Hi All! We would love to share our amazing property with you.  We have over 3 kms of Mary River frontage that offers stunning camping. Our campsites are scattered all over our property so you are guaranteed serenity if that is what you are seeking.  We would appreciate bookings at least one week in advance. There are no amenities so you need to have your own camping toilet and leave no trace. No toilet = no camping.  Firewood upon request. We also allow your furry friends to join in the camping fun!  You will be welcomed at the big green shed. Check in 10am, Checkout 10am. An ETA of your arrival would be greatly appreciated.  Please note, we are very busy farmers and our farm comes first. We try as hard as we can to respond promptly but it can take us up to 48 hours, so please be aware and patient.

Site 1 - Platypus
The property was one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at. With veiws overlooking the Mary River, soft mowed thick green grass to camp on. Big safe iron fire pits for the evening. Cool breeze every afternoon that come down the river that are refreshing. We also felt very safe. The cows are so well looked after. The whole experience was fantastic. Well done to the owners. The river was easy to access very refreshing, our puppy had an absolute 💯 % time

Beautiful, big, well-maintained sites with huge fire pits. Very clean camp areas. Our first time camping with our dogs who loved the creek and the shady camp. Lots to explore. Peaceful and private getaway. Kaye surprised us with a dozen fresh eggs in the morning and a little gift on arrival. Thanks Kaye!

We loved our campsite. Nobody is too close together. The kids took our paddle boards down to the river and explored. It was a great stay for 2-3 nights.

Very nice Heaps of space to spread out. Lots of room between sites. Proof room on a single site for 4-5 tents/vans. Great view of the river. Huge metal fire pit

Nice spot on the Mary River. Took our 5m camper trailer and access was good. Cows came to visit. Nice big fire pits. We had the spot to ourselves so nice and quiet. Grass is well maintained if you overlook the cow patties haha. Some decent fish in the river as well. Fought what was I think an Eel tailed catfish. Was huge.

Site 3 - The Knob
Thank you for offering your magnificent property. We were the only ones camping in our area, and it was amazing! We ended up camping in site 2, as site 3 had a rather steep, grassy slope to drive down, which would have been fine with our Land Cruiser and off-road van. However, if we had stayed at the bottom, it might have been a bit squishy for our setup. Additionally, it rained overnight, and it could have been a bit slippery to get back up the slope to exit. Certainly nothing wrong with the area it was beautiful and amazing, but we were by ourselves and thought it best to stay at the top.

The campsite is easy to get to, yet very private. Beautifully maintained sites and access. We had the most amazing time relaxing by the river, fishing and sitting around the camp fire using the provided fire pits. The host was super friendly and helpful. We had a great time, and can’t wait to book again in the future!

the site was awesome very private, access to the Mary River well maintained and the property owners very pleasant and accommodating. However, i feel a little expensive considering you have to be fully self-contained. having said that i would go again and would recommend but warn people of cost.

Lovely clean spot right on the river. Hosts were amazing, we arrived in the dark and Kaye escorted us to the site, where she had set out the firewood next to the huge fire pit! The cows came for a visit each morning and checked on us again just before sunset. This is the cleanest camp site I have been to in Australia, there was not a single piece of any sort of rubbish anywhere to been seen!! 😇

Our family had an awesome time camping over the Easter break. There was heaps of space between us and the other campers, which was great. The site was super clean and well looked after, and there was plenty of room to move our camper trailer around. Kate was lovely and really easy to get in touch with. We even had our firewood ready to go when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this spot we will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Wedding/Group spot for Easter. Was a bit worried after all the rain, but there was no need, just perfect. Plenty of room for caravans, tents and cars, games of cricket. Kaye is a fantastic host.
