The perfect private getaway
This was a terrific spot! The directions were clear, the campsite was completely private, immaculately maintained and you feel immense peace amongst the natural beauty of the place. We sat in silence with a roaring fire watching the fish jumping, eagles flying and the cows feeding in the property across the river. Will definitely be back!

Must visit site!
What an amazing spot, so peaceful and relaxing. Lexi and Kieren were wonderful hosts, very helpful and responsive. They provide an excellent map and fact sheet about the area which was so helpful to know more about the camp and it's surrounds. This spot is definitely a little slice of heaven, so much wildlife to watch and it was so relaxing looking at the water and the cows grazing along the banks. So many turtles and fish jumping, we "think" we saw one of the mysterious Platypus but we can't be sure, we will just have to come back and try and catch another glimpse! We managed a bit of fishing too! Only caught catfish but sitting on the bank looking at the water was good enough for us really. Can't rave about this camp enough, we can't wait to be back for a longer stay next time!
