"Kurrajong Meadows" is a large open grassed campground that is flat and spacious, north facing with excellent solar access and a sheltered forest to the southern creek side. A flowing creek is a short stroll from the campsite via a rainforest pathway. The area is perfect for large and small groups or those wishing for their own self-contained space.
"Hideaway Camp" is located down a slight incline to privacy. This site is perfect for couples, families and small groups. Creek access is via an embankment and the water is suitable for paddling.
Each site has a firepit as camping just isn't camping without a fire. 🔥(Or "bush TV" as we call it!) Firewood is available for purchase.
Ask us about our Camper Trailer for hire. Includes setup and pack down, so you can come straight from work or home and get into your relaxing camping break immediately. BYO queen bed linen, pillows and towels.
We allow pets 🐕 "off-lead" and offer pet sitting for a small fee per hour.

Directions into our Property-
Once you have turned into Uhlmanns road; the bitumen will turn to a dirt road. Look on your left - we are the second driveway on the left. it is gravel and dirt and goes up a small hill to the farm gates which will be open.
Once you have gone past the gate, the neighbours house is to your left along the fence line. Keep driving down the driveway; you will see an avenue of Camphor Laurel trees.
Camp site 1 is to the right of the trees on the flats of the front paddock. You will also see a fire pit.
We are now a working hobby farm and have animals free ranging on the property. If you wish to bring a pet, please ensure they are bird/ animal/ dog friendly.

Tent site and RV/campervan site on grassed area with power and water available. Under cover parking for campervan or tent setup is an option alongside the living area and amenities.
Facilities include equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, benchtop convection oven, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils as well as plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Bathroom with hot shower and a bathtub for parents with children. As we are on tank rainwater, we request that guests conserve water usage. Compost toilet is accessible up a few stairs. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
There is wildlife around like kangaroos, wallabies, echidna and many bird species so no pets are permitted on the property.
Fires are permitted in the designated Firepit provided. This has been a highlight for guests so far. Bring your own firewood or buy along the road nearby.
Guests are asked to respect the quiet environment. We’d appreciate no loud music or voices from 10pm to 7am. There is a neighbouring property behind the shed and our bedroom is within range!
When you book you are booking the entire camp facility. It is yours to enjoy, relax, unwind, or catch up on some rest.
Please advise ETA so we can greet you on arrival and show you to your campsite. It's best to arrive before sunset to select your camp spot and set up and to enjoy the sunset views!

There is river access on the property, where you can kayak and fish on the Mary River - flood conditions permitting !
Bring along your furry friends too - they are welcome and love the space to run around and meet other friends, please supervise them at all times and if they are likely to be unfriendly to other dogs please keep them on the leash at all times, please pick up after them and respect other peoples camping areas.
We are just a short drive to Pomona, Cooran, Eumundi, and Cooroy where you'll find quaint shops, bakeries and markets, the stunning Noosa beaches are a 25 minute picturesque drive away.

Our camping ground is in Amamoor in the beautiful Mary Valley.
It was once the local cricket pitch , so is a lovely flat spot to camp, with a mountain view to one side and our creek bordering the other 3 sides.
It is within minutes drive from the Amamoor General store so supplies are never far away.
It has easy access off Moorehouse Gully Rd and is fully fenced from the road.
Upon discovering the Mary Valley, we found our farm and fell in love with the views, the mango plantation and the gorgeous nearby villages.
Our property was once a pineapple farm and was part of a much larger property owned by the previous owners for over 60 years.
The Mary Valley Rattler steam train is a great addition to the history of the area and stops at our local village of Amamoor.
Amamoor has the village Green Cafe opened from Wednesday to Sunday and also is where the Rattler stops for refreshments on the weekends.
On Saturday afternoon you can visit Dagun station down the road for a wine tasting and find fresh produce at the station market.
With Kandanga village 10 minutes away, the Country Club and the Kandanga Hotel, a refreshing beer, a good meal and even a game of bowls is not far away.
Cycle the rail trail , kyak the Mary River and check out the State Forest and all its trails, there is so much to explore.
Cooran Brewery with live music Dingo Creek Winery a bit father on , and the coast only 50 minutes away, come and explore our wonderful part of the world.

Avocado farm in the Mary Valley. Rich Red Volcanic soils. The property backs onto the Amamoor State forest, great for trail bike and horse riding or a hike if you're feeling fit.
Guests are required to be fully self sufficient with their own toilet facilities and must take all waste with them on departure.
The camp site is situated in a quiet country road with a flowing creek. There's a little bike track in the paddock across the road for the kids. (Pushbikes)
Pitch your tent or roll up with the camper trailer. Site over looks the creek and dam. Short drive to Amama Park day use area where you can bush walk or have a BBQ.
Bring the dirt bike and ride some of the best state forest riding around or just kick back and enjoy the sounds of nature. Please keep bike riding within the forrest. No dirt bike riding is allowed on property.
You will also be able to look up and see the avocado trees on the hill. Short trip to the local shop.

The property was very green and the grass was so soft, no shoes needed. Hide away camp was secluded and we had a very peaceful stay. Kev and Tan went above and beyond during our stay and all communication leading up to our stay was very clear. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and just relax.

Highly recommend Karrajong Camp. Tan and Kevin are lovely hosts, directions were on point and what you see is what you get.
We had the whole meadow (with beautiful lush grass) to ourselves, when you book it, it’s all yours. Our dog absolutely loved it too.
The creek was easily accessible and flowing which made for a fantastic afternoon dip.
Quality long burning wood fire wood is available for $15 per tub (02/2026) and fire pits available at each camp site.
We will be back for sure!

Perfect place for total peace and relaxation overlooking a beautiful dam full of flowering water lilies, water hens , ducks and the occasional kingfisher ☺️ also a family of wallabies grazing daily and kangaroos 😃 there is also a large covered picnic table which is fabulous for when it rains 😆☔️ totally private and no noise pollution of any kind, I never even heard a dog barking 👍 absolutely brilliant place and Steve is so extremely helpful and a star ⭐️ host as well as an amazing kind person 🥳👏🏼🥰 half an hour to Noosa Farmers Market or 20 minutes to Eumundi Market and these are such a treat for foodies 👍😋

Calm the Farm was a green and clean paddock and very quiet. Great spot to stop off for the night on your way north. Short distance to the shops in Gympie if you need to top up supplies. The host Angela was very clear with all her correspondence. Highly recommend Calm the Farm.

Great location for day trips to surrounding areas such as Gympie, Noosa, Rainbow Beach. Beautiful big green campsites, some with power and water, some not, rolling views of hills and cattle. Hosts were wonderful, this is a quiet safe location, we spent 5 nights and definitely recommend.

We camped at the meadow in our caravan with 2 kids (1 & 5) and 2 dogs and had the most relaxing time, spent most of our time at the creek where the dogs swam and the kids played, can’t wait to go back. Tuchekoi Ranch was our ideal site, quiet, well spaced sites and well maintained. We occupied site 3 with power, water and a fire pit. There were views through the bush and to our amazement a Koala shuffled up a tree no further than 9m from where we sat on our first night.
The site was slightly uneven, but if you’re prepared this is no problem. Easily accessible from the Bruce Highway. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect . We spent the Australia Day long weekend at Jackie & Alan’s beautiful property. They both went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The toilets and shower were a wonderful addition.
Camp site is completely private , right on the dam with a covered deck . A welcome relief on such a hot weekend.
Have already rebooked to come back . 10/10

Our favourite camping spot, the hillside scenery is lush & appealing. The country surrounds are quiet & peaceful, well kept grounds and a rustic firepit area with table & chairs, Kris & Hannah are genuine and make an effort to make you feel welcome. Towns are a short drive away and the hiking trails right at the doorstep, there is always something to do.

This is a real gem. We loved the ability to pack light and lean into the convenience of a full kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities as well as undercover protection given the storm season. It’s super close to Lake Cootharaba for fishing and kayaking, and 30 mins to bush walks at Noosa. Wonderful place and host.

Woondum National Park is a beautiful rainforest. The Rock Pools are fantastic for swimming and if you love creek walks you could walk along it for ages taking in the beautiful scenery.

Was less than 10 public parking spaces, public toilets available. Small bush trail was perfect length for families. Rock pools & creek beds were stunning!! The water temp was a smidge chilly for early spring, will be perfect as the weather warms up.

Woondum National Park and Mothar Mountain Rock pools and day use area is a beautiful spot.
There is a well maintained public barbecue area, some basic National Park toilets and several hiking tracks including a short 500 m circuit for those people who just want a 15 minute walk

Off road adventures and Rock pools
Great 4wding tracks for a bit of off road fun and a few creek crossings also make sure you stop in first at Mothar Mountain Rock pools for a fresh dip.
