Our camping area is down on our creek where there are slashed camp sites suitable for groups of campers or just on your own. You have full use of a shelter complete with pot belly stove and a fire ring provided (byo firewood) You can do birdwatching, yabbying, swimming in the waterhole (seasonal) picnicking and general exploring around the creek area. There are no people nearby and you will feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere (but are just 25mins from Toowoomba). We are a cattle property so you will see cows and calves and horses on your way to the camp sites. Because of this and bio security, there is no 4WDriving around the property but you are welcome to explore the creek area on foot. Plenty of wildlife to spot - wallabies, kangaroos, bird life and the occasional koala. In the creek there are some fish, yabbies and turtles. Set up camp, enjoy stunning sunsets, peace and quiet and the privacy of the secluded camp sites. Our location is perfect if you are first time campers or want to try out a new set up without venturing too far from home. 25mins drive will get you back to Toowoomba CBD. We are on black soil so our access road to the creek is dry weather only but is accessible by 2WD that have reasonable clearance. Option 2: From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road. Due to new council regulations, we can no longer camp directly near the creek edges as we did before. Our campsites have now been relocated to higher ground, offering beautiful views of the creek. The creek entrances are accessible within 50 to 300 meters, depending on the path you choose. Unplug and unwind at our 22 acre camping paradise nestled amongst the rolling green hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Listen to the babbling water sounds of Scrubby Creek and the Mary River that meandering through the perimeter of the property for over 1 kilometer. Stroll through our mini rainforest, paddle in the creek or have a dip in one of the many rock pools. We will even let you build as many rock towers as you like! Throw an inner tube in the creek and float around while the kids laugh and play all day long. Let the kids dig holes or fossick for the perfect skimming rocks, ride bikes or play endless games on the beautiful landscaped grass. Plenty of trees to put up that hammock or soak in the creek with views overlooking the wilderness. Sit back and gaze at the starlit skies while the kids roast yet another marshmallow on the campfire. Snuggle up during winter and cool down around the rainforest in summer. Abundant wildlife, lots of kangaroos and wallabies, koalas and beautiful birds everywhere. Please be aware that weekends are family times and do get busy with extra people. During the week it is very quiet and you could have the whole place to yourself. Sites are allocated on weekends based on numbers, if you are in caravans or tents and if you are camping with children. We have 12 large grassy sites nestled amongst trees located at the higher part of our property. Each site is large and can allow group bookings. Fantastic swimming or lazing in the running water. -Push bikes, Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is 5min away if you jump on at Borallon Station Rd. Some cattle tracks for the kids to ride along in the paddock also. -Wivenhoe, Somerset Dam in the area for water sports -Wildlife watching, this paddock sustains a large variety of native animals, if you’ve got a keen eye -Bottle Tree pub is just down the road, - bit more than walking distance tho :) -Take it easy.

Our camping area is down on our creek where there are slashed camp sites suitable for groups of campers or just on your own. You have full use of a shelter complete with pot belly stove and a fire ring provided (byo firewood) You can do birdwatching, yabbying, swimming in the waterhole (seasonal) picnicking and general exploring around the creek area. There are no people nearby and you will feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere (but are just 25mins from Toowoomba). We are a cattle property so you will see cows and calves and horses on your way to the camp sites. Because of this and bio security, there is no 4WDriving around the property but you are welcome to explore the creek area on foot. Plenty of wildlife to spot - wallabies, kangaroos, bird life and the occasional koala. In the creek there are some fish, yabbies and turtles. Set up camp, enjoy stunning sunsets, peace and quiet and the privacy of the secluded camp sites. Our location is perfect if you are first time campers or want to try out a new set up without venturing too far from home. 25mins drive will get you back to Toowoomba CBD. We have a tranquil camp area on Bungo Creek flats, great for families to enjoy nature, and a beautiful private site on the Ridge, with expansive, peaceful views.  The creek campsites have easy access to the toilets and non-potable water.  Coorie Vale is perfect for nature lovers and adventurers - go rock hopping exploring the creek and relax under the stars around the campfire.  It is steep country down to the creek, so a 4WD is an absolute must. Please note, if there is lots of rain, the track to the creek can get very muddy and difficult. If access is compromised due to weather, there are alternative spaces you can set up camp. We accept tent and 4WD camper trailers only, please no caravans or motorhomes. Our property is dog-friendly, keeping in mind it is a working cattle property.  Children under 12 stay free. Please still add them to your booking so we can monitor numbers, they will not be charged. Over Christmas, Coorie Vale is a great spot to base yourself for the Woodford Folk Festival (15-minute drive).

Fantastic swimming or lazing in the running water. -Push bikes, Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is 5min away if you jump on at Borallon Station Rd. Some cattle tracks for the kids to ride along in the paddock also. -Wivenhoe, Somerset Dam in the area for water sports -Wildlife watching, this paddock sustains a large variety of native animals, if you’ve got a keen eye -Bottle Tree pub is just down the road, - bit more than walking distance tho :) -Take it easy.

We had a very relaxing 3 days on site 3. A big open field surrounded by beautiful trees. It was freshly mown on arrival. A short walk to town but still very quiet. The river another short walk for a swim. It was rocky and not too deep but we still spent plenty of time swimming. Overall excellent value and we will visit again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gums. The site was private, peaceful, and a really decent size, giving us plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. The property is clearly very well looked after, and the added gazebo with chairs and tables was such a bonus, perfect for meals, shade, and winding down in the afternoons. It’s a beautiful escape so close to Brisbane, yet it feels like you’re a world away. We’ll definitely be back!

We are close to the CBD so the site is a great option for a 'shake down' for your new caravan or camper trailer. Harper Creek Road and Harper Creek Criss cross one another as you drive through the valley. The ridges either side of the road are largely timbered, whereas the valley floor is productive land. There’s a great camping site at the top of the block, with a fantastic view! The property is off Aherns Rd, close to the village of Conondale and mid-way between Maleny & Kenilworth. Get lost on this 70 acre block in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland 15 mins from the tourist town of Maleny. Paddle in the shady creek or hang out with the local cows. This campsite suits self-contained campers with own toilet/shower facilities and drinking water. The Crohamhurst State Forest is located nearby for a great bike ride or perhaps you'd like to hike or sightsee at the nearby Glass House Mountains. For those after fishing and watersport adventures, the coast is just a short 30 minute drive where you will find the sparkling waters surrounding Bribie Island and local beaches. Yes: Rocky Creek Homestead is the venue for ""Camping with Goats"! Not only enjoy a quiet and lazy morning with a seasonal creek running along the outlook from your camp site, but you will also love our goats, and they will love you visiting, especially our goat named "Squirt", who thinks he is a dog. You will be camping with them as they roam around your camp site. We have 130 acres to explore and welcome caravans, tents and RVs. Later in the day you can walk or pushbike ride the many trails then perhaps enjoy a swim in one of the swimming holes (weather permitting). On dusk enjoy a wine, beer and some cheese by the campfire while watching the goats with their kids play. Mountain bike the many trails or walk around at sunrise to spot the many birds, wallabies, possums and the occasional koala as we are wildlife habitat. We do have a Portable toilet onsite, however, no showers and campers must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under owners' control at all times. We are located 15 minutes from Toowoomba for shopping, dinning and 5 minutes to Withcott hotel or 10 to Murphy's Creek hotel both great country pubs. Children under 4 are free.

Guppy Gully is a part of a working dairy farm on the Mary River situated in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland near Kenilworth. We have 4 sites with direct river frontage for self-contained caravans, campers and tents. Most of the sites have the capacity to fit numerous vans. Fire pits are provided at all sites. All weather 2wd access road. Please note we do not have amenities or drinking water and that you need to be self-sufficient and bring everything you need with you and take out ALL Waste. For the consideration of other campers and my neighbours please be mindful of noise levels. Firewood available by the bag to purchase. The Mary River water level is determined by rain fall.
