This house is now 1 of 2 vacation rentals on the property. You will definitely notice the home's unique architecture as soon as you walk in. You will not find another home like this nor the massive 50 ft+ rock wall that provides cover to back side of the house. In 2016, after more than 50+ years operating as a working cattle ranch (Brookins Ranch) and a viewing attraction for Adelaida Wine Trail travelers, the property was unfortunately shut down and put up for sale.As a born and raised local, I had to purchase the property with the hopes of restoring it to its greatest and to allow others to enjoy what it has to offer. Since March 2017, my family and I have been working hard on the restoration - attempting to keep a lot of it's uniqueness while integrating modern technologies that will help expand the property's life. As such, we welcome you to come enjoy the experience as we continue to bring this property back to life!

The ranch has enormous views, peaceful quiet grounds, therapy assiting animals to snuggle with and of course close proximity to the local vineyard faire. We provide a nice level parking pad with firepit ring, big views of the rolling hills and a short walk to the barnyard. Nights are full of sparkling stars and the big milky way and be seen on clear moonless nights. Bird watching is amazing here too. Our animals include; micro mini cows, minature silky fainting goats, mini horses, mini donkey, mini Kunekune pigs, mini roosters, horses and a pack of the friendliest dogs you'll ever meet. We have partnered with Forever Protected Equine, a non- profit to support the retired working horses on to our pastures wear they can live a natural equine life with friends. This is a critical time for horses well being and safety. Instead of an uncertain future or slaughter they come here to be gently cared for until their sunset day.

Peaceful and private RV camping under the oaks with picnic table, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. We currently have two sites on our property. They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate sixteen people and multiple vehicles. Site two will accommodate ten people and two vehicles. For larger groups we ask that that you book both sites. We have hosted many family reunions and the feedback has been 100% positive. This exceptional land has been used privately by our family for decades for camping, offroading, exploring, getting away from it all. And now we have made it availalbe to the public! This land is located in Western Kern County north of Hwy 46. You will enjoy exclusive use of over 400 acres of untouched land. One of the most unique features of this property is the sandstone rock formations. The formations have been shaped over the centuries by the wind and rain, resulting in the coolest places to explore, windblown arches, and shallow caves and hollows. The sandstone can be slick and there are cliffs on this property, so please be very careful, especially with children.

13 acres in a very secluded location away from city noise. But still just minutes from Hanford where you can find anything you need to shop for. Great camping area on SEASONAL Kings River. No other houses in view since we are located between 20 acres of almond trees and 30 acres of walnut trees. Very safe location with security in place.

Please feel free to message us with questions.

Get away from town and enjoy the peace and beauty of the countryside! Stay in our charming trailer with its own private, fenced yard on our gorgeous ranch. Light a small campfire, or keep it dark and see more stars than city living would ever allow! Listen to the frogs serenade you at night from the pond below the campsite, and enjoy the birds singing throughout the day. There are lots of hiking and riding trails, plus incredible views. Come meet our “gangsta-girl geese,” or feed our friendly goats and alpaca. We are just 2 miles from the Parkfield Cafe (open Thursday through Sunday), which offers incredible food, and 35 miles from the quaint wine country town of Paso Robles. The immaculate trailer sleeps 2 in one queen-size bed. There is a flat spot just outside the trailer if you would like to pitch a tent for two extra guests. Dogs are welcome! We have a private dog park with a small agility course available free of charge, as well as miles of hiking trails. We also offer some great add-ons (at an additional cost) for your canine friends through Varian Kennels: dog training lessons, a full-pace tire-out run using my quad, day boarding (if you would like to spend a day touring Paso Robles without your pups), and dog washes. Visit our website for pricing and more information. Note: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be sent to the landowner before the booking is completed. A $25 per dog, one-time cleanup fee will be added (see “Extras”). Horse corrals are also available for $25 per night, per corral (feed not included).
