We are a working turf farm located just off the highway at Pottsville. It's an easy 9 minute drive to Pottsville Beach and we offer a flat patch of grassed land next to a dam with a maximum of 4 separate occupants (so it will never be crazy and over crowded like a caravan park).
The perfect spot to spread out and relax, have a camp fire, look at the trees and explore the wonders Northern Rivers has to offer. These include beautiful beach's, walks, hikes, the Tweed Valley Rail Trail and Uki Mountain bike park all close by.
Only 7 minute drive into Pottsville town which has an IGA, great cafes and restaurants, bottle shop and a few specially stores. 30min drive to either the Gold Coast or Byron Bay.
Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all rubbish and waste with them on departure.

1. STRICTLY No Caravans, RV's, Tents or Any Camping site is to be set up within 50 meters of the creek.
2. No more that 20 people camping on the property at one time.
3. Zero impact to the land and surrounds treat it like you would a national park.
4. All waste must be bagged and taken off site with you.

Cycling is popular in the area but you will need to be keen and fit as there are a lot of hills!
We ask that you would treat our property as well or better than your own and expect our guests to be quiet, well-behaved, and environmentally aware of our sustainable and very quiet rural lifestyle.
Please note this is NOT a 'party' site. We are designated 'Land for Wildlife' and so most suited to those who seek peace and quiet.
Owing to the terrain, this property is not suitable for children, but adults are welcome to wander around the beautiful gardens.
Very sorry but this site is not suitable for those who have to make use of a wheelchair.

Our camp area is situated on Rowlands creek, offering 6 acres of creek flat with 3 waterholes.
There are plenty of activities to try around town, from bushwalking, exploring the Rail Trail in Murwillumbah and downhill mountain biking at the Uki Mountain Bike Park (Less then 8Km from our property).
The property is just
5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.
We do have a bathtub’s on four sites. Campers should leave no trace.
We are a short drive from the beautiful Hell’s hole, Unicorn falls and Mavis Kitchens. Take a day trip to Byron Bay (50min) Brunswick Heads (40min) Mullumbimby (35min) Tyalgum (30min). 45mins from Gold Coast airport.

Malabar Farm is a working Beef and Equine property situated in walking distance (600 metres to the Hotel) from the idyllic village of Uki. Steep in farming history, was originally a part of the logging district and later operated as a dairy up until early 2001. The farm nestles in to the foothills of Uki and the Twin Sister Mountains. The southern boundary is 2 klm of Tweed River. 3 permanent creeks meander through the property providing an abundance of wild life and camp sites to dream of.
The long stretch of Tweed River frontage provides for fishing (bass aplenty), and canoeing. The equine training and breeding section of the farm is to be visited by appointment most days, and for safety reasons is not commonly accessible.
Petting of small animals is an optional extra for children and beginners, can also arrange a riding lesson in one of the 2 enclosed arenas, as another optional extra cost.

Beautiful waterfalls are less than a half hour drive away. There are local businesses who can help you pursue these kinds of activities if you don't bring your own equipment.

The ultimate 4WD or AWD site. Open your tent to Breathtaking Views. This camp is a flat grass area up a small hill but the views are amazing. 4WD's or AWD ONLY however, it is only a 100m drive up a grass hill or now the option of a gravel road to YOUR OWN PRIVATE OASIS.
You will feel like you are on top of the world however, Doon Doon Creeks, clear constantly running water with a large swimming hole is only a stroll down the hill.
The property is a 116 acre working cattle farm. Campers are welcome to explore the many walking tracks on the property as well as the bordering national park.
Just a 800 metres from Clarrie Hall Dam, spend your days picnicking and paddling amongst the stunning scenery. The dam is stocked with Australian Bass for a fun day's fishing.
Take a 5 minute drive to Uki a township where you will find an abundance of arts and crafts, weekend markets and a host of alternative/natural therapy practitioners. You'll reach the larger town of Murwillumbah in just 15 minutes and the famous Byron Bay in under an hour.
Explore the nearby Northern Rivers Rail Trail - 24km of trail through working farms, lush rainforest, wide bridges and original train tunnels.

Our camp area is situated on Rowlands creek, offering 6 acres of creek flat with 3 waterholes.
There are plenty of activities to try around town, from bushwalking, exploring the Rail Trail in Murwillumbah and downhill mountain biking at the Uki Mountain Bike Park (Less then 8Km from our property).
The property is just
5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.
We do have a bathtub’s on four sites. Campers should leave no trace.
We are a short drive from the beautiful Hell’s hole, Unicorn falls and Mavis Kitchens. Take a day trip to Byron Bay (50min) Brunswick Heads (40min) Mullumbimby (35min) Tyalgum (30min). 45mins from Gold Coast airport.

The long stretch of Tweed River frontage provides for fishing (bass aplenty), and canoeing. The equine training and breeding section of the farm is to be visited by appointment most days, and for safety reasons is not commonly accessible.

This was a great, quiet camping area with views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Hosts were lovely and offered some mangos/fingerlimes from their trees! Sites are all in view of one another but there is plenty of space and you won’t feel on top of people at all. Has Optus reception too which is a bonus.

Flat pad although grass could do with a cut.
As others have pointed out there was a bit of road noise but didn't bother us much.
Only 2 spots so otherwise undisturbed.
There is a slightly steep drive and be mindful of the blind bend on entering/exiting.

Its an excellent site, just a little tricky with a big van like ours but still doable, and a bigger van arrived when we were that and managed to go up the steep but short hill to the camp sites.
We had perfect weather and the owners are very responsive to our correspondence.

Amazing, quiet little part of Tweed Valley.
We would definitely come again. Our dog was happy. We could rinse off and enjoy the creek, though it was low with no rain for a while. The sunset walk was the best part.

Excellent location! We originally booked one night as a late arrival stopover but decided to extend and use as a base to explore the Tweed and Byron areas. The ideal spot for a base or a one night pull in, very close to beaches without squeezing in to a van park. Was suitable for our large set up too! Hosts are friendly and communication excellent.
