hike several trails. The campsite is a short hike from ancient mineral water springs. There are two open air tubs for soaking that are continually fed by the cold mineral water. The waters were once bottled as a health tonic and sent across our country. You can still drink the waters. The welcoming camp hosts/owners homestead on the property and raise chickens, fruits, and vegetables. The camp store has drinks, ice, and homemade jam for sale. The store also has WiFi and electric charging station. We highly recommend this campsite for a relaxing and refreshing vacation.

Really great spot and an excellent host. The creek is quite deep and the perfect temperature for cooling off on a hot day. Billy was amazing. She did a grocery run for us in the morning if we needed anything. She supplies the wood for your fire and honestly takes care of anything you might need. Had a great time and will definitely be back soon. Great proximity to the nearby lakes and lots of opportunity for hiking as well. Thank you so much Billy!

Karen's farm was perfect for us. We just needed a last-minute place to stop and camp overnight in our camper van when we were driving south on I-5 near Redding, California. Even though we got there at dusk, Karen met us and said hello to us and made sure we had everything we needed. The meadow that we camped on was nice and flat and it was definitely far enough away from Highway 5 to not hear any traffic sounds. The neighbors were generally quiet so we slept well. We didn't linger because we needed to keep on driving the next morning but we really appreciated the stay.

I loved staying at Shasta Gardens. I stay there for six days. I did a retreat at Mount Shasta. It was an amazing time. It was an amazing space to be able to sleep recharge. Ali was a great host not only did he host me he did energy work on me. He drove me to a music festival that was at the mountain..it was a life altering trip. It was a life altering place to stay ..super safe Super serene. it’s in walking distance to everything grocery stores, coffee shops.. There’s even a dispensary 10 steps away. That’s definitely not the Selling Point. It’s just the cherry on top if you like that kind of cherry. 5 stars 🫶🏼☯️⚛️🫶🏼

This was such a unique experience! The hot springs in the creek were just as advertised. There were maybe a dozen other parties in the campground, but sites were spread out enough for us to enjoy our own space not interfere with each other. Our site by the creek had a personal trail to the creek, we sat in the water all day and couldn't even hear the other campers. We will definitely go back again, will try to bring kids next time as they would have loved it!
