Past trip
Symphony Fibers Tent Camping
in Dave And Karen K.âs Land, ColoradoDave and Karen were super welcoming hosts of their lovely homestead. Happy free-range chickens greeted me, and Dave and Karen let me join feeding time with the alpacas (and their babies!). The high level of care and consideration Dave and Karen provide was lovely to experience. Nice stargazing as well!
Past trip
in Santa Fe Treehouse Camp, New MexicoCiana and Brad are such lovely hosts! They are so welcoming and accommodating (I decided to stay an extra night and they made it really easy). They are conveniently located near Santa Fe, while still feeling like a real nature getaway. They have several sites, but each is really private, and the whole camp feels professional and well- maintained. Definitely hope to stay here again and would recommend to anyone who wants to commune with nature with easy access to the city.
Past trip
Casa Choya Magestic Views and WiFi
in Casa Choya Magestic Views and WiFi, New MexicoGorgeous open vista, close to the Rio Grande Gorge and not far from town. Only two sites and few buildings are scattered on the horizon, so it's decadently quiet with breath-taking sunsets. Even though it feels remote it's a fairly easy drive, and Robert helpfully checked in to make sure I found the site.
There is a little kitchen area and shower but the water did not seem to be running. Wasn't an issue as I'd brought plenty of my own, but if you def want those amenities I might check first.

Kelly Rae hasn't gone on any trips yet.
Hipcamp Hosts can leave an optional review of their Hipcampers after the trip is completed. This is where those reviews from Hipcamp Hosts will appear.

in Santa Fe Treehouse Camp, New Mexico"The Edge" at Mesa top camping
in Mesa Top camping, New MexicoAbsolutely stunning vista and very private campsite. Very inviting setting and Kim came over to greet me on arrival, which I appreciated. Lovely fire pit & evening coyote serenade, with a small cemetery nearby, so the whole place felt a little sacred.
I found the last few miles of rocky incline to be a rather precarious drive, but I own a very non-sports utility vehicle, so your mileage may literally vary.
