Our names are Chris and Christine. We recently moved to Gundiah Qld and acquired a beautiful piece of land (approx. 320 acres) with about 70 acres of picturesque camping located on the Mary River. Our property is located halfway between Gympie and Maryborough (approx. 20 minutes from the Bruce Highway) tucked away down a private road which is lovely and peaceful. We have plenty of walking trails and a bike track to keep the kids amused! There is easy access to the Mary River if you would like a spot of fishing or swimming. We have a large fire pit and 2 flushing toilets and showers located on the other side of the campground. We are just setting up but hope to soon have coffee available in the bar area located on the other side of the campground. We also have fire pits available with plenty of free firewood located on the property. Your fury friends are more than welcome but for the safety of them and others must be on a lead at all times. We are located about 50 minutes from Gympie, an hour 15 minutes from Rainbow Beach and or Hervey Bay, 45 minutes from Maryborough and the town of Tiaro is only 15 minutes down the road which has a Foodworks, Pub, United Fuel and Cafe. Don't forget the local Gundy Pub is only 5 minutes down the road.

Best bush camp yet.
This has to be the best bush camp I’ve ever been to, although I hate to write this as I want it to be a secret. Right on the Mary River with a weir , lots of space, great walks, bush amenities. No mobile access but that added to the relaxed atmosphere. Everyone talked, played games and just had a good old fashioned time. Great hosts and we will definitely be back

There were cows roaming around the property and Chris was real chill. Lost 2 decent sized fish (line broke), one of which was a large bass, felt like Captain Ahab from that book about the whale.

This was our second time back and again, we absolutely loved our stay. It is truly secluded and peaceful there. We kept busy by swimming in the beautiful river, playing mini golf, walking around the 300 acres, greeting the cows and finding beautiful hidden spots on this gorgeous land. The owners have done a great job with the place, we even got a surprise firewood delivery. I think this has become our favourite getaway place. Thank you!
