Welcome to our wooded spot nestled right on the lake, situated in a serene and picturesque cove, perfect for paddleboarding and kayaking enthusiasts. Guests also have access to a covered dock (when the lakehouse is unoccupied) and a boat launch for small fishing boats. Please note that this is currently a dry camp spot with no hookups.
Enjoy a relaxing day by the water on the nice flat area provided for picnics and water activities. Additionally, guests have permission to utilize the peninsula, dock, and ramp located next to our lakehouse. A campfire spot by the water adds to the ambiance of your lakeside retreat.
For your convenience, we offer a 6-day limit on stays. Please remember to take your trash with you as we do not have trash service available on-site. We look forward to welcoming you to our tranquil lakeside getaway.

We stayed at campsite #7 we loved the spot so beautiful and quiet. We had an amazing time. We also enjoyed Sunday brunch that was super fun. We got the most delicious bottle of wine! Would love to came here again it was definitely amazing!

My family and I had a great weekend camping at site 15. Everything was clearly marked and well maintained. This site is pretty private although 14 is somewhat nearby. Also has a walking trail going through the back of it but no big deal.
Also had the pleasure of meeting Walt on our way to have brunch which was pretty cool.
Sherry was our waitress at the winery for brunch and she was exceptional, she also took the time to give us a lot of background on the ranch which was great. My family and I will definitely be back!

The host of the property was very nice, called to help me get to the property, even had offered brunch the next morning, this hospitality is extremely rare in my book, but that’s just the host, let me talk about the site, I chose original tent site 7, it was nice, had a tree in the center and somewhat tucked into the trees, gave just the right amount of a hideaway and open valley that I absolutely loved it. I absolutely love how the site was well maintained, this means not only do the campers have respect for the property, but the host does too. I would definitely consider coming back again. Maybe with a bigger tent because I managed to grab the smallest one I own. The property might be a bit out there, but the scenic drive is a win.

I loved fishing on Susan’s land. Beautiful day in late December, caught lots of fish. Spend the day kayaking around looking for the ultimate big bass. Finally, caught the big one right before I packed up. My two dogs had the best time running and swimming for hours. I was able to meet Susan and her husband, super nice people. I would highly recommend this place.

A great place to cold weather camp. Well taken care of, quiet, and beautiful. Lots of wildlife, nice walks, everything you need is there. The send off I got from the coyotes on my last morning was just amazing and peaceful.

This was our third time camping at 4R, and it’s honestly becoming one of our favorite traditions. The campgrounds are always clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. My kids love exploring the area — hiking the trails, walking the hills, and finding new little spots each time we come.
Evenings are our favorite part. Sitting around the campfire, making s’mores, and playing games in the tent once the sun goes down always ends up being the highlight of the trip. It’s such a great mix of quiet, nature, and time together without distractions.
Every visit has been consistently great, and this one was no different. If you’re looking for an easy, kid-friendly camping spot with gorgeous views, space to explore, and a warm, relaxing atmosphere, 4R Ranch is hard to beat. We’ll definitely be back.

I loved the dispersed tent camping area, a perfect place for my dog to run around and I could see how it’d be easy for a large group! And the flexibility of being able to go to the tasting room up the hill to grab a wine bottle or two cannot be overstated. Very nice, would recommend.

The Winery and Restaurant offer a fantastic view.
We didn't do the winery tasting but plan to do that next time.
