Coorie Vale is a 100-acre working cattle and horse property on Mt Mee, within an hour drive from the Sunshine Coast or just over an hour from Brisbane. We have a tranquil camp area on Bungo Creek flats, great for families to enjoy nature, and a beautiful private site on the Ridge, with expansive, peaceful views.  The creek campsites have easy access to the toilets and non-potable water.  Coorie Vale is perfect for nature lovers and adventurers - go rock hopping exploring the creek and relax under the stars around the campfire.  It is steep country down to the creek, so a 4WD is an absolute must. Please note, if there is lots of rain, the track to the creek can get very muddy and difficult. If access is compromised due to weather, there are alternative spaces you can set up camp. We accept tent and 4WD camper trailers only, please no caravans or motorhomes. Our property is dog-friendly, keeping in mind it is a working cattle property.  Children under 12 stay free. Please still add them to your booking so we can monitor numbers, they will not be charged. Over Christmas, Coorie Vale is a great spot to base yourself for the Woodford Folk Festival (15-minute drive).

Sites 1 to 4 are located down on the creek which needs 4WD access to get to. You can however park a normal car at the top of the property and walk down to the camping area. The creek area has a picnic table that seats 10 people, and a nearby toilet block with 2 compost toilets and a water tank. There is also a fire pit set up in this area. A small bundle of firewood is provided for you. If you anticipate you will need more firewood, please purchase via Extras when booking. We accept tent and camper trailers, but no caravans or motorhomes. Please note that in periods of heavy rain, access to the creek sites may become muddy and difficult. If this occurs during your stay, we’ll provide an alternative camping area on the property that’s equally lovely, just set a little further back from the creek.

The Ridge site has breathtaking views of our property and views out to the Sunshine Coast. Located at the top of the hill this site is secluded from the creek sites and is short walk to the toilet block. There is a fire pit set up in this area with firewood. A small bundle of firewood is provided for you. If you anticipate you will need more firewood, please purchase via Extras when booking. This site is suitable for tent and camper trailers only - no caravans. Campers must have a 4WD.

The Paddock site is closer to the front of the property and has easier access for campers that are not confident with their 4WDs or have larger Camper trailers. It has views across our property and views out to the Sunshine Coast. Located at the top of the hill this site is private and is a short walk to our farm shed. There is a fire pit set up in this area. A small bundle of firewood is provided for you. If you anticipate you will need more firewood, please purchase via Extras when booking. This site is suitable for tent and camper trailers only - no caravans. Campers must have a 4WD although parking for 2WD's is a short walk from this site.

A great place to spend the weekend. As a camping spot, it ticks all the boxes, well cared for sites, shady areas, a running creek for dips, fire places, great toilets and the best part is Tony is a great host and very accommodating. Do it, book it in! For those with campers and hybrids, the creek sites are doable, but make sure you know what you are doing as the drive out is steep and loose.

Beautiful site! Tony was super accommodating as we had some last minute tweaks to our booking and was super friendly upon arrival and when seeing him around the property. The site was super clean and the temporary amenities setup were greatly appreciated. The view, the sunsets, the serenity, all incredible and 10/10 recommend ☀️⛰️

We had the best time! The camping spot it’s really pretty, with a running creek and very well kept toilets. Despite being a few campsites in the same spot it was still quiet and private. Tony was a great host, came to check on us a few times. The drive down to the campsite is really steep, we were lucky with the weather but definitely I would be careful if you have a trailer on a rainy day. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Camping at Tony’s property was amazing! He was super friendly and very accommodating. The views are stunning and it was awesome to wake up to cows and calves grazing nearby. Would love to return!

Views from the campsite were amazing, especially in the evening. Our dog loved exploring & swimming in the creek. Tony was a great host, quick to respond & directions to the site were excellent. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful weekend away.

Had a great couple nights at Corrie Vale met Tony at the gate a led us down to the site. Creek was cool and refreshing to hang out with the kids, lots of crayfish shimp and tadpoles to keep kids intertained. Toilets were fresh and clean. Definitely need good 4wd during wet weather is you have a trailer.

Great spot, and such a nice view to look up to on the top of hill. Where we camped we had shade all day which was perfect as summer camping it got very hot. The creek was lovely to call down in. We will definitely be back.

Amazing views! We stayed at the ridge campsite and it was beautiful. Very friendly host we could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway with so much to explore around. The perfect slice of nature.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at Coorie Vale. Tony was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the kids absolutely adored his golden retriever, Ralphie — he was a highlight of the trip! The campsite itself is beautifully set alongside a creek, surrounded by stunning valleys that make it feel peaceful and remote without being isolated. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax. The toilets deserve a special mention — hands down the best setup we’ve seen at any campsite so far. Clean, well thought out, and a real luxury when camping. Thanks so much, Tony. We’ll definitely be back!

10/10!!! Tony was such a lovely host with a beautiful property and pristine amenities. We were greeted at the front gate by Tony and his gorgeous retriever Ralphy which was a fantastic touch! Followed by being escorted down to our gorgeous creekside site. No complaints whatsoever, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night getaway. Will be spreading the word about this special spot! Thanks for having us Tony 😊

Beautiful little spot with stunning views. Tony was a super welcoming host (with very cute dogs) and guided us down to the site. The toilet block was a little bit of a trek but Tony had kindly provided a camp toilet at our site - which was greatly appreciated!! Stunning spot, great drive out to the spot, nice and peaceful - we’ll be back!

Tony has a beautiful spot for all campers and camper dogs. Very beautiful and quiet place to unwind from the fast pace day to day life. I will definitely be making a return back here. Tony is also very friendly and is very responsive in messaging and assisting on the camp ground if needed.

I loved camping at Tony's place. The land is peaceful and stunning. Camping right next to the creek was an absolute treat. The water trickling in the mornings was a winner. The composting toilet was also clean and pristine. Fire places are well located and a little extra fire wood went a long way. Tony checked in daily to ensure that all was okay. Which I found to be a particularly special touch, felt well cared for. We e plored up and down the creek daily, set up our hammocks for some chill time and also drove to nearby spots for some exploration. Tony was lovely to communicate with both before and during our stay, and the cows on the land were the cherry on the top (they were not in the camp-site of course)

We stayed at The Ridge site and it was a beautiful spot with breathtaking views. Great for family & with a dog. Tony was a good communicator, very welcoming & helpful. 10/10 - definitely recommend a visit.

It was a very enjoyable 2 nights we spent camping at Tony’s property. My friends and i all don’t live close together and having a great camp site to spend some quality time together was great. Camp was clean, and toliet were provided which was great for the girls!!
