A well house to fill up your water. There are also outdoor bathrooms, no shower yet, but working on that! We're just a short seven minute drive to the dump station at a local gas station down the road on the Deuce of Clubs and Penrod. We are 14 minutes from a large hospital, 10 minutes from major grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, and many other fun activities. Our location is in a perfect spot to enjoy the blue sky and great weather. Sunrise Ski area is a quick drive too! Pinetop Lakeside are within 10 minutes, Taylor and Snowflake are within 15 to 25 minutes. We hope you visit and continue to keep our environment clean and a chill spot to visit. An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space. I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites. I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you. This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff. I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around. I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please. I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10. Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. The well stocked kitchen has all the cookware and utensils you'll need for cooking, a propane range, as well as a cooler for your use (bring ice). A gas barbecue is on site as well. The wood stove kicks out a ton of heat to keep you toasty while you sip on steamy hot chocolate that is provided for your enjoyment. Gather around the propane operated firepit in the backyard for some R&R. Bring a hammock 'cuz there are unlimited opportunities for stringing one up! Tons of activities will keep you occupied, including hiking and biking on the nearby Arizona Trail (just 1/2 mile away), or even sledding on your very own private 2 acre piece of paradise! What's even better is the property backs onto the National Forest, for unlimited enjoyment of nature. In the evening crack open a book, or start playing a game with your besties to close out a long day. The property is completely off the grid, making it very appealing to those travelers and adventurers who want to create a minimal carbon footprint on their vacation. The kitchen sink has a hand pump that draws water from under the sink from a 10 gallon water jug. You can refill the jug as needed from a hand pump located in the back yard. There is solar powered lighting and a USB phone charger station. There is no electrical power available. Cell service is available in the area depending on your carrier. The outdoor composting toilet is super clean with little or no odor. The cabin is located at 8200' in the San Francisco Peaks in the pines and aspens. Snowshoe or cross country ski, go sledding or snowmobiling, or just good old fashioned relaxation will make the time fly by. Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security. We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase. 0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. First you will drive pass the Linden Valley Arena before reaching our property. The Arena was designed for ropers by ropers and is open from May thru September. 10-15 minute drive away is Fool Hollow lake, Show Low City Park, Safeway Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, and a variety of restaurants. Within that distance there is Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Picnic Areas, Large Dog Park, well equipped Playground area, Basketball Courts, Baseball fields, Sand Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Racquet Ball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Disc Golf, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Walking Trail, Pavilions, Restrooms all the while enjoying the enormous, plentiful Ponderosa Pines. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa. Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them and one of them should leave. They decided to settle this issue over a game of "Seven Up" (with the winner taking the ranch and the loser leaving.) After the game seemed to have no winner in sight the game reached it's climax when Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." At this point Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs, and declared "Show Low" it is! Show Low is a city in Navajo County, Arizona among the lush green ponderosa pine forestland and along Arizona's Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,345 feet. Show Low is now the largest city in the White Mountains of northeastern Arizona. Show Low is also the business hub and marketing center of the area. I had such an amazing and magical stay here! I felt safe and welcome - Gary & Daren’s beautiful space was the perfect sanctuary for a lot of growth, stillness, and exploration. The stars were bright, the wildlife was plentiful (rabbits, hummingbirds, little lizards, fish and hawks at the creek, and even a little chicken coop - all kept their distance yet were calm; a clear sign that they are well cared for and respected). The creek’s flowing waters were a wonderful contrast to the Sedona desert red rocks (only 30 minutes away and where I’d spend my mornings hiking before spending the rest of the day exploring and resting in Sacred Springs). Gary & Daren even made sure I was set up to safely burn my old hair, which was an important ritual that lesser hosts might have looked down upon or judged. Instead, I was reassured, welcomed, and given the materials and space I needed to complete this symbolic moment. I’m so grateful! Plus, their facilities and amenities meant that I could be comfortable and clean even while in the dessert and pushing myself outside my comfort zone! I hope to be back one day and will recommend Sacred Springs and Eagle Eye to anyone coming this way. Whether you’re looking for a fun outdoors experience or a quiet, restful space to integrate a deeper internal journey, you’ll find a perfect space here!

Clifford is an outstanding host!! I had to delay my stay almost a week and he was very accommodating! When I finally got on my way, it took me longer than I expected to arrive and when I finally arrived it was dark, pitch black dark and I had no idea where I was. Thankfully, Clifford came to the rescue, and took me back to the campground where I was greeted with beautiful lighted mushrooms (later discovered that they were on the path to the camp's meditation area which was so cool by the way!! When daylight came I was greeted by the beautiful Juniper trees and distant mountain views. At night, I was blown away by the stars!!! It's truly a beautiful, and might I say magical place, especially for me being my first official full-time RV life destination! I would definitely go back if in the area again and highly recommend!! Thanks, Clifford for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Sacred Springs and would definitely recommend it. The hosts, Gary and Daren, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond showing us around and making sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell how much care and effort they’ve put into creating this space, It’s absolutely lovely. The creek was one of our favorite parts. It’s the perfect spot to cool off, relax, and even do a little paddle boarding. Overall, such a peaceful and well thought out little getaway. We’d happily come back again!

It was a lovely little ranch with all kinds of animals. The hostess was super accommodating and showed my 2 girls around and introduced them to the animals and let them help feed and water them too. Holly was great and I hope to go back again soon! My little ones didn't want to leave. The RV spot for us was easy to get in and out of. Power, water, and septic hookups were exactly where they needed to be, couldn't have asked for a better place or host. If you have kiddos they'll love it, I know mine has a blast.

This is our 2nd time at Spark in the Dark. The stargazing and sunsets are great. It’s so quiet. The host, Clifford, has put some creative, funky, whimsical touches to the campground that are unparalleled. The porta potty has lovely music and lots of decorations. There’s a meditation area with native flute music, a solar campfire, and a trail to explore. He has cabinets with supplies for self-purchase, like jugs of water, big spray, matches etc. I love this place! The campsites have piles of rocks for campfires but otherwise are bare land, so bring table and chairs or you can rent them from the host.

Very laid back camping area, and Clifford is really cool! There were several other campers there, and the only interaction I had was when my dog got surprised by him and his dogs. All was good in the end, but I'm sure he was surprised. The area was beautiful, and the only clue that it is so close to the interstate was an occasional sound... beautiful sunset, very dark and good for star viewing! Be prepared for the temperature drop, though. This is true desert, so unlike Phoenix in the valley, the temperature DROPS at night! If you're in a tent like me, your summer sleeping bag is probably not going to cut it! Great time, friendly host and I plan to go back again. Thank you, Clifford!

What a jewel in the desert, the campsite had a wonderful view, offering grand sunsets, vast star gazing and close access to all attractions of this special place. The trails were well maintained. The environmentally sensitive gardens were worth all the pictures I took all the he amenities were well attended to, clean and just quirky enough to be fun then you Then you see the grotto and you know you’ll be staying there the remainder of your stay, romantic, secluded, hide a -away The Stuarts to this amazing place are just delightful, everywhere you look every detail is taken care of under its own abilities you just don’t see the two of them doing all the behind nd the seen tasks, but they are done with detail. The community room has everything you could need and more to create a delicious meal and a glorious rainfall shower to wash it away! The creek is secluded and peaceful.
