We had a great time. Definitely what we needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating few days away. We loved we were camping but with everything supplied. Absolutely beautiful spot and the horses and donkeys were a nice extra. Friendly host and everything was really smooth. Definitely recommend for a couples retreat away and we will be back xx

This was an amazing 4 day stay. Lots of friendly farm animals for kids to explore. Views across grassy paddocks to rolling hills. Attentive but private owners whose daughter is a wealth of knowledge about the animals and the property.

Had an amazing time at One Tree Hill, Guy was an extremely welcoming and informative host. All the animals were amazing to see, especially all the alpacas! Will definitely be back soon!

Such a wonderful location and the accommodation was very comfortable. Listening to the creek while sleeping and the donkey calls made you feel one with nature. Camp has everything you need to get by and we will definitely be back for another stay.

This is the most amazing hidden gem. Definitely returning and bringing friends and family. Hosts are super friendly, facilities are great, but most importantly the camp sites themselves are excellent. Well-shaded, lots of space, beautiful animals and wildlife. There is a stream for the dogs to swim in, long off-leash walks, picturesque countryside. I leave with a much more peaceful soul than when I arrived. Can’t rate highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent place to camp! The other spot was far enough away that we didn't notice them and could relax and enjoy the view. Not too far to walk to the toilet and shower which were clean. We have a 2wd and with the recent rain Guy had checked to be sure the track was dry enough for us to drive up to the site. Had a few goats wander through the site during the night. They did no harm though and I've had livestock come through my site during the night at other farmstays so it's to be expected.

The Bush Clinic, Hinterland Retreat

Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. Multiple natural springs exist on the property and a few small spring-fed waterholes are scattered down the cascading hills. Friendly ducks, geese, fish, horses and an abundance of native wildlife live here. This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area. Coominya Hobby Farm

Come and relax at our flat, peaceful 5 acre hobby farm. Most animals wander around example the sheep, ducks and chooks, all the poultry. We have a mini pig (Splat) that has her own paddock as she likes to escape and you definately don't want a pig in your tent or swag or pushing your furniture about. 😆 She is super gentle and please go in and give her some belly rubs and pats. We also have Gibbles the male gobbler turkey (his gobble gobble is a delightful sound), dorper sheep, hens and Henry Rooster, so theres will be a cock a doodle do in the mornings, ducks and horses if I have enough grass. You can ask for the horses to be here for your visit, they are often at other agistment nearby. Baby animals are seasonal, ducklings and baby chicks in summer and lambs after winter roughly. There are a couple of small playgrounds, double flushing toilets, picnic tables and chairs for your convenience and a nice above ground pool to stay cool in. We have firewood for sale, and I make a great expresso coffee if your a coffee lover, like myself. Bring some cash for firewood, coffee and other bits and pieces. The $45 camp fee pays for 2 adults and 1 child. Extra adults campers are $20 adults and $5 for kids. We also offer day visits for $5 per person. Plenty of room for caravans, buses and horse floats. I have a round yard and horse yards and horses are $10 per horse/night to cover water costs. BYO hay. Wivenhoe Dam, Atkinson Dam and the Brisbane river are all closeby. Our farm offers a unique escape from city life, allowing guests to connect with nature and experience farm life first hand. We are offering campers a quiet private site situated on our rural, rustic 10-acre hobby farm. We share our land with 15 goats, 4 llamas, 2 steer, 1 dog and many free rage chickens and guinea fowl. Watch the beautiful sunset to the west whilst sitting round a roaring campfire. Wood will be available at $10 per night or feel free to collect your own whilst engaging with the goats and llamas. Connect with nature and enjoy the hands-on experience spending quality time with the friendly farm animals. Feed the llamas, Kevin is always up for a little walk on the walking rein as long there is an edible treat available for him. The goats always love a pat from their human friends and will keep you entertained with their unique personalities.

Exclusively yours, only one group of campers on this property at a time. Papa’s Billabong is alongside a dam with a variety of wildlife. The campsite is secluded, quiet and tranquil with stunning sunsets and starry night skies which make for a great camping adventure. We welcome all campers including caravans, camper trailers and tents to our Blenheim bush camp. There is a variety sites in each area featuring drive through level grass sites. We have provided toilet and shower amenities with some non-potable water to make your stay more comfortable. Our beautiful Blenheim property has walking tracks with views of the Lockyer valley with the convenience of towns (forest hill and laidley) only 15minutes drive away. Our walking tracks will develop over time including vintage farm memorabilia and sculptures to explore. You are welcome to bring your kayak or canoe, or even have a swim in the dam.Or sit back and watch the variety of bird life and kangaroos. Unique features include cow trough firepit and termite mound pizza oven. Pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times and on leash if exploring. No chainsaws but a small amount of firewood will be provided to get you started free of charge, we supply a trailer load of timber for a night fire, some split wood suitable for a cooking fire is available for $10 / bag We look forward to opening our property for you camping pleasures.

White Wallaby Farm

PLEASE NOTE, We do not appreciate loud music/noise or general anti social behaviour. This will cause you to be asked to leave without a refund. White Wallaby Farm is certified organic growing Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric plus other seasonal crops. Our camping area is separated from the growing areas by the road, the camping area is approximately 2.5 acres, is mostly bush and borders Hopping Dicks Creek. Actual camping site is about 1/2 acre and is a mix of gravel & grass. Farm walks can be taken by negotiation, fees apply ( Morning/afternoon tea included). Available produce can be purchased. Mobile phone and Wifi service is usually very poor at the campsite. Please do not cross over the creek, this is not our property & the neighbours have very strict biosecurity controls in place. We ask that you respect this situation. Caravans up to 6 mtrs long are acceptable (1 area only ) other areas suit smaller vans, camper trailers, tents etc. Facilities are basic, there is a bush toilet and a camp kitchen with gas stove and sink. No showers. No power. Tank water on site is pumped from the creek and must be boiled/filtered before use. Entry to the grounds is opposite Number 325, and has a sign on the fence indicating Number 326. NOTE, 325 is not our property, do not enter this driveway or use their bins. Our private driveway is approx 50 mtrs further along the road and has the number 327 on the gate post. There are rubbish and recycle bins for your use in the campgrounds. This is an area with significant wildlife and for this reason we cannot allow cats or dogs under any circumstances, IF, by chance you hit an animal or see an injured one please report it to us immediately. Please drive carefully. The area is very beautiful with lovely drives, bike rides and walks. The newly opened Murwillumbah Rail Trail is 30 mins drive away. Lovely local cafes are at Crystal Creek and Tyalgum approx 15 mins away Directions, if coming from the south travel to Murwillumbah then either via Chillingham or Tyalgum. If coming from the north take the Nerang to Murwillumbah rd and turn right at Chillingham. This is a very pretty drive and slightly quicker than via the M1. We only accept 1 booking at a time so that you have the area to yourself.

Teviotville is a short 8-minute drive from the township of Boonah, and 6 minutes from the quaint, historic village of Kalbar. We have ample natural wonders in the near vicinity with Mount French and other national parks, Lake Moogerah and Maroon Dam. A peaceful spot, with flat, grassed camping areas, fire pit area, a big sky full of stars, so much bird and other wildlife, chickens, and a family with 2 young lads to welcome you. Plenty of space for your pets, and also facilities for horses. Rob, Lou, Angus and Hamish would love to show you around and share our new little patch of land in the beautiful Scenic Rim or of course leave you to enjoy the tranquility if you prefer.
