Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood. No fires apart from in the fire pits provided are to be lit. Fires are to be extinguished before going to bed or leaving. One vehicle per site Potable water available Water hookup Dump point, but no garbage disposal facilities Guests must take all rubbish home when they leave Check in after 1pm. More than just a paddock. This is a piece of paradise and better than most caravan parks I've been to. Kind and helpful hosts A beautiful property with ample flat space for car and camper The gardens are gorgeous with lots of little garden rooms but the highlights were the under cover camp kitchen with potbelly and lots of special little touches, a walk around the pretty damn and lots of interesting sculptures and garden art. This place is amazing

Second time at Graces land! What a treat to be close to Melbourne and yet feel like you’re much further out! Enjoyed our stay here! Initially staying 3 nights however weather turned upside down on the last evening and didn’t want have our gear drying for the rest of the week if we stayed the last night, great amenities and Grace and her dogs are very accommodating and kind. Great place!

We had an amazing relaxing time here. Grace and her family are such warm and welcoming hosts, happy to help, share stories, checked in to make sure all is well, recommended good spots for hikes, sunsets etc. Best eggs ive had! The property is stunning , clean clear air, rolling hills, no matter the weather the energy was perfect. A very special spot, Nature at its finest, a serene escape indeed. Facilities were on point, very clean, hot showers, excelent toilets, good shade from the trees, spacious sites, plenty of privacy. Highly recommend. Great spot and very private. Nice area to explore and do walking trips, dogs loved it. Unfortunatley could stay only 1 night instead of two due to really heavy rain (our set up is not that advanced…) But would book it again.

10/10! We have been on the road for a few weeks now and this has been our favourite place to stay. Your own private sanctuary with beautiful gardens and wildlife. Amanda showed us around when we arrived and was a great host. Outdoor shower was amazing and spotless bathroom. The sheltered kitchen area was super cute with everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a lovely and peaceful stay here. This was our ideal break from the city as it had all the amenities we needed and the only sounds were from nature. We explored the hiking trails on the property and were blessed with lovely weather. Our dog loved it here. It is a great place if you have a dog. Grace is very kind and considerate for her guests. Hot showers while camping were amazing! We will be back :)

Amazing property and hosts! They have done such a good job converting their gigantic backyard into a cozy place to stay. The outdoor shower was a dream - better hot water than we had at our Airbnb the night before! We brought our own cooking gear and were able to eat dinner in the camp kitchen area. The location is also perfect, very close to wineries and the rest of Mornington. Highly recommend!

Graceland is the perfect quick getaway from the stress of city life. The perfect setting among rolling hills filled with wildlife and all the modern comforts, hot water for showers and running water, to make even a first time camper feel comfortable. Our host and her husband were even kind enough to give us fresh eggs for breakfast! There’s amazing sunset views at the top of the hills that are a must see or if you’re looking to chill out there’s fire pits, bbq facilities all undercover with chairs and tables perfect for relaxing and reading or just enjoying the serenity. There’s no internet which makes it easier to switch off from the world and the entire farm is off grid so be self sufficient. There’s amazing food and coffee in the town centre of Yea which is only a short 15 minutes into town if you’re wanting a treat or lazy day off from cooking. Enjoy and rest your day and nights away!
