5 mins west of Coffs Harbour CBD. Council public road of 500M from the end of Shephards Lane bitumen to property boundary is STEEP GRAVEL. Quite accessible when familiarised and knowing what awaits you at the top. Camper trailer is fine being towed by good 4WD vehicle. Vans OK but not front wheel drive, NOT SUITABLE FOR CARAVANS. 4WD recommended if not confident driver. This is a rural road. POWER and WATER and bathroom facilities within two movable dwellings. One is 7M long with compost loo and gas HWS with indoor kitchen with fridge, TV etc the other is 14M long with full kitchen, full bathroom, deck, firepit, etc. and septic system. Only two dedicated sites so privacy and peace and quiet are assured. Again, 4WD recommended if driving experience has been limited to flat, bitumen roads.
