Come and Camp at Noosa Equestrian Centre, a 188 acre property in the heart of the Noosa regions, with lush greenery and a peaceful tree lined creek. The perfect campsite for relaxing days spent in the beautiful hinterland, with Noosa beaches and shops just over the hill. The property offers 80 powered sites and 100 unpowered sites, at various locations around the property, some closer to the creek-line than others. All sites are ideal for pulling up stumps for a few days or more, enjoying the stunning, peaceful property and exploring the wider area. All campers have access the the amenities blocks (hot showers and flushing toilets!), located a couple of hundred metres from camp, depending where you set up, as well as a dump point for those who are self-contained. Greens Creek Country Stay is located just 12 minutes from Gympie Centro, 5 minutes from the new highway bypass, 48 minutes from Rainbow Beach, and 56 minutes from Noosa’s Hastings Street. There are two gate openings to navigate through to reach the camping paddock — 2 4.2m gate openings (both pictured in the photos). The property does not provide any facilities, so campers must be self-sufficient and take all waste with them. The entire property is 7 acres, and the paddock available for camping offers beautiful sunset views. It’s a large grassy area fully dog fenced surrounded on two sides by dairy farms — the cows often come up to the fence in the afternoons to say hello! The other two sides border our horse paddock and a paddock with cows, sheep, and goats. There is a photo showing the layout of sites 1–5 and directions to the camping paddock. We have several friendly animals on the property. Please do not feed them any scraps. You may meet our horse, Nulla (he loves carrots!), and our cattle: Molly, King Harold, Queen Annie, Sparkles, and Flossy. Note: animals may not always be on the property — if this is the reason for your visit, please message me beforehand to confirm. Animal feeding can sometimes be arranged for guests; please message me after booking to check availability. Smoking is allowed on the property, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly — we ask that no trace is left behind for the safety of our animals, wildlife, and future campers. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. If a dog is seen off-leash, you may be asked to leave for the safety of our animals. Please pick up after your pet. Paralysis ticks are common in this area, so ensure your dog is treated before arrival. Quiet time is after 10 p.m. — please be respectful of neighbours and other campers. Family group bookings are welcome. For stays longer than 7 days, feel free to message me to discuss extended options. Fire pits are supplied (one per site). Great spot, facilities first class for a campground. We used as a base to explore the area from tin can Bay to rainbow Beach. The damp is not s destination on its own but a fantastic place to base yourself.

It was an absolutely incredible stay at the Kia Ora Pony Club! I’ve been living too close to the city of this is the kinda shower pressure you get out here! The views of the mountain scape across the road are phenomenal I highly recommend you wake at about 5:30 to see the cows scratching and the sun rise! Would stay again! Hosts are very understanding and kind!

I want to go back. The view is so lovely, mountain sunsets and beautiful fields. Ambience was perfected by birdsong and nighttime mooing - distant enough to be unobtrusive and enjoyable. Can’t recommend enough!

Plenty of space, but it can be a bit tricky for everyone to access power from the single box. We had quite a few people crowd near us since we were closest to the main power source. The wind in the area can be deceiving — I didn’t have tie-downs, and it bent my awning back, so definitely come prepared. The more permanent residents in the area are friendly, chatty, and welcoming. However, there are a few random dogs roaming around. We weren’t sure if they were friendly, so it’s best to stay alert — some seem territorial. There are plenty of toilets available, but watch out for bindies and sharp grass; I got a few in my foot, which wasn’t pleasant. Definitely wear shoes everywhere. The horses are lovely to say hello to, and overall, it’s a nice, peaceful spot to get away from everything.

The care takers and staff at Noosa Equestrian and camping were amazing. Very helpful and welcoming. The amenities were clean, small welcoming touches were warm and inviting. They provided a mashing machine and dryer for the small cost of $5 each. Which provides extra con if needed. They have a beautiful non powered area to camp. And a huge area with the able to have 60 powered sites. Grate for large groups. The field sits under the backdrop of a beautiful view. Only 12 km from Gympie so just a quick drive into town if you need any extra supplies. There are beautiful rock pools only 5 mins drive from the campground. We have a lovely family weekend. It was great to be able to take our dogs as well.
