Primitive camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
We are a working turf farm located on the edge of Pottsville. We are a 9 minute drive to Pottsville Beach and offer a flat patch of grassed land next to a dam with a maximum of 3 separate occupants (so it will never be crazy and over crowded like a caravan park). The perfect spot to have a small fire, look at the trees and explore the wonders Northern Rivers has to offer. These include beautiful beach's, walks, hikes, the Tweed Valley Rail Trail and Uki Mountain bike park all close by. Only 7 minute drive into Pottsville town which has an IGA, great cafes and restaurants, bottle shop and a few specially stores. 30min drive to either the Gold Coast or Byron Bay. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all rubbish and waste with them on departure.

lovely camping escape!
A gorgeous spot, very peaceful and calm. A great little bush escape that is still prime location near the beach! Hosts were lovely and very accomodating, they sell firewood on site which was a lifesaver !!

Highly recommend!
The Turf Farm was great to stay at! Very tranquil overlooking a dam and sugarcanes in the distance Sunrise over the property was beautiful!. Beautiful birds flying around and lovely meeting Lisa and her family who were there to help and have a chat if we needed. So nice to have a fire and chill out on the property whilst being so close to town. Skye :)

Convenient and picturesque location
Our stay at Pottsville was lovely. The location of the property was perfect, it was a short drive into town/ to the beach and it very central to all the Northern NSW costal hotspots. The campsite was shady, and pretty. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay at Pottsville Farm!
We loved our stay at Pottsville Farm. The hosts were extremely accommodating and even offered to sell us firewood for their kids pocket money which we thought was brilliant. Directions were perfect, sunrise was spectacular, site was fairly dry and well drained despite a few days of rain. The dam/cattle outlook was lovely and the site was very private. Easy to pull our large caravan in due to pull through site. 5 minutes to shops, restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend!
