The camp sites are located on Good Earth Organic Farm and offers beautiful views of pastures, a 5 acre pond, and our farm. There is another area away from the pond next to some woods, You are welcome to walk to the lake and fish The campground is secluded from the road and other houses and offers a peaceful vibe. Camp sites are all different and spaced from 300 to 1500 feet from each other. Trees include willow, bald cypress, oak, etc. This is a working farm with live stock so please no dogs, We currently have a composting toilet located near the campground. Fishing is allowed. For a small fee we will cut up some wood for your fire. Peaceful, cleaner air and if the are no clouds you can see lots of stars. Come out and enjoy our farm.

My location is about 8 miles due west of the little town of Caney, Oklahoma. I’m very rural, no close neighbors, 19 acres of pasture and woods. Plenty of places to park, one area is back in the woods a bit with water and 50 amp service, others strictly boondocking. There’s not much “close” to me but I’m kind of centrally located between Atoka, Texoma and McGee lakes. Boggy depot state park and Fort Washita is close by and south of me is the Choctaw Casino. It’s very quiet and no nighttime lights so there’s an awesome night sky.
Please check out the map I've included in my photos for precise directions. The last 2.5 miles to get to my house is by gravel road and my entrance may be a bit difficult to spot but my name and address is on the big black mailbox. Just turn in and cross the cattle guard and go through the driveway into the open field. Parking is on the north side of the drive along the tree line or back in the woods. Don’t hesitate to contact me directly for directions. If you follow my guidance, you should have no problem finding me or turning into my drive.
Pets are welcome but I suggest they remain on a leash if you’re around my house or other campers and please clean up after them. The open field around my house is not always mowed because my neighbor cuts the hay and I like the spring wildflowers. I try to keep a walking path around my place but I travel too so at times it may not be well maintained. Since I do travel a lot, I may not be home when you arrive. Please make yourself at home and leave the place as you found it. Thank you!

Built in the 80's by the Corps of Engineers, Paradise has been a mainstay of the lake for many years. Recently, the current management team are working to grow Paradise into something special. We offer Kayaking on the property for a fee. We have a beautiful Hammock Garden free for guests to kick back and relax. Texoma Water Taxi is a text away to give guests a ride anywhere on the lake including restaurants. Rock-N A Ranch is roughly 20 minutes away and offers horseback riding.
The Cabins and Campsites are within walking distance from each other but far enough away to create that illusion of privacy. We do have a neighborhood close by but you can’t see or hear them due to the woods.
In my travels, I try to bring back something I’ve seen or learned to help improve the guest experience and environment. You’ll notice little touches of Asia, Mexico, and even Hill Country Texas! We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and treat every guest like family.

We live on a family owned second, third and working on fourth, generation ranch. We run cattle, sheep and goats and even have a donkey or two at any given time. We also have a few chickens, barn cats and friendly dogs. This is a working ranch, so it is bustling with farm work activities. You can primitive camp in the woods if you want a little less hustle and bustle or by the 20 acre lake if fishing is your passion. We also have a small primitive cabin available by the lake. Had the primitive camping all to ourselves. Great spot right on the water with shade trees. Be aware it is walk in to sites. Unfortunately there was a ton of broken glass all over. There was an issue with reservation not being confirmed on Hipcamp and I had to call reservation line and it was a lot of back and forth/hard to get someone on the phone. Despite minor issues we enjoyed our camp immensely. Good location. Clean bathrooms.

Great location! Very close to the lake. I had a blast paddle boarding. Sunsets are amazing. Kasitas are small but comfortable with the a/c. Took my pups and I was mindful of picking up their poop and keeping them on a leash. Only wish others had done the same. Other than that a 10/10!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The grounds were beautifully maintained, the bathrooms were clean, and the cabins were so cozy and comfortable. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the patio, listening to the rain and watching the water. The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely spectacular and honestly made the trip worth it all on their own. We also loved exploring the local town; everyone was incredibly welcoming, and we enjoyed some of the most delicious classic Southern meals. This place was an amazing value for the price, and we’re already looking forward to coming back very soon!

Weekend Trip to this is Paradise on Lake Texoma
Great location, great views, cabins and bathrooms are clean, check-in was easy. Would visit again! Didn’t love the $90 in hidden fees at the end when you check out, just be honest and transparent about your pricing and build it into your posted price.

Jeffrey’s place was amazing, we brought our two dogs and loved that they could explore without us having to worry about where they were because the whole area is fenced in. We fished for about 30 minutes and caught two fish each (catch and release), saw a lot of different birds, and had a wonderful campfire. The tent is huge and well equipped with everything you could imagine needing and more. The heater warmed up the tent quickly and the fridge was cold. We also ordered the charcuterie board which was AMAZING and well worth it. I highly recommend it.

Overview
About
Drive an hour north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex to vast grasslands. These areas offer a variety of recreation, including hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, horseback, riding, and mountain biking. It's easy to imagine thousands of cattle grazing here along these sweeping plains.
Head to Black Creek Lake northwest of Decatur for some great fishing. At 35 acres, this is the largest lake in the grasslands. Cast your line from a boat or the shoreline. Hook some channel cats for a tasty dinner back at your campsite next to the lake.
Plenty of small lakes dot the landscape through these rolling hills. The smallest is one-fourth of an acre. Discover Rhodes Lake and Clear Lake for more fishing opportunities.
Hike through rolling hills and tall grass on 75 miles of trails. Rustic campers can pitch a tent just about anywhere in these grasslands. Check out the seven walk-in units at Black Creek Lake for convenience. None of the sites here have potable water.
