The Airstream is new to the ranch and is a work in progress, but you'll love the charm of hanging out in a very cool vintage trailer. We'll soon be adding some layers of paint, shine, and lots of love, so make sure to follow our progress in fixing the ole girl up!
Our location is also unique because we are fully fenced in and have a separate turn out space for your horses (check add-ons for camping with your horse). We also have a small 1954 Camper ("Lucy") that can act as a second bedroom for more sleeping space (check for add-on).
**WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: We can provide a ramp for the Airstream for accessibility, though please be aware the camper is small, likely not wide enough for a standard wheelchair, and the bathroom is also small and doesn't meet ADA standards. Please ask if you have questions?!

If horses or golf isn't your thing, you can visit Temecula Valley wineries which are all ~ 1/2-3.8 miles of the cottage gates. Our property sits on top of a hill on 10 acres of beautiful panoramic views of Cahuilla and, Palomar mountain along with rolling hills of large rock formation and colorful wildflowers in the spring. Nestled up to the wildlife preserve of the government bureau of land management which provides more of a quiet and private setting to enjoy what nature has to offer.

At the camp site you will find a horseshoe pit ,indoor and outdoor games and treasure hunts for everyone to enjoy. If you want to bring your own set of golf clubs you can even hit some balls!
We allow pets for a $10 per pet/per booking. If you want to bring a pet, please add the pet fee listed as an extra during the booking process.
There are off road areas nearby. Bring your motor bike, quad or buggy and throw up some dirt.
Not too far there is a Casino, a store open 24 hrs. and a restaurant call for hours. 20-30 minutes away from the Temecula stores and wineries.
You don’t have to worry about packing up a bunch of camping equipment, our camp provides a 35 foot RV if you prefer a roof over your head and a place to sit down for a meal. The power runs off a generator ( you will need to provide your own fuel. it is a 5 gallon capacity). has indoor and outdoor lights, a radio, outlets to plug in a fan or heater or a phone/computer. There are dishes and utensils,pots/pans and a toilet. Outside water is provided to wash up and clean the dishes. There is a propane b.b.q, propane fire ring, outdoor bench, table and camp chairs. included in the cost.

We are the second owners of the property and want to be as self sustaining as possible. We are on a well and have converted to solar power. We will be building up the camp sites as well, gradually adding more amenities as we go to create a unique experience for our guests.More about me:I had a great and successful career at a very large CPA firm in San Diego but with city living comes pressure and stress. Due to deadlines and even more stress created by the partners of the firm, I ignored what my body was telling me. I put off going to the doctor for months telling myself I didn't have time and, after this next deadline I'll get a check up.I knew that I needed to change my lifestyle but I wasn't doing it fast enough. We closed escrow on the property in October of 2016 and that November I was in the ER. I almost died. Spent my birthday and Thanksgiving in the hospital.Soon after that I quit my job at the CPA firm and started working from home. Still suffering from complications, that summer in June/July I ended up in the ER again. Even closer to death this time. Since then I've turned around my health. Focused on life on the farm. Raising my animals, my garden and creating a unique experience with the campers. You don’t have to worry about packing up a bunch of camping equipment, our camp provides a 35 foot RV if you prefer a roof over your head and a place to sit down for a meal. The power runs off a generator ( you will need to provide your own fuel. it is a 5 gallon capacity). has indoor and outdoor lights, a radio, outlets to plug in a fan or heater or a phone/computer. Bluebird Tiny House is tucked into a secluded forest meadow, named for the bluebirds that spend part of the year there and is a spacious feeling 320 sq ft.
The spa-inspired bathroom features a hand-carved, wood vessel sink, eco-dual flush toilet,rain shower, and free-standing soaking tub with oak canopy view.
The 40’ long deck spans the length of the secluded tiny house overlooking the forest to distant mountains and has alfresco dining area and plenty of furniture for cozying as well as hot tub sited for star gazing and firepit seating all within a large fenced yard to keep your fur babies close by.
In addition, we have developed 2 forest therapy trails that will bring your ability to slow down and connect to nature to a whole new level and encourage you to try it using our MP3 forest therapy audio guide..
If you need to accommodate a larger group, check out Pinky's Nature Hideout which has a full kitchen, spacious living room, fenced yard for pets, corn hole, large deck and hot tub sited for star gazing, and firepit seating which overlooks the forest to distant mountains. It sleeps 4 people but the "Lounge" vintage Spartan trailer which is located behind the bunkhouse can be rented to sleep an additional 2 people and is only available to Pinky's guests.

If the weather permits, you may see and hear the many hot air balloons gliding over our vineyards and gardens. Our family acquired the land in 1990 and have planted every grape vine, flora and tree here since 2000. We are a small homestead/farm just outside Temecula Valley Wine Country in California. Primarily we raise our mini dairy goats and host BYO Tent or RV camping.In October of 2016 we began our journey to create our small farm/homestead. With absolutely no experience and coming from a tiny condo in the city we decided to leave that life behind and buy 11 acres in the middle of no where!We weren't sure what to do with 11 acres. We don't come from a farming family but we had the drive to learn. With the help of YouTube, books, blogs, vlogs and friendly neighbors we began to teach ourselves how to run a small farm, inching into the lifestyle a little at a time.We started off with 15 chickens, many failed gardens and then fell in love with Nigerian Dwarf Goats!We found Hipcamp over a year later and in April 2018 opened up our home to strangers wanting to camp on private property.Since we are in the middle of Temecula Wine Country we figure that our farm is the perfect family friendly environment to relax in nature but still be close to some great attractions. Play with baby goats, chickens and rabbits. Explore the property and star gaze at night without light pollution from the city!This was an empty lot that was first purchased in 2014. We are the second owners of the property and want to be as self sustaining as possible. We are on a well and have converted to solar power. We will be building up the camp sites as well, gradually adding more amenities as we go to create a unique experience for our guests.More about me:I had a great and successful career at a very large CPA firm in San Diego but with city living comes pressure and stress. Due to deadlines and even more stress created by the partners of the firm, I ignored what my body was telling me. I put off going to the doctor for months telling myself I didn't have time and, after this next deadline I'll get a check up.I knew that I needed to change my lifestyle but I wasn't doing it fast enough. We closed escrow on the property in October of 2016 and that November I was in the ER. I almost died. Spent my birthday and Thanksgiving in the hospital.Soon after that I quit my job at the CPA firm and started working from home. Still suffering from complications, that summer in June/July I ended up in the ER again. Even closer to death this time. Since then I've turned around my health. Focused on life on the farm. Raising my animals, my garden and creating a unique experience with the campers. I enjoy sharing this life and my home with like-minded people who want to escape the city and feel a little closer to nature.

Bernie was an attentive, convivial host. The RV sites were level and full hookups with nice foliage privacy inbetween. The farm was interesting and lively with naturally beatiful views and a peaceful quiet place at night. The only regret was we were not able to stay longer and enjoy more great conversation with Bernie.

This was a really nice getaway with amazing views! Vicki is awesome and so accommodating. She helps you find a good spot when you get there so if you want the most options, get in as close to check in as possible. It is off grid so make sure you’re prepared with gear cuz no electricity. I don’t know if this is normal, but temps changed drastically for us during the day. Dropped probably 30 degrees at night. We camped mid January and were in shorts in the day but would’ve frozen at night if we didn’t bring our own heaters. Cell service works but is a bit weak. Road up the mountain is narrow, bumpy, and sometimes steep. Just to keep in mind if bringing trailers. But great trip if you want beautiful Mountain View’s!

Loved camping at this site! Stayed at the starry night site. It was a clean site with good amenities, bathrooms, shared kitchen, and best of all dogs! Had 5 of the dog living at the property hanging out with us most of the night. There were also bunnies, chickens, goats, sheep, cats, and rooster. 10/10 experience would definitely come back here!

First things first, the drive up is not what people think. The road up is easy even with a 2WD vehicle. My friends Mazda 3 made it up easily so do not worry about making it to the campsite. The view from the site is amazing and the area is very quiet. The host Vicki is an amazing person and is always willing to share info about the property and its history. Overall the spot is great and would definitely recommend this site to friends and family! Also Solo (the dog) comes to your campsite to make sure everything is in order (He goes for snacks and he’s very friendly).

The airstream is really well equipped, the shiwer is nice and warm and the place is well maintained. The host is very quick to respond and we had a great experience. We roasted marshmallows with our two kids and had a good tine around the fire. The only thing that I regret is not being able to get close to the donkey, poney and horse. The sheep enclosure was also too far to pet the animals. We could unfortunately not afford the $60 to help feed animals or get close to them.

It was a great experience, the view was very nice. I only wish the trees weren’t blocking it as much. Also the dirt road up there is very tight and narrow. It’d be a good idea to have a vehicle with higher ground clearance and good traction on tires. I aired down my tires on the way down and it was way smoother. But I would recommend, Vicki was very nice and welcoming. Only regret is I didn’t get to meet the pig up close.

Everyone there is so nice, this time we didn't really stay in the Hipcamp spot because of the rain. We just stayed in the free spot, but happy to have a nice safe pretty place to park for the night.
I wish we could've enjoyed it more, but we had to leave the next morning for San Diego. We will see you again next time smiley face.

This place is amazing! The view from the Happy Hilltop Site is beautiful, and it feels very peaceful and quiet. The ranch has everything - including a shared kitchen area with a fridge, sink, and everything you need for cooking. Friendly dogs visited my site, and there were also goats, sheep, cats, and chickens around. I definitely recommend his place, especially for longer stays!

If you read any review let it be this one. It was an absolutely gorgeous property very easily marked spots. Awesome hosts very good produce and maintained property. The spot is right in front of a cow enclosure they are very friendly. There is a beautiful koi pond. My only grievence is that we didn't stay longer. 10/10 property.

Vicki and her daughter were so sweet and welcoming! We had the most peaceful time and the weather was pretty great for going in December. The drive up the mountain was a bit tricky because we didn’t know what to expect, but it was much faster and easier on the way down (I have a ford fusion and my car did great!). There are restrooms and showers but they are a bit far from most of the sites, there was a porta potty close by tho:)
