Learn more about this land: Darling and super cozy off-the-grid glamping cabin at 8200 feet elevation, perfect for creating special memories for you and your besties! Unbelievable views of the San Francisco Peaks, gorgeous glistening aspen groves, graceful pine trees, wildlife sightings, and good old fashioned eco-therapy will soothe your soul and ease away your tension. Close to the Grand Canyon! Just 1/2 mile off the Arizona Trail! Hike 6 miles to Snowbowl. This darling camper cabin has one bedroom with a queen sized bed (2 guests), and two pull out couches for up to four additional guests. The well stocked kitchen has all the cookware and utensils you'll need for cooking, a propane range, as well as a cooler for your use (bring ice). A gas barbecue is on site as well. The wood stove kicks out a ton of heat to keep you toasty while you sip on steamy hot chocolate that is provided for your enjoyment. Gather around the propane operated firepit in the backyard for some R&R. Bring a hammock 'cuz there are unlimited opportunities for stringing one up! Tons of activities will keep you occupied, including hiking and biking on the nearby Arizona Trail (just 1/2 mile away), or even sledding on your very own private 2 acre piece of paradise! What's even better is the property backs onto the National Forest, for unlimited enjoyment of nature. In the evening crack open a book, or start playing a game with your besties to close out a long day. The property is completely off the grid, making it very appealing to those travelers and adventurers who want to create a minimal carbon footprint on their vacation. The kitchen sink has a hand pump that draws water from under the sink from a 10 gallon water jug. You can refill the jug as needed from a hand pump located in the back yard. There is solar powered lighting and a USB phone charger station. There is no electrical power available. Cell service is available in the area depending on your carrier. The outdoor composting toilet is super clean with little or no odor. The cabin is located at 8200' in the San Francisco Peaks in the pines and aspens. Snowshoe or cross country ski, go sledding or snowmobiling, or just good old fashioned relaxation will make the time fly by. If that's not enough check this out:(a) it's just 5 miles to the Arizona Nordic Center for incredible cross country ski trails(b) it's just 18 miles to Snowbowl for chairlift rides or world class skiing(c) it's just 20 miles to the hip town of Flagstaff for fantastic restaurants, golfing, shopping, coffee shops and museums(d) it's just 60 miles to historic Williams with the Bearizona wildlife park and the popular Grand Canyon Railway(e) it's just 55 miles to the world famous Grand Canyon. (f) It's just 50 miles to gorgeous Sedona, making it a perfect day trip! (g) and last but not least, it's right next to the Kendrick Snowmobile Trails, which offers 54 miles of unbeatable snowmobile adventures! The property is located approximately 2.1 miles off the main highway down a forest service road. The road is in excellent shape during the summer months. During winter you MUST have a 4WD vehicle to access the property, particularly if there has been a significant snowfall recently. During a snowy period, access may require either cross country skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling to the property from the main highway (approx 2.1 miles). If you get stuck on the road it will be your own responsibility. Please check with the owner a couple days prior to your visit to check on road conditions during the winter! Pets must be well behaved and cleaned up after, including excessive animal hair. Leash laws apply to Coconino National Forest. Please do not book the Glamper Cabin if you plan to bring a pet which is known to be aggressive or unpredictable in nature, including breeds or mixed breeds such as pitbulls, rottweilers, bullmastiff and American Bulldog. This property is stunning and such an amazing get away. We loved all the hiking trails nearby and the escape from our normal lives. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday up here and she loved every minute. Super cute, clean, and lots of great activities!

Couldn't ask for much better! This is the exact "cabin in the woods" experience we were seeking. It was super cozy, quiet, private, with nice hosts. We were able to meet them at check-in and they seemed great. They are very detailed in descriptions, answering any possible question one may have about staying here. I'd love to have a cabin of my own like this one day.

Staying at the Glamper cabin was wonderful. The host sent clear instructions for anything you might have a question about and inside the cabin there were instructions for the use of everything inside and outside the cabin! They even had some info on nearby trails and attractions! The wood burning stove kept us very warm all night! Outside temperature was only 45 but the wood burning stove kept us around 80 all night. I would very much love to stay here again but maybe in the snowy season.

Great and peaceful place

This was a great stay for us. Cabin was very clean and had all what we needed. The quietness, remoteness, nature, and the outside propane fire place at night was a nice addition. Place is remote, quiet but still close to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. One realized how little (luxury) is needed to have a good and enjoyable experience

Truly life changing and I wish we could have stayed for even longer! I will be making it a point to come back as soon as possible. Go here in the summer! The highs were MAYBE in the mid 70s and the nights got down to the mid 50s. Couldn’t be more comfortable

Me and my family really enjoyed this glamping experience! The place was really nice and clean, they also had everything you need like kitchen supplies, lanterns, blankets etc. It was very useful that everything was labeled and had instructions.

Our family loved staying at the Glamper Cabin! Our 3 year old spent all weekend running around barefoot and playing on the swing. The cabin is well equipped with everything you will need to stay entertained and for cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful for answering our questions!

Perfect retreat

My husband and I took our two daughters here as a last minute overnight stay and we didn’t want to leave! Everything about the glamour cabin is charming and cozy with so many thoughtful and fun extras. Our girls loved exploring the property and we loved how quiet the neighborhood was. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. Perfect spot to mix in to our spring break, between Cactus League games and a visit to the Grand Canyon! I only wish we could have stayed longer and kept that wood stove going. Highly recommend!!!

Glamping at its best!!

I brought my nine year old son and two dogs to stay here during a winter storm 🤣 We ended up having to park our car and walk 2.3 miles in and out to the cabin but honestly that made it even more of an adventure. Once we got to the cabin it had everything we needed and was perfect.

The cabin was so cute! Make sure to follow their instructions for getting there because Google likes to take you down a road that is not good for a small SUV and Waze took us down a road that quite existing half way down. The wood stove was lovely. I just wish we could've stayed longer!

The glamper cabin was the best weekend trip ever! How lucky were we to have a beautiful snow day for our arrival! We got that wood burning stove going first thing when we got there, then soaked in all the cabin had to offer. The cabin comes stocked with all the things you could need for your trip. The kitchen was loaded with all the baking/cooking needs, with a few extras such as hot coco and coffee. Homemade pizza and wine was the kick off to our weekend! There were a selection of games to keep you busy while staying warm inside. Scrabble was our go to, and I remain the Champ! The bed was like falling into someone’s arms. The best sleep ever! We utilized the snow shoes that are available to guests, and did a 3 mile hike from the cabin to Walker Lake. The outside restroom is easy to use, just follow the simple directions, and enjoy your view. We absolutely loved our stay and have already been planning our next trip back. Thank you for allowing us this incredible trip.

Amazing small cabin right next to Arizona's Snowbowl. The cabin has a separate cozy bedroom. The main room has a kitchen with a stove and sink. There is a kitchen table and two couches. The main attraction is the wood stove in the middle of the room that keeps the whole place nice and toasty. Great hiking and mountain biking close by too.

Cozy & Peaceful Cabin

We had the best time staying at the cabin with our pups! The cabin had everything we needed and was so peaceful. We hiked off the trail recommend Ed a short walk from the cabin and we lucked out with all the fall colors! We were also surprised how warm the cabin stayed even without the wood burning stove going. We hope to come back again and absolutely loved our stay!

My boyfriend and I REALLY enjoyed this Glamper. It was very clean and decorated cute! Lots of space to move around and get comfy! We will be back when it is warmer out so we can hike the many trails around the area.
