Kitchen: The communal kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, BBQ, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, and ice maker. The kitchen has A/C and heat.
Other Shared Structures: The Lounge Barn, Legends Saloon, Loading Dock Stage, Antique Barns and the Game Room.
Evenings: Evening time at Almond Springs is spectacular. There is no light pollution, and the stars are amazing! The space is also well lit with intimate café lighting.
Weather: This is a remote country space. The Cabins and Kitchen both have Heat and A/C. Please come prepared for what the weather predicts for San Miguel, CA.
Dogs: We allow up to two dogs. They must remain on leash at all times. There is a $50 pet fee per pet.

Our 42 acres is located at the beginning of the award winning Adelaide Wine trail in Paso Robles.
Our ranch was once home to a horse boarding and breeding ranch which bred Paso Fino horses, known for their beautiful gait.
Having been a horse ranch, it left us with some nice trails that you can enjoy during your stay.
We have some nice uphill walks to view your local surroundings while sitting to enjoy a glass of wine or you morning cup of coffee/tea.
We are on a well out here so at times you may get a sulphur/mineral smell to the water.
Please bring your own drinking/cooking water.
It is safe to shower, my hair feels so much thicker!
On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey).
Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots.
but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them.
We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen.
Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited.
Please feel free to walk the property and become one with nature while observing the local indigenous floral and fauna.

Our 42 acres is located at the beginning of the award winning Adelaide Wine trail in Paso Robles.
Our ranch was once home to a horse boarding and breeding ranch which bred Paso Fino horses, known for their beautiful gait.
Having been a horse ranch, it left us with some nice trails that you can enjoy during your stay.
We have some nice uphill walks to view your local surroundings while sitting to enjoy a glass of wine or you morning cup of coffee/tea.
We are on a well out here so at times you may get a sulphur/mineral smell to the water.
Please bring your own drinking/cooking water.
It is safe to shower, my hair feels so much thicker!
On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey).
Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots.
but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them.
We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen.
Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited.
Please feel free to walk the property and become one with nature while observing the local indigenous floral and fauna.

The property is nestled in a very quiet area of Atascadero, surrounded by hundreds of oak trees and natural beauty. The five-acre property features rolling hills filled with oak, bay laurel, and redwood trees, and is frequently visited by tree squirrels, deer, and a variety of birds that live throughout the land. There are two occupied homes on the property, along with Max the cat, chickens, and a sweet Labrador named Maverick.
The driveway is accessible by car, truck, and camper van (such as a Westfalia or similar), and tent campers are also welcome. However, the property is not easily accessible for very large trailers over 36 feet in length. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Water, Wi-Fi, and power are available, but there is no sewer cleanout.
Downtown Atascadero offers several great dining and drink options, and the city center is only three miles away. Weekend Trip to Enney's Ranch
Went here with my girlfriend for my birthday and stayed at Roadrunner Ridge. It was so refreshing to be constantly met with amazing views and such peace and quiet. 10/10 would recommend for anyone thinking of taking this trip. I really enjoyed the views here & the cattle & horses were nice to watch. Like someone mentioned there is a lotttt of cow poop. You’re in their space, it’s nature, didn’t bother me much but I can see how if you had young kids with you it might become a problem 🤷🏽♀️ beautiful area that felt very private. What an excellent, relaxing way to get away! Everything we needed was pretty much provided and the bedding was substantial and comfy. We had a thunderstorm hit and even that was a nice experience. A great way to experience mother nature firsthand! We never got wet or were uncomfortable in any way. A hot soak in the tub with my sweetie while stargazing was the trips fav! If you are particular about your cookware, I would bring a good pan and maybe a knife but other than that everything was peaceful. All the wineries around was a plus also!

Kenney and Sarah are amazing hosts! They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The first night I was the only camper, but I still felt completely safe the whole time.
The property is so beautiful ,peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature with open skies and fresh air. The tent itself was so cozy and had everything I needed!Their dogs are the sweetest and made the place feel even more welcoming.

Such a cool place and idea. It was absolutely worth every penny. It’s so quiet and peaceful, and the view was so expansive. Some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen. The stars were also unbelievable. The hospitality was fantastic. They provide you with everything. Running water for showers and a sink. An outdoor toilet. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper, but that’s about it. Will absolutely be coming back.

This site was perfect to be close by Highway 1 and continue our way to Cambria (30
