Past trip
in Logan Park Farm, QueenslandRiver Beach Camp is a picturesque spot beside the Logan River with very easy access in off a sealed road. Rob and Libby are really lovely hosts and they do an incredible job of keeping the camp site beautifully clean, mowed and ready for guests. This is a very spacious site with plenty of room to accommodate a large caravan and a number of choices when it comes to deciding where to park along the river. There are no other campers close. We enjoyed exploring the area including beaudessert, Boonah, Rathdowney and Maroon Dam, all in a quick half day trip. The Shed Cafe is a great spot for lunch or morning tea. Great value for such a quality camp.
Past trip
in Canungra Valley Getaway, QueenslandRocky Crossing (pvt creekside site) is one of the most beautiful spots we have ever camped and to have it all to ourselves was the icing on the cake. This campsite is a quick, easy and picturesque short drive from Canungra and access to the camp spot on the creek is just in off the road. Debra is a both a lovely lady and a lovely host checking in to ensure we were settled and happy with our camp spot. The sound of the running creek makes for a very restful, peaceful and stress-free visit and is lovely for a refreshing swim. Our only neighbors were birds, platypus, frogs, eels, lizards and other wildlife. The perfect camping spot, we would rate it a 10/10 without hesitation and will be returning this year.

Wynola Country Cousin PlatypusReach
in Wynola Country Cousins, QueenslandExceeded our expectations!
We camped at Platypus Reach in our caravan and would rate this camping spot very highly. Great communication and welcome from host Bernie who provided information about the area, things to do etc. The camp spot was spacious and beautifully mowed/maintained. We camped beside the river and enjoyed visits from Platypus, wallabies and loads of different bird species. We did a 1 hour walk (mowed track and bushland) along the river and up over a hill with scenic views of the valley below and the hills in the distance which had a waterfall flowing. Killarney is a short 10 minute drive away if food supplies run low or you feel like a great country pub lunch/dinner.
