Djitti Djitti Farm is a 300 acre regenerative agriculture property, with livestock running throughout. It has large natural bush areas with a small seasonal creek. There are restricted numbers of campers - being 5 self contained camping sites. There is abundant wildlife including sugar-gliders, koalas, goannas and echidnas. Camping locations include 4wd access spots and 2wd access spots. We offer Bush Camping in the Somerset region close to Toogoolawah, Esk and Crows Nest, also not to far to three different Dams (Wivenhoe, Somerset and Cressbrook) . There are multiple National Parks in the area - Crows Nest NP, Ravensbourne NP and Bunya Mountains. Only 1.5 hrs to Brisbane, 2 hrs to the Gold Coast, 1.25 hr to Toowoomba and 1 hr to Ipswich.

We had amazing views. A great sense of serenity and very friendly hosts. We had the paddock to ourselves along with the cows and horses. We stayed on a wet weekend so we did not get the chance to spotlight some wildlife. Would recommend to anyone who loves mountain views. And being out with the wildlife. Would advise bringing a rake to help clear a spot for your setup.

Isaac is a friendly and relaxed host, and the property is spacious, quiet and peaceful. Our area was private enough for the kids and dogs to run around and having the creek is always an interesting feature for everyone.

Beautiful relaxing weekend at Djitti Djitti. We had two beautiful horses in our area too. Plenty of walking tracks around to explore and magic sunsets over the mountains. They have lots of land and believe in allowing campers to experience the space without feeling close to others so we had the entire area to ourselves and no one else in sight, and that’s on a long weekend so we felt really lucky. My kelpie loved it too! Thanks Chris nice meeting you!

What a site!! Isaac is a legend & showed us around the property, showed us the path to the creek & suggested some of the local areas to try. Plenty of room to roam & explore, especially being the only campers for the night. I’d imagine if the 3 sites were full you still wouldn’t hear or barely even see the other campers. Heaps of privacy, the best way to camp! We would 100% come back here and are already planning our next return. Cheers Issac 👏🏻

Hosts were excellent and showed us to the campsite. The creek was running and it was a pretty spot. There was occasional traffic that passed by on the the road nearby but the site was private. Enjoyable stay.

The actual property was fine. Quiet and Heaps of firewood available. Only down side were the friendly cows. They were so friendly they were a nuisance and invasive. Overnight, they knocked over our camp tables and set up. Sorry, but will not be going back

My dogs and I had a great time and enjoyed exploring the property. Such incredible night skies seeing all of the Milky Way 😃 and then watching a pair of king parrots and a pair of galah’s fighting over the tree hollows in the middle of the campsite 🤩 The nights were so silent and peaceful. The creek is a 10-15 minute walk and you can get good phone reception on top of hill about half way along. Meanwhile I could send and receive text messages spasmodically from campsite and was even able to place phone calls from the top of hill behind hunters shack on first day but not second day. Thank you for hosting my tribe and lovely to meet you Kris. 🥰

We enjoyed out time here immensely. Teh cows were super friendly, coming in for a scratch as soon as we got there. There was plenty of wood laying around to collect. It was beautiful and quiet. Great getaway close to home.

Another great weekend spent at the Creek Spot. We knew we were in for a rainy weekend but it didn’t affect entry or exit to our campsite. The cows paid us a visit and were very curious about us but moved on pretty quickly. A beautiful secluded and private spot. Thanks for having us again! We’ll be back!

Isaac is by far the best host we have had to date. Upon arrival we were guided along the small 4x4 track to our site along the creek. Isaac then dropped off the mower and fuel so we could have a patch for our toddler to run around and play. The next afternoon he returned and picked us up to join him and his family at their house block to bottle feed their 1 week old calf's before returning us back to camp. The site itself was freshly slashed and well maintained. We had the entire area to ourselves which gave the dog and toddler free range to roam around until their hearts were content. With the creek so close to camp, being able to hear it flowing past made it a very calming and peaceful place. All in all, the site was perfect. Isaac and his family have set a very high bar for our next adventure but in saying that, we will definitely be returning to Djitti Djitti Farm again.

Isaac was an accommodating host; when the original site couldn’t be accessed due to recent rain he found another area for us to camp on. The site was peaceful where we could hear koalas and sugar-gliders and visited by cows and ducks. A great place to get away from everything yet still access services from the nearby town.

Amazing spot to camp for the night or more to relax. We loved our stay. Isaac was a great host. Our girls loved making a teepee out of wood and our fireplace and night fire was something else, definitely recommend if you want somewhere to unwind and escape the rat race. No reception = perfection

My family and I loved our stay here. We felt completely immersed in nature, surrounded by gum trees, with cows occasionally meandering through, and the sound of koalas in the bush at night. We were shown to an area where we had total privacy throughout our stay. Although there were a few other families camping, as we discovered on our various bushwalks, we couldn't see or hear anyone else at all from our camp area. Our son particularly enjoyed gathering firewood on the property and building a campfire in the drum provided. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. We will definitely be back!
