Hooray! You've discovered the Tipis, let the fun begin! Each cabin is about 30 feet in diameter, with sleeping for up to 6 in three queen beds (some have beds and a pullout couch). They are fully furnished and stay cozy in the colder months and nice and cool in the summer season. Each cabin has a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and basic kitchen items that make it easy to cook simple meals. Each Tipi has a designated private bathroom with a sink, commode and large walk-in tiled shower. The bathrooms are located in separate buildings, close to each Tipi.

The cabins offer the ease of spending time outdoors by the firepits or taking a stroll down to the water through a tunnel of trees. There's furniture on the waterfront deck to sit and drink a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail! And how do you feel about naps? The tipis stay very dark and are wonderful for taking a restful afternoon nap!

There are many things to do close by including boating, tubing, fly-fishing, light hiking, great restaurants & concert-going. Each Tipi offers a barbeque grill and a firepit for camp fires and making s'mores!  Also, there are outdoor games like ping pong, cornhole, tetherball and volleyball.  There's a nice open field where you can bring your own outdoor games as well, and we offer kayak rentals and tube sales on site.  Outdoor lighting is good and the atmosphere is relaxing, inviting and unique.  You'll never be disappointed in a stay at the Tipis!

We loved our stay in the tipi! The property managers were very helpful and accommodating and loaned us tubes for the river, which we really appreciated. The only downside to the trip was the extremely loud and rowdy group in tipi 7, who made it hard to sleep with all their noise. That wasn’t the fault of the property, although it might be good to have more signs posted on the property about quiet hours. Other than that, we had no complaints and would gladly recommend this stay to friends.

We loved our trip to Hill Country Tipi's. These air-conditioned tipis are great to come back to after spending a hot day out on the Guadalupe. We floated on the river and enjoyed cooking a meal over the fire. Would love to come back to this spot!
