    This property offers five campsites, situated in a natural, secluded area that was once a pond. Conveniently just south of the only gas station in town, the sites are close to the highway but sit lower in elevation, providing privacy and shielding them from the road. Guests have access to a small building with clean restrooms, showers and laundry facilities for added convenience. Campsite #1 is closest to the restrooms, #5 is the furthest. No campfires as our fire danger is very high most of the year. There are water spigots at Site #1, between #2 & #3 and Site #5. The RV spaces are behind the Baker Fuel and RV gas station. All sites are back-in only and have full hook-ups: 30 & 50 amp electricity, sewer and water. There is a public bathroom, shower and laundry facility next to the sites. RV Site 5 is closest to the bathroom and RV Site 1 is furthest away.

No one needs to get by and the road ends at this site.

    The site was fine, good location re Great Basin NP, and the host communicated well. We elected not to stay, tho, since it was on a busy street in a more urban location. We were hoping for a more private, natural setting. But again, good place if your priority is easy access to the park.

    Great site! Super quiet. Has awesome private bathroom and showers plus laundry machines. Gas pumps and dump station right in front of the sites make it a perfect overnight place to stay. Would definitely recommend! Thanks!!

    Small RV park of gravel between a gas pump station and a private ranch. Small store/restaurant just 1 minute walk (kind of expensive). No issues with noise from nearby main toad, decent ambiance with old wood cabin decomposing behind campsites. We stopped overnight half-way between Reno NV and Bryce Canyon UT. No staff on-site, except when I saw them cleaning the bathroom. Clean restroom/shower rooms. A few motel rooms also available. Full RV hook-ups (electrical, potable water, sewage). Plenty of space to back straight in and leave a truck/trailer attached if desired.

    This is a great RV spot! We needed a place with hookups so we could leave the AC on for our cat (it was hot out) when exploring Great Basin.. and this place exceeded our expectations! Super clean bathroom; level sites and across the street from the amazing Bristlecone General Store (great coffee and amazing snacks)! 10/10- would stay here again! :)

    Janille great and quick at communicating. Location easy to find and access. Bathrooms clean and roomy. Baker a wonderful quiet place to stay. Short drive up to Great Basin NP. Stayed there multiple days, definitely stay there again.

    It appears Janille is putting some improvements in (planting trees and shrubs and I believe a new sign. AS there reviews have indicated it is a small lot behind the fuel station but very convenient for Great Basin National Park. By the time you add the Hipcamp fee and taxes the RV site is $40 a night but in the heat of summer great alternative to dry camping. Water and electric worked well, did not use sewer.

    Super easy to find, right in town with everything in walking distance. Quick drive to Great Basin National Park. Bathroom and showers roomy, clean. Appreciate that my Campervan was able to fit in dry campsite #5. Would definitely stay here again!

    We had a great stay. The bathrooms/showers were immaculate. No problems with full hookup. We had been on the road for awhile and appreciated the laundry room. Quiet and relaxing. The proximity to Great Basin National Park was perfect. Janille was responsive in a quick manner to our inquiries. We stayed in space #5 which was next to restrooms but we had no issues with the use of those facilities.

    This little RV park is a nice basic one that has all of what we need and none of what we don't. The place has a unique business model in that it is totally self-serve - right down to the gas station. You just reserve and pay online, and then arrive and proceed to your site. The restrooms and showers are clean and adequate. The operators appears to be updating and improving the amenities. There is virtually no shade, but hey, you are in the desert. The location is very convenient to The Great Basin National Park and it takes less than ten minutes to get to the Lehman Cave Visitor's Center from your site. The views of the mountains are great and will inspire you to go HIKING (not my thing, but is my wife's - "Come on honey, let's go hiking. It'll be lotsa' fun." - ugh). All kidding aside, this is a very worthy place to visit. The town of Baker is a quaint little place with a suitably stocked general store and a restaurant. The lady who runs the store is very nice and has a tabby cat from France named Mimolette who had her sixteenth birthday when we were there. The pizza at the restaurant was very good - and we are from Chicago (not snobs, but picky). Anyway, it is a neat place that we are grateful to have been to. It is well worth putting on your bucket list.

    Couldn’t have come across this site at a better time. When I was stressed out, the bathrooms were pristine and I could take a hot shower. The neighbors were quiet and the views of the mountains were lovely. There’s a cute market right down the road, and the National park is super close. Thanks so much Janille!

    Great directions and easy to find. I booked at the last minute and it was already dark, and Janille’s response was super quick. Clean bathrooms, beautiful location. Liked it so much I ended up booking another night. Minutes away from Great Basin National Park. Would definitely stay again.

    It is perfectly basic and basically perfect. FHU, clean private restrooms complete with showers. Clean laundry room and nice walking paths. There are tent sites, and also a clean, attractive three room lodge. This is our second year camping here. And the first time the owner is using HipCamp so that took some time to download the app, register as a user, and reserve the spot. Next time will be easier. 8 weeks traveling and this was the only place to use HipCamp but maybe we just don’t camp in Hip spots? LOL

    This site was available last minute and not terribly expensive. Campground was quiet. Bathrooms were clean. Shower was warm. My only complaint is that Baker is known for its stargazing, but the gas station sign (campground is attached to the campground) stays on all night and kinda ruins the otherwise perfect stargazing. Sure wish they’d either turn it off after a certain time or put some kind of block so the campground was at least shielded from that light!

    I had a great time during my stay! The camp was very clean and safe. The restrooms have showers which was nice. It is very close to Great Basin National Park. Would stay here again if I’m in the area!
