We arrived after dark and just stayed for the night to break up our trip. It was conveniently located off the highway and was quiet. Since it was so cold and we left early we really didnât get a sense of the place. Good immediate communication from the owner.
Past trip
in Lowcountry Live Oaks., South CarolinaIt was nice to have full hook up and no one else around. The site was level and quiet. I liked that it was close to many of the places we wanted to go.
Past trip
in One Night Stand, South CarolinaWe were greeted upon arrival and shown where things were. We appreciated the help backing in and the quiet surroundings. So nice to have a safe place with electricity. We left fairly early but will likely stay here again if we need to break up a long drive.
Past trip
in Ambers Acres, IndianaVery well kept property and the baby goats were adorable. Enjoyed having fresh eggs available and full hook up was great. We spent one day at the OâBannon Woods State Park - https://www.in.gov/dnr/state-parks/parks-lakes/obannon-woods-state-park/ - which was about an hour from the site.

(Dispersed site)
Lovely private country setting. We enjoyed walking the property with our dogs and visiting with the cows, horses, alpaca and one very sweet kitten. Loved Paigeâs Produce stand for fresh tomatoes, peaches and green beans. Spent one day at Hocking Hills. Recommend going early on a week day as it gets pretty crowded in the park. Our favorite find was Rockmill Brewery which was 15 minutes from the farm. Great beer in a lovely setting.

in Shalamar Farm, IndianaClean, quiet and full hook up for a great price. Wonderful hospitality! We were able to purchase fresh eggs which were ready when we arrived and the free garden items were delightful. You will not be disappointed staying here.
Past trip
in Heirloom Hamlet, South CarolinaGreat peaceful place to stay close to Savannah. We were able to enjoy many places in the low country and come back to a safe and quiet respite. The fenced area was great for our dogs and the full hook up was super. Great communication from our host.

Past trip
in Rockcastle Riverside, KentuckySince there were only a few other campers it was nice and quiet. We did not meet the owner but it was easy to find our spot and hook up to the water and electricity. Jes did respond quickly when I sent a message regarding our arrival time. Likely suited to a younger more fun crowd than us old farts during the busy times and when they have music.
Kelli hasn't gone on any trips yet.

Twisted H Ranch RV SITE #1
in Twisted H Ranch LLC, MissouriLoved this peaceful and quiet location. Katrina met us upon arrival to show us the site. She very kindly printed out information on hiking trails and gave us maps of the lovely Ozark National Scenic Riverways. Just down the dirt road is a wonderful area by the river where our dogs enjoyed playing. The rivers are so clean from the multiple springs in the area. We were there at the perfect time as most of the tourists were gone. Fresh eggs were also a bonus!

Private RV site Maple Shade Farm
in Maple Shade Farm full hookup site, TennesseePeaceful farm retreat
If you want the perfect place to relax it doesn't get much better than this. We were greeted upon arrival and gifted with some lovely jam and helpful items. Ditte and Stan are very friendly and had equipment to help us get set up. Full hook up is fabulous! Sitting in the screen house while listening to the distant rooster and goats while reading was just what I needed. I appreciated walking the property with my leashed dogs and having complete privacy. The peacocks were neat to watch and although sometimes loud it was not bothersome. We spent one day in Nashville exploring as it was only a 25 minute drive away. We hope to get back to this wonderful farm!
