We tent camprd two nights over the Easter weekend and Paradise totally met our expectations. Kara, at the front office, was friendly and helpful. Our check-in process was easy. The other guests were respectful and quiet. We made some new friends. The fishing was great. Not that we caught any but our new friends sure did. And all the wildflowers! So pretty! The bath house was clean. Saturday afternoon it was closed, not sure why, but we were able to drive across camp and use the other one. We loved the hammock garden. The weather is great in April. Bring some extra warm clothes for nights, though. It got chilly. It was sunny during the day, so try to reserve a site with trees or bring a shelter.

Paradise Cove at Lake Texoma was a beautiful site and I would definitely camp here again.

Amazing camp!! The lake views are gorgeous!! Grounds and facilities well cared for. Megan, Kara, and Michael all rock! Had a storm damage our coach while there; entire team went above to help find repairs and saved us another site for our extended stay. Definitely would come back.
This was a wonderful camp. It was clean, peaceful and beautiful. It is very well maintained and the sites had plenty of space between them. The water connection was a little far from the parking space but we had plenty of hose. Loved our stay and we will be back.
Our first time camping in Texas! We were looking for a weekend escape from Dallas, and this was exactly what we were looking for! What an incredible lake view! Has an office that sold firewood (as well as soft drinks, etc.), so we didn’t even have to go out! Would definitely come here again!!
This is a beautiful campsite but I have very mixed feelings about our weekend. We were at campsite #8. I booked the site on the end as it looked like it had the most privacy. Unfortunately, I could not tell from the map at booking that there are also several cabins in that area. They were actually pretty close to us and did not afford the seclusion I thought I had booked. The sites were also much closer together than I thought they were. To make matters worse, the 3 cabins directly across from us were all booked by a large group that was there to party. They played extremely loud (sometimes vulgar) music all weekend and hung out, outside of their cabins, being EXTREMELY loud until after 2 am both nights, making it impossible to sleep until they finally turned in. It was definitely not the family camping experience I had wanted when booking our trip. Unfortunately we will not return. Although it is beautiful we prefer campgrounds that have rules that allow for a relaxing visit for all the campers.
