In peaceful Mount Perry is a remote paradise, I call TAKAMUNA (house on the rise). • I have 70 acres of beautiful land which you can, bush walk, swim in the dam and enjoy a campfire (some wood provided). • You will need to be fully self-sufficient, there are no amenities. • Limited access to water, no power available (generators ok within reason). • Various sites to camp or unhitch a caravan. The property overlooks the glorious hills and valleys with a direct view of the Back of Mount Perry so it's time to unplug and chill! • Dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead. • We have cattle which graze freely throughout the property. • Your welcome to come up at feeding time (approx. 4pm) to help feed the sheep, goats pigs and chickens. (probably the cows). • Our front gate must be kept closed at all times, all other gates the rule is if it closed then close it after you. • We do have surveillance around the property. Here you can take a boat out or just swim and picnic by the river.
