Learn more about this land:A vast expanse of oak trees, California Junipers and rugged, mountainous land running with jackrabbits, quail, and owls that is just 3 miles from Vazquez Rocks and the PCT, our ranch transports you. From the tent campsite, you look out for 20 miles and see nothing but nature across small mountains and canyons all the way to the peaks of Angeles National Forest in the distance. The campsite is a large flat area. For a trailer or RV it's a great place to park and the view is towards wide open spaces. With a tent or if you want more pure nature, you can drive out onto the property further towards the small ruin of the old homesteader's cabin or beyond. The property has a long-abandoned gold mine and circular arrastres where miners used mules to break up rocks. Nearby Acton has pick-your-own apples/pears/peaches at Bloom farms. We are at 3000 feet with strong sun during the day and cool mountains air at night. The camping is set away from structures, but if you want to stroll, closer to the ranch buildings, we have friendly small goats you can visit if interested and horses and a donkey to say hello to across the corral fence.

Elden's property is pretty awesome. Fatima runs it and does a great job (especially in communicating). They are a great team, very courteous and accommodating.
Hipcamp Area: Is located at the far end of the property (a designated space that is surrounded with nice wooden fencing). There are two RV spots and a good amount of space around the area for multiple tent sites, with a handful picnic tables as well. It has very nice landscaping throughout the space - with flowers, bushes, dirt, concrete, fire pit, benches, and artificial turf - which makes for a pleasant camping backdrop. The space doubles as an open air event area too. I was the only camper (vehicle camping) at the time and it was nice and quiet on the property. The bathroom (with 3 toilet stalls, two sinks, and one shower) is located within the camping area and is a nicely renovated shipping container.
All in all, it was a great stay, with great hosts, for a reasonable price. I believe they are adding more pics so you can get a good look at the layout of the area. Anyway, highly recommended.

Loved our weekend staycation here! Abby was so communicative and helpful leading up to the trip and get around the area (due to dirt roads, etc). The home was the perfect size for us (two humans and a pup) and was so cozy.

Our host, Jeanie, was very responsive to our last minute request to stay. We were grateful to have a safe, friendly place to park for the night. Our 24’ RV had level ground next to water and a little table and two chairs to use when the morning sun invited us over to soak up some ray.s. We felt at ease with the few others sharing the land. We would stop in again when traveling that direction.

I loved it here! Morgan was so accommodating. The cabin had everything needed (and more). I decided to stay another night while I was there because of how great the area is. I was able to go to Big Bear to hike and eat for an afternoon, and Lake Arrowhead the next day had I chosen to.
Working a stressful job in LA and having this big cabin that has a great fireplace, wood, heaters (and AC) and the bed and comforter were a dream (I even have a sleepnumber at home and I was not dying to get back to it).
This was the best solo trip with my furry creature and so needed!
Will be back!

30 ft travel trailer
Beautiful and rugged spot in Loma Linda. easy on and off the highway and great town. Nice little neighborhood. Needs a little bit of upkeep and the road is lots of bumps and potholes, but other than that it is as promised.
