Kitchen: The communal kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, BBQ, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, and ice maker. The kitchen has A/C and heat.
Other Shared Structures: The Lounge Barn, Legends Saloon, Loading Dock Stage, Antique Barns and the Game Room.
Evenings: Evening time at Almond Springs is spectacular. There is no light pollution, and the stars are amazing! The space is also well lit with intimate café lighting.
Weather: This is a remote country space. The Cabins and Kitchen both have Heat and A/C. Please come prepared for what the weather predicts for San Miguel, CA.
Dogs: We allow up to two dogs. They must remain on leash at all times. There is a $50 pet fee per pet.

Barbara and Dan bought these 37 acres in 2005. It had no improvements. The only thing it had going for it was a 250-year-old oak tree, and its location in the heart of wine country. We would come up and camp under the tree, and plant. In 2007, we drilled a well. In 2008, Dan proposed under the tree, and we brought in power. We have continued to make improvements since. We built a little house, then we built a big house, we added farm animals, kids, fruit trees, a jam line, a pond, and more keep coming! So come up and enjoy the farm like we did in the good old days! The Places:
The Dream Catcher is two micro trailers with a large outdoor deck space and cast iron tub in between them. One trailer is sleeping quarters with a mini kitchenette and the other trailer is a full bathroom with shower. The spaces are small and cozy. The views are epic. Overlooking the majestic Paso Robles valley with vineyards with world class views, the spacious deck is the place to be for sunset.
The Tiny House:
A Fairy tale cottage style wooden tiny home built in the 1980's with a bottle wall, full bath, and reading nook. This three story wonder will leave you inspired to step into your own story. Fully equipped with a small kitchen, queen bed, reading nook and two beautiful outdoor decks, you'll feel like you stepped into another world.
The Main Bungalow is a 1970's GEM, built by a movie industry icon with views of the valley through the stunning and huge five windows overlooking the Salinas River. Two bedrooms downstairs and two full baths, accompany a well appointed kitchen. The upstairs loft accommodates two additional semi private queen beds, and additional seating area. Sunrises from the bedrooms are rivaled by few.

We named our property the Twisted Branch after one of the big oak trees that sits on the site where you will camp with us! It's on a hilltop with amazing views in nearly all directions. The campsite faces South/West so sunsets are fantastic. We use no chemicals on the soil or annual grasses. It is very quiet and the night sky is always stunning. Owls hoot at night and Redtail Hawks hunt for ground squirrels during the day. We have alot of Acorn woodpeckers living in the oak trees, the ones with the bright red head feathers. April through June we see bright yellow Orioles. At night you will hear hundreds of little frogs in the nearby ponds, depending on the season.
We are located in the heart of Wine Country and there are plenty of activities around us and in town.

We also offer some great add-ons (at an additional cost) for your canine friends through Varian Kennels: dog training lessons, a full-pace tire-out run using my quad, day boarding (if you would like to spend a day touring Paso Robles without your pups), and dog washes. Barbara and Dan bought these 37 acres in 2005. It had no improvements. The only thing it had going for it was a 250-year-old oak tree, and its location in the heart of wine country. We would come up and camp under the tree, and plant. In 2007, we drilled a well. In 2008, Dan proposed under the tree, and we brought in power. We have continued to make improvements since. We built a little house, then we built a big house, we added farm animals, kids, fruit trees, a jam line, a pond, and more keep coming! So come up and enjoy the farm like we did in the good old days! Comprised of three separate and all private sites, we host guests in our micro trailer, affectionately called The Dream Catcher, our Tiny House, which is a cottage style wooden fairy tale cottage, and our main Bungalow that sits atop one of the best look out points in SLO county.
The Places:
The Dream Catcher is two micro trailers with a large outdoor deck space and cast iron tub in between them. One trailer is sleeping quarters with a mini kitchenette and the other trailer is a full bathroom with shower. The spaces are small and cozy. The views are epic. Overlooking the majestic Paso Robles valley with vineyards with world class views, the spacious deck is the place to be for sunset.
The Tiny House:
A Fairy tale cottage style wooden tiny home built in the 1980's with a bottle wall, full bath, and reading nook. This three story wonder will leave you inspired to step into your own story. Fully equipped with a small kitchen, queen bed, reading nook and two beautiful outdoor decks, you'll feel like you stepped into another world.
The Main Bungalow is a 1970's GEM, built by a movie industry icon with views of the valley through the stunning and huge five windows overlooking the Salinas River. Two bedrooms downstairs and two full baths, accompany a well appointed kitchen. The upstairs loft accommodates two additional semi private queen beds, and additional seating area. Sunrises from the bedrooms are rivaled by few.

The land was purchased from the railroad in 1908 by Grandpa Coen when he immigrated to the USA after his service to the British Empire during WW1.
Grandpa established and maintained the vineyards during his life in California's Central Valley which he left to his daughter, Irene. She kept the farming tradition going with her husband, Al, and they expanded by purchasing surrounding land and planting more vines. Today their daughter, Cheryl, and son-in-law Rand continue the family farming tradition for the next century.

We named our property the Twisted Branch after one of the big oak trees that sits on the site where you will camp with us! It's on a hilltop with amazing views in nearly all directions. The campsite faces South/West so sunsets are fantastic. We use no chemicals on the soil or annual grasses. It is very quiet and the night sky is always stunning. Owls hoot at night and Redtail Hawks hunt for ground squirrels during the day. We have alot of Acorn woodpeckers living in the oak trees, the ones with the bright red head feathers. April through June we see bright yellow Orioles. At night you will hear hundreds of little frogs in the nearby ponds, depending on the season.
We are located in the heart of Wine Country and there are plenty of activities around us and in town.

They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate sixteen people and multiple vehicles. The immaculate trailer sleeps 2 in one queen-size bed. There is a flat spot just outside the trailer if you would like to pitch a tent for two extra guests.
Dogs are welcome! We have a private dog park with a small agility course available free of charge, as well as miles of hiking trails. We also offer some great add-ons (at an additional cost) for your canine friends through Varian Kennels: dog training lessons, a full-pace tire-out run using my quad, day boarding (if you would like to spend a day touring Paso Robles without your pups), and dog washes. Note: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be sent to the landowner before the booking is completed. A $25 per dog, one-time cleanup fee will be added (see “Extras”).

Weekend Trip to Enney's Ranch
Went here with my girlfriend for my birthday and stayed at Roadrunner Ridge. It was so refreshing to be constantly met with amazing views and such peace and quiet. 10/10 would recommend for anyone thinking of taking this trip. Kenney and Sharon’s hospitality was amazing and they were always ready to help out with anything they could. We will be returning 🩷

We stayed in the trailers, and aside from the chilly crossing to the bath and shower, it was amazing! Magnificent views, easy Uber, and two black kittens. Shawshank and Sing Sing immediately greeted us and were our sweet roomies for the whole stay! Love, love love.❤️

Met some cool people staying in the trailers. My wife and had an RV rental and dry camped on the opposite side of the loop.

Can’t speak more highly of the site. The view was beautiful, and the space was immaculate. Besides a picnic table and chairs, the stung lights were a nice touch. I made the mistake of only booking 1 night instead of 2. After cleaning up my things for the campers that had reserved the site for that night I meet the host Jeffery. He was absolutely wonderful and understanding. He was so nice he invited us to stay another night on the other side of the property. It was not yet equipped with a fire pit but before I was finished stetting up our camp, he had brought us enough rocks to build one and help me do it. We could not have been luckier to find this spot and such a kind and friendly host. 10 out 10 stars.

Jac’s land is truly incredible, we can’t thank him enough for letting us stay there. This has become our go-to stop whenever we’re headed back to the Bay Area. It’s a perfect little hilltop oasis, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed here without being treated to a stunning sunset.
Waking up to the cows coming over to say hello was such a joy, and it’s impossible not to fall in love with Dakota, their sweet old horse.
Jac mentioned that he and his wife are planning to build their dream home on the hill where the campsite sits, so if you have the chance, go experience this magical spot while it’s still open to campers. It’s a really special place.

5 nights at Enney's Ranch
My stay at Sharon and Kenney’s campsite was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly kind and checked in a few times to make sure everything was working and that I had everything I needed. They really care about their guests being comfortable during their entire stay.
One of my favorite parts was having piping hot water available anytime. It made doing dishes so much easier and I was able to take a bath in their huge bathtub every day! Any small issues that came up were resolved quickly with help from the hosts.
There is no Wi-Fi, but cell service is good. I was able to take phone calls and send texts at the campsite. I drove 25 minutes away to the nearest Starbucks to get my work done though because my hotspot struggled at the campsite.
The campsites are spaced out really well, so it feels very private. There was only 1 site near mine, which was unoccupied during my stay, and the other 2 sites were over the hill.
The campsite is extremely well stocked. They provide charcoal for grilling, a space heater that kept the tent warm all night, lanterns that double as phone chargers, a 2 burner camping stove, a cooler (bring your own ice), and fully stocked cooking supplies. They also provide large propane tanks, which was more than enough for my stay. I recommend bringing a kitchen towel and a vegetable peeler.
The toilet set up was simple, clean, and easy to use.
Overall, my stay was quiet, relaxing, and the perfect escape from city life. I would absolutely stay here again.
