Hillier Retreat - Valley Centre
Hiller's Retreat is a great secluded site, nestled in a valley with swimming pond, so you feel miles away from home. We didn't need to use the camp kitchen and shelter with power supply, however it looked great.

Hillier Retreat - Valley Centre
One of the best camping areas we’ve visited so far! It’s a beautiful, small valley where we made so many great memories.
Our host, Byron, is down-to-earth and incredibly helpful. We loved hearing that he wants to visit my hometown, Hunza Valley—it made us feel right at home here.
Honestly, being here gave us the same feeling as Hunza, and I’d happily call this place the “Hunza of Australia

A lovely magical place. Quiet, peaceful, grounded and dreamy. Happy to return. Compost toilets and showers plus outside covered kitchen with rainwater and shaded places to relax.

This place was beautiful, very calm and peaceful , got a good spot up on the bank with a view of the dam , Byron was a nice bloke let me use their sink to wash a few things which I appreciated , made friends with the goats who were grazing , will definitely be back ! Thanks guys

Great location. Awesome views up into the local mountain. Lots of space to camp. Access to toilets and a shower. The grass to cut short which makes tent setup easy.
The camp is next to trail 3 on the Noosa trail network. Close to town to get a coffee and supplies.

We had such an amazing stay here! The property is huge, with beautiful sites spread out so you really feel immersed in nature. There’s a lovely pond, incredible mountain views, and even friendly goats wandering around, which made the experience feel so unique.
The facilities were excellent – hot showers were a big plus after long days outdoors. Our host, Byron, was absolutely lovely and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome.

Great to visit Byron's place again. Limited numbers, so that campers are spaced well apart. Comfort of toilets and hot showers. Peaceful, with views. Only 3km to Cooran.

Such a beautiful spot! The view from our campsite was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. It’s peaceful, quiet, and really gives you that back-to-nature feeling. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to relax, unwind, and enjoy some fresh air and great scenery!

My partner and I booked to camp 2 nights and from the start, Byron was incredibly accomodating! The space was beautiful, clean, and perfect for a weekend away. Definitely will be coming back for the views and the serenity.

Great property to camp on. Heaps of different sites to choose from which was awesome. The camp kitchen is perfectly set up, has everything you need. Byron was super helpful with everything and made our stay a lot easier. Fun hike up to the cave you can see from the kitchen as well which is definetly worth doing.

Loved staying at this campsite for the weekend. The facilities are everything you could need. Byron was a helpful and friendly host. There was plenty of space so each group could spread out. The views were amazing. Highly recommend. Will probably be coming back at some point.

We loved camping here! It was a fantastic few days with an amazing view of the lake and our goat friends saying hi to us. Byron was very friendly and we were so happy with our time here. The shared kitchen, toilets and showers were amazing.

Was a beautiful stay! Byron was super helpful and responsive and provided warm showers, firewood, and the goats on the property were a lovely touch. Would gladly come back again!

It was a good experience but a bit of a treck to the toilets in the middle of the night, especially on a slippery hillside after it had been raining. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly.
