CHILDREN MUST be accompanied by a parent at all times! FIREWOOD is $9. for a large feed bag full & is available between 9 AM and 8 PM. BEEF and EGGS: We have grass-fed Black Angus beef jerky for sale (this cow was treated as a pet until her time & was dispatched on the farm to avoid stress). We occasionally have eggs from our pastured chickens. Our free-range kind, gentle horses also wander the property. Any interactions with them are at your own risk! We have one RV site with septic, water and 50 Amp power and can fit a 40 foot unit and 4 totally private tent sites. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay. Should you find that your desired dates are already booked, please reach out to us as we may have a back up spot available. Please keep in mind we are an organic farm homestead that offers an agritourism experience. Welcome to our year-round tree farm, just 45 minutes east of Vancouver and 12 minutes from Golden Ears Park. We grow a variety of fir trees alongside produce and fruit, offering a sustainable, quality-focused retreat surrounded by native trees. Our flat, graveled RV parking spots come with 15-amp power, water hookups, picnic tables, and fire pits, with firewood available (weather permitting). A portable toilet is also on site. Explore farm pathways between rows of Christmas trees and neighboring fields with horses, goats, and alpacas, and purchase fresh produce and fruit in season. In addition to RV spots, we offer a very clean 32-foot LaCrosse RV trailer with a bunkhouse that sleeps five (two adults and three children). Fully set up upon arrival, it provides all necessary amenities for a hassle-free, enjoyable camping experience. Our location is ideal, being close to Golden Ears Provincial Park, Whonnock Lake, and Cliff Falls Park, making it a peaceful yet convenient retreat. Come experience the serenity of nature.

The views were incredible. You could see all the way down to Mount Baker in Washington State from jims convivial deck. The sites were large and were positioned such that you could easily have privacy but also friendly interactions with other campers if you were so inclined

The farm is an authentic working family oriented farm. All the animals are clearly loved and cared for so you experience a true farm life when staying here. Heathers suggestion that we book the “RV site” was perfect for our Grandchildren (age 2&4) because they were able to watch and interact with the animals more. Heather and her family are truly authentic hard working people who love each of the rescued animals. The kids enjoyed picking zucchini with Heather and feeding apples to the horses and corn to the cows. A campsite they will always remember with fond memories. It was a good camp site. View is amazing. Host was helpful. Cleaning lady was keeping it clean as much as she could. Someone was keep stealing the toilet paper and broke the toilet seat which was very inconvenient specially with kids. The only down side for me was that Sani dump was out of order for our entire stay.

Jim’s pace was our first HipCamp experience. It was amazing! His space has only a few options and so it’s so quiet and peaceful. AND, it’s the best most convenient spot close to everything! Jim was the best part of our experience. He is so kind and funny and so knowledgeable about the area. He was able to give some great tips. In our opinion, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The full service access, proper/potable water, electricity, et. Was exceptional! He has been working to make his property a place to look forward to coming to.

We wanted to be in the Yoho/Banff area, without the hassle of chasing NP campsites. Golden Riverfront was a great option. Within an hr of many great spots in 3 parks, Kootenay as well. We got to see the Paragliding nationals which was something to watch in between hikes in Yoho. Yes there are mosquitoes, yes they bite. Thermacell or bug spray does the trick to keep them away. No worse than most spots in MN and should be expected if you are camping in a real campground like Golden Riverfront.

The camping spot was spotless. And unlike almost any other campground, public or private, it was LEVEL AND ON A CONCRETE SLAB!!! We didn’t need the power or water but it was all there. Salt Spring Island is a beautiful place!

Berny was there to welcome us and direct us to the best spot. We enjoyed the walk around their property in the evening to the overlook of the amazing Kootenay River. And the unique perk was the delicious farm-to-table meals delivered by Berny right to our campsite!
