If you ever experienced, as a kid, going to the country to visit grandparents/aunt or uncles - this is an adventure just like that with dirt (mud puddles and all) driveway (approx. 1100 ft. long).
This is a private property of 10 acres of lightly wooded, sloping areas with a pond and a private residence of 2300 sq. ft. which have guest rooms available as a BnB - Book rooms on AirBnB or Booking.com. It is NOT a manicured estate but rather land with mowed rustic trails with a old pond with water critters, bullfrogs, fishes, water spiders, tiny snails. There is an occasional Blue Herring, Wood Ducks and Canadian Geese that stop by as well as other wildlife.

Welcome to Four Willows Regenerative Farm! Ever since we moved onto this beautiful property a few years ago, we dreamed of sharing it with others. It is a truly magical and peaceful setting, and we hope you love it here as much as we do!
The property is made up of 48 mostly wooded acres. Our home, vegetable and herb gardens, mini-orchard of various fruit trees, and little farm are situated on the front few acres with the forest and campsites situated behind the barn and pond.
We currently have an off-grid luxury tent set up for your use in a small clearing near the front portion of the forest, as well as several spots throughout the forest available if you prefer rustic tent camping with your own set up. We're still growing, and hope to add water and electric one day, but for now we welcome you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and enjoy the off-grid experience. We have a communal portapotty set up with a makeshift handwashing station for your use, and you can feel free to bring a generator or rent ours.
We are happy to provide tours of the farm where you can meet the animals, or to show you around the forest. There are several easy trails throughout the woods, along which you will find raspberries, blackberries, mushrooms and other things to forage at various times of the year. It is a perfect place for bird watching, seeing other wildlife, and stargazing. Please be aware that you will find ticks, mosquitoes, and poison ivy throughout the woods. We are actively using regenerative approaches to manage these issues, but they are an unfortunate part of nature and we ask you to use caution. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need help with identifying anything.
We are located a few minutes away from the beautiful and historic Medina village, along the Erie canal, where you will find several cute shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a boat launch, a skatepark, several playgrounds, and grocery stores within a few minutes from us, and we are just down the road from the National Iroquois Wildlife refuge. Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester are all within about an hour drive as well if you're looking for a central base from which to explore the WNY region.

It's fully hooked up with hot water, electricity, and wifi.
The back bedroom mattresses and kitchen benches are made from organic and non-toxic materials. The kitchen bench and table transform into an additional sleeping space for one adult or 2 small kids.
There is a top-of-the-line OGO composting toilet. Research it online so you know all about it. The camper has a wet bath shower with hot water.
You will likely see us working in the gardens on weekends and occasionally in the evenings after work. We love to share and will offer you fresh garden veggies and flowers when they're in abundance...which is often.
You will experience starry nights and birdsong mornings. It's truly an incredible space. Feel free to have a bonfire in the backyard pit or use the portable fire pit outside the camper. We'll have plenty of wood for you.
There is so much to do in the Finger Lakes Region of New York, and we have a ton of suggestions for you. Just ask, and we're happy to share, based on your preferences.

Weekend Trip to Overgrown Ridge Camp By Letchworth
My girlfriend and I went here for Valentines Day. We went to letchworth state park before hand and saw the waterfalls and walked around the available paths that weren’t closed off in the winter. The site is about 20 minutes away. The driveway was easy to find and plenty of space to park and unpack. Jalin left us a wagon to put our stuff in and walk the plowed path to the tent. The tent is very secluded and private and quite cozy inside. It’s very clean and tidy inside. The chocolate chip cookies he left were delicious. The bed was quite comfortable and we stayed warm from the wood stove and the blankets provided even though it was below frozen outside the tent. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting in the letchworth area.

This was a really fun stay in a well-equipped tent. The bed was super comfortable with pillows and extra linens provided. The dresser had some cooking utensils and the hosts even provided pour over coffee and cookies! The wood stove helped keep the cold away (in the teens at night) and they even got it going before we arrived and dropped off 5 gallons of water. Having solar power and lights was really great. Probably the nicest outhouse I've ever been in. Jalin was really nice and very accommodating having plowed the snow on the trail back to the tent (about 150 yards). We snowshoed on the trails and took our dogs out in the snow. They loved and so did we!

Beautiful property and so convenient to not have to put up my own tent. The tent is wonderful equipped with a wood burning stove. I camped on a reeeealllly cold & windy night so it was nice to have my Mr. Buddy heater to supplement in the middle of the night when I didn’t feel like tending to the fire. I didn’t have time to explore the other paths and I’m so bummed because it looked like an amazing place to frolick! If you are a star gazer, this is your place! The hosts were so amazing and very accommodating. I appreciated the fire!

The site is tucked back in hidden from everything but a field. The tent is great and the wood stove worked wonderfully once we remembered how vents work. The bed was quite comfortable but pick your side wisely if you are over 6 ft.
The outhouse seems brand new and the short trails around the property are a nice morning walk.
We were comfortably warm in the 30s, except for when I let the fire go out. Will definitely be stopping by again when it warms back up.

This spot is a hidden gem — peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained. The site has small walking trails that are great for a quiet morning stroll or an evening walk to unwind. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the setup of the site to the little touches that make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
It’s also conveniently located — only about 10 minutes from town, with easy access to gas stations, Walmart, and McDonald’s if you need to grab anything. You get the best of both worlds here: the calm and privacy of nature with the convenience of nearby amenities.
We had a wonderful stay and left feeling refreshed. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a bit of nature without being too far from town!

We would call this place as the paradise ! What an amazing, nature, picturesque place! We love mountains, and if you missed mountains, this place gives you that opportunity. First, we want to thank a lot for the delicious cookies, and care! The secondly, we are grateful for that care! We booked a week ago, and the owner family provide us their heating, so we stay warm. The third, this place is close to Letchworth state park, and to local supermarkets like Walmart and Tops. The camp house made with love, hospitality, care, everything created with usefulness. Clean camp, even toilet is super clean! You have a shower, picnic table , cozy big bed and sofa, even own little hiking trail! Peaceful place, definitely highly recommend, come with your friends or family! The camp house has everything what u need ! You can charge your phone, if you want a quick coffee , they have a teapot works by solar panels. We enjoyed a lot and happy! Thank you so much! We definitely inshallah, come back ! We spent a couple days on Karin's property and we had a great time. The site we stayed on was the site with the camper. My daughter, her husband and their 2-year-old stayed in the camper. My wife and I setup a tent on the same site.
The camper was really nice for the kids because my daughter is pregnant and they didn't have to worry about climbing in and out of a tent or sleeping on a blowup mattress. The site is nice and opens to a field with a couple horses. Karin and her husband let us bring the granddaughter into the barn area to visit with the horses, a couple goats and chickens. She also let my granddaughter play on the swing set they have at their home.
The site also has a fire pit and Jim brought us some firewood. We had also stopped to get some firewood on the way there, but it was really nice they gave us some. There is plenty of kindling laying around to get the fire started. The site is nicely shaded so you don't have to bring a pop-up to block the sun.
Karin also gave us a half dozen eggs, put some kid's books in the camper and gave us some stuff to make s'mores with.
The camper was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. There were towels in the bathroom and the bed was freshly made. We were able to park our vehicles at the campsite.
We didn't explore the surrounding area because we were there for a short time and wanted to relax.
Karin and Jim are wonderful hosts, and the place is great to get away for a while.

My family and I loved our time at Overgrown Ridge! The property was lovely and the camp was comfortable and convenient. You can tell the owners really thought about how to provide a rustic experience with creature comforts (the bed was sooo comfortable!). Jalin was super responsive whenever we had a question, and and we appreciated all the personal touches. My kids especially enjoyed the delicious cookies! We would definitely recommend!

Be prepared to have close neighbors and to walk about a half a mile to the beach - still an amazing spot for friends and families!

Didn't love this campsite. The sites are right beside a large highway and we had cars whizzing by our campsite all night. Arrived late in the shoulder-season and had a hard time figuring out how to access the sites (there's a huge roadway through the park that is quite confusing in the dark!) The staff in the morning were grouchy.
