We also provide dog minding services! Photo updates supplied. Cost is $50 per day (add to your booking). All you need to do is supply your dog bed and food. Recently our guests enjoyed a trip to Fraser Island and were very impressed with the service provided. So if you love your fur baby and you still want to have a holiday experience, just come and stay here and we can enhance your stay by giving your fur babies a holiday too.
You may be moved to a different site if your chosen site is too wet. We use Good Riddance products for the midges & mozzies during summer because it works, its non toxic + deet free. We have dry firewood (hardwood) available on the verandah for $15/15kg crate. There are plenty of sites to choose from.

Our property is located halfway between Gympie and Maryborough (approx. 20 minutes from the Bruce Highway) tucked away down a private road which is lovely and peaceful.
We have some walking trails located on the Camp Grounds to take in the scenery, or for the more adventurous located behind the office are longer walking trails with spectacular views at the top.
There is a bike track and playground with Mini Putt Putt to keep the kids amused! Currently an RC track in the making for the remote 4WD enthusiasts.
Easy access to the Mary River if you would like a spot of fishing, swimming or kayaking. Keep your eye out for the platypus and Mary River Turtles.
We also have fire pits available at most sites with plenty of free firewood to collect around the property.
Your fury friends are more than welcome but for the safety of them and others must be on a lead at all times.
We are located about 50 minutes from Gympie, an hour 15 minutes from Rainbow Beach and or Hervey Bay and 45 minutes from Maryborough. The town of Tiaro is only 15 minutes down the road which has a Foodworks, Pub, United Fuel and Cafe.
Don't forget the local Gundy Pub is only 5 minutes down the road. Great atmosphere and meals "tell them we sent you".

We had one of our best camp spots on our travels from Sydney to Cairns here. It’s only nature around you. Some lovely cows roaming around and the river is next to the camp. Great for walks, bird watching, kayaking and just relaxing. The hosts were super lovely and welcoming, they welcomed us with fresh fruits from their beautiful garden. Would definitely recommend it.

Friendly hosts. Plenty of space for the kids to kick around a footy, play with their monster trucks & fossick around for firewood. Great location for exploring Eumundi & surrounds as it is only a short drive to town. Close to the highway (noise didn’t bother us). Highlight of the trip for the kids was looking at the fun cars / memorabilia in the bar & playing with the properties friendly dogs, Wilson & Nova.

We loved our stay at Mary River Farmstay. There was firewood available on site, the campsites were large and well spaced out, and there were several different areas to choose from — near the river, overlooking the dam, or with views across the paddocks.
We stayed near the riverbank and cow paddock, which gave us lovely river views as well as watching the cows grazing nearby. During our stay we had the whole place to ourselves, which made it feel incredibly peaceful and relaxing.
The river itself is about a 5-minute walk from the riverside campsites, down a very steep embankment. The sites closest to the river are lined with bushland, so river access is mainly via two winding walking tracks. The walk down is actually really lovely, and once you reach the river the scenery is absolutely picturesque.
We unfortunately didn’t catch any fish while we were there, but still really enjoyed sitting by the water soaking up the tranquility while waiting for a bite.
If you’re bringing kayaks, be prepared for a bit of effort — it’s easiest to drive them closer to the river access area first, then carry them the rest of the way down the steep winding track. That said, the river is beautiful for kayaking and definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful two day stay at wahoo ranch ☺️Ray is an awesome guy very accomodating close to Eumundi and quick on and off the M1 we stayed here on our way to Bundaberg and had a awesome stay 👍🏼There is road noise but not a deal breaker great camp sites that accommodate large rigs like ours cheers Ray thanks again 🍻🇦🇺And a man cave that is out of this world 😁

Cean and tidy no amenities but 3 mins down the road public toilet that needs council to invest in upgrading so (The stop over experience) is a better cleaner public toilet experience. also pizza on weekends is a thought. maybe double in intake of the park as was booked out school holidays, yet space was available at 730pm at night. yet could not book so drove 2 hrs home tired. my fault I know.

We stayed at Warren’s over the Easter long weekend. I recommend you drive around and check out the different places to camp before just setting up. We chose a secluded site by the river.
Warren came around the first night with free firewood to keep us going for the weekend.
The river was quite brown when we were there but still able to enjoy a beautiful paddle down the river and a swim. It is a trek to get down to the river with your water craft, but doable

Such a peaceful property away from the over crowding of some camp grounds.
Awesome camp kitchen with hot water, fridge/freezer, standard oven, bbq, dishes, cutlery and cleaning equipment,
Toilet and shower was a great bonus.
The hosts Heather and Louise were so accommodating and sold barrista coffee from the veranda every morning.
I choose not to use my powered site as they are quite close together so set up on the open field.

Such a great spot for a quiet weekend away over Easter! We camped near the wetland area and had the whole place to ourselves, found a great spot under the shade of one of the huge gum trees. No mozzies either. The area near the river looked a bit busier, but there is so much land to spread out! The dog loved swimming in the wetland, and the property was beautiful for morning strolls. The owners were so friendly, and even came and dropped a fire pit off and ample firewood for us, so kind! We loved it and will definitely be back.

Macallon Farm is a beautiful property run by the very lovely Michelle and her delightful friendly kids. We enjoyed our peaceful "Quiet Corner" site overlooking a small creek and had complete privacy from the other campers. Walking around the farm and seeing all the animals added to our experience. Highly recommend camping here.

Stayed for 2 nights……it rained, it was incredibly windy but it was such a relaxing escape. Weather wasn’t the best for that weekend but made the most of our time there. I would and am staying there again. LOVED IT.
Heather was more than than helpful and a good host.
