Quiet Campsite To Escape Reality
in Bears Den, North CarolinaNot a fan of this location
Arrived at night, and the directions were a bit misleadingâGPS took me to the wrong location. It would be clearer to say, âFirst gate on the right with a no trespassing sign.â The site itself lacks level ground, and after rain, the only flat spot turned into a mud hole. Thereâs an old house on the property being torn down, so it feels a bit like camping in a front yard. Could see and hear the coughing neighbor on her porch. Itâs basically on neighborhood street. Some improvements could really help this spot feel more welcoming.

in Tellurian Family Campground, North CarolinaWe will be back!
Such a great place. Had a great time hiking the property. The river, the little falls! So much fun. Hidden gem. I donât even want to leave a review as itâs so great. We will be back!
Camp Site 2
in Neal Creek Camping Sites, South CarolinaGreat half-way greenville charlotte
Perfect spot exactly half-way between Greenville & Charlotte. Nice little creek. Perfect bathroom and firewood was a great touch. Thanks - we will be back. (Heads up - there is a train horn a few times, and thereâs roosters)
The Bend
in Camp Moondog, South CarolinaGreat spot on the river!
Fun place right on the river. Had a great time, a little close to the park across the river with screaming kids. Wonderful place. Will stay again!

in City Camp on Reedy Creek, VirginiaPerfect location close to everythin
Such a cool place. Traveled to Richmond, hit some breweries as there are tons in Richmond. Found this great place near town, next to an amazing creek. The property and little facilities shed are perfect. Now know this, as the listing states, youâre in the city but in a subdivision on private land. Youâll hear the stream but also hear the hum of the roads, planes and trains. Which to us made for a cool experience. Location location location. Close to everything!!! Thank you.
Serenity camping
in Serenity camping, AlabamaLove the sound of the water!
Such a cool spot. We were traveling from New Orleans back to South Carolina. Just a spot to sleep but we walked the stream. So neat. Thanks for the place to rest.
