We enjoyed our stay at WeeFarm. It was lovely and secluded with a small flat area to set up our rooftop tent.
The directions were easy to follow. The two little dogs greeted us enthusiastically on arrival. We are not fishing people but there were tons of fish in the river and we enjoyed watching them jump around at sunset.

Probably the best camp I’ve ever been to! This was the first time my partner and I have been camping on our own in a new car and it couldn’t be more beginner friendly.
The directions were very clear and the campsite was easy to get into, the track was rather fun for a first 4x4 run too. The location was beautiful and despite a bit of rain, the water was perfect for swimming and fishing. We managed to catch 8 different species of fish in just a few hours.
We didn’t meet the hosts on our trip but if anything, it just added to the private feel and the doggos were welcoming on arrival 😆
I really couldn’t recommend this spot more and we hope to come back soon for longer.
P.S beware of the bandicoot, he knows how to open zips and pinched a slice of bread on the first night 😅

We had such an amazing stay here! Unfortunately, we did need to do a mad dash pack up and escape after some hectic wind ripped through which cut our trip short, but the time we did spend was absolutely brilliant. So many spots to set up camp, access to the river for swimming, paddle boarding and fishing was beautiful! We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to the next trip here.

I stayed at Weefarm for one night with my little fella! It was awesome. Picturesque, quiet, plenty of fish for the little one to catch. And Josh and Bonnie went above and beyond to make our stay a rememberable one. We will definitely be back. My wife was very jealous she couldn’t come!

Weefarm is where we began our Hipcamp adventures over 5 years ago, so it continues to hold a very sentimental place in our hearts. Bonnie and Josh are just the most beautiful humans and their special piece of heaven on earth is the same - stunning, quiet, private, serene and perfect for smaller camping trailers and tents. We try to book here every year as it really is perfect. 😍

Fabulous property! Peaceful and private. The kids had a wonderful time kayaking, swimming and fishing. Caught catfish, lungfish, bass, turtles, shrimp and lots of small fish in their traps. Recommend taking a shade tent or something like it. Just a 5min drive into fernvale so woolies is handy if you need. Josh and Bonnie are lovely and looked after us very well. 100% recommend this place.

This was my daughters first camping trip, so we wanted a place that was quiet, easy to access, with a nice outlook. It was all that and more, with a beautiful deck on the river, and a choice of sites to set up. Bonnie was nice enough to let us stop and greet her dogs on the way out.
We got to see a kangaroo, a bandicoot (keep your bins secure), hawks, and others. Lovely overnight trip.

We have spent Summer, Winter and Spring here this year and everytime we come to visit, we love it more! The river was perfect for swimming in this time (as well as in Summer) I would suggest that you camp in the top camp with the big tree for shade as anywhere else is a bit punishing. We also bring a gazebo to provide shade by the river which is perfect for fishing and dancing...what a beautiful place to stay. Thank you Bonnie and Josh.

Great spot to get away from the norm. Enjoyed the quiet, kayaking on the river and basically getting up to not much else :)
Camp is well presented, toilet on-site was clean and looked after. Certainly will be back.

Easy to book, and easy to find - once we read the instructions :) Maybe the maroon letterbox could say WeeFarm?!
Beautiful & peaceful location - as you have the whole place to yourselves, great views from the camp-site, lovely to be able to go right down to the river's edge, the ducklings were so cute, and I don't think I've ever seen echidnas in the wild happily wandering about - highly recommended!

We loved our time at Josh and Bonnie’s! Only a quick drive from Brisbane and we found a slice of paradise! A little adventurous drive down towards the river and you’ll find a few flat sites to choose from, a well maintained portaloo, a stunning view and 100% peace and quiet (unless you bring kids and dogs like we did 😉)! It was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Weefarm on the Brisbane River near Fernvale. Our group arrived by kayaks and were able to utilise the wooden jetty to access the site. The camp sites are tiered with plenty of platforms and all of them have views of the Brisbane River. There were two fire pits, also with great views over the river, we had a fire and enjoyed the atmosphere. The chemical toilet is a nice convenience and if keen you can take a swim in the river, it was clean and clear at this location. I would recommend this camp for both groups and individuals. This is our 2nd stay here and it is becoming a favourite with our group.

This is our second time camping here and are loving it. There are several fireplaces and different levels where you can pitch your tent. It is so close from Brisbane but it feels very secluded. The portable toilet is a plus. We will certainly come back.

Being less than hour out of Brisbane, this was the perfect escape. The access was not a problem for my AWD vehicle to traverse down to the beautifully manicured lawns with established fire pits. The camp site is nestled into the banks of the Brisbane River with access via the little jetty. This place has the essentials for a great escape. There is a dated porta-loo on site but no access to shower facilities which was fine for short stays. This is a place that will be visited again.

A most amazing place to go to!
Sadly, due to external commitments, I could not make this scheduled booking. I communicated with Josh & Bonnie ahead of time to advise and offer the booking to another person/family.
My son and I look forward to returning to Weefarm soon

A great place to stay. Josh and Bonnie have done an exceptional job of making this camp site private and beautiful. The river is so peaceful to watch, swim in, fish in and just enjoy. We loved our time here (our second time) and have already booked to come back again in September. Thank you to these lovely hosts for sharing their land with us.

We loved our short stay at Wee Farm. It is fantastic to be the only ones there and allowed to bring our dog. We didn't see a single person.
The river is beautiful and you can fish, swim and kayak.
