Camping spots were well maintained (even included hammock), staff was all really kind and amenities (kitchen, bathroom, shower, game room) were lovely. I even was able to attend my first Yoga class held by Liz and that was a pleasant suprise! Overall I felt very comfortable as a solo female traveler and am glad I stayed :)

This stay was awesome! We only stayed one night, but will definitely come back for a longer trip.
The staff was so welcoming and informative (This was our first time camping, so it was so nice to have that campsite introduction)
The hostel was so comfortable. Awesome deck with chairs and hammocks with a view of Big Bear Lake. The shared spaces in general are great. lots of space and things to do (games, pool table, instruments, books, local attraction info)

Great place for a glamping or Lodge experience! Kitchen, bathrooms and showers are all adequate, water was hot and pressure is good. Yogi the dog is the sweetest. Walking distance to the lake, stores, etc. This is a great place to party, celebrate and or hangout with a bunch of friends. Loved the breakfast included with eggs, waffles and much more.
Only con was that there is a lot of noisy lake traffic, but that is outside of their control.

Great, Yogi the dog host it is beyond amazing for example. The only critique would be four to somebody to go down and pick up the litter around the bottom of the property and around the perimeters. Other than that the place is spectacular I love you guys thanks so much.

⛰The Serrano Camp @ Big Bear Hostel
LOVED my experience at ITH Big Bear Mountain hostel! The camp site was beautiful with a view of the lake. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hostel had an amazing vibe.

This place was perfect! Loved the vibe with the music and energy of everyone there. I didn’t realize breakfast was included so that was a nice surprise. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. I am looking forward to going back very soon..

I loved my stay at the lodge!! I reserved a camping spot as a single lady and they made sure I was comfortable. I love the staff. Access to the kitchen. Yogi the dog. I will definitely He coming back and bringing friends.

Overall a fun and easy camping experience! Our site had a nice partial view of Big Bear Lake and was surrounded by Indian paintbrush flowers, manzanita bushes, and oak and pine trees. There was partial shade during the day. The site was level and easy to set up camp in. Getting there did require walking about 500 feet up a steep path. The site was a little less private than expected, with a house right behind us and noises from the main road, but nothing unmanageable. The location near the main road makes it easy to get to town, hiking trails, beaches, etc. Also there is another tiny campsite immediately next to this one. Both campsites together would be ok for a group of 4, but are a bit too cramped for 2 groups of 2.
We had access to the hostel bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor patio. Like other hostels the kitchen equipment is a random mix of secondhand items, but for the most part they functioned. The host was helpful and friendly. Since it is a hostel it was a little challenging to social distance inside compared to other campsites. Still, it is a luxury to be able to take a hot shower and have wifi while camping. They provide toast, cereal, fruit, etc. for breakfast. There is also an adorable Bernese mountain dog named Yogi. I would consider staying here again during my next camping trip to Big Bear.

Really cool spot, extremely friendly staff and loved the big old mountain dog, Yogi. Great room with the fireplace was amazing.

This Lodge was totally adorable and the staff was so friendly! The facility was super clean, had great amenities, and was close to town. The sites were not super private and laid out a little weird. I would suggest some bigger layout of spots. Overall we did enjoy our time at Big Bear Mountain Hostel
