Parking area is 12 foot wide, but has an additional 5 feet of grass on one side if you have a slide-out. Full parking lot behind the property to make it an easy pull-in to our yard from the lot for any size rig. Fence closes behind you to keep you fully enclosed and private.
Shared yard space with us in the main house, free use of our beautiful backyard with fairy lights and mango trees. Take as many free mangoes as you like (when they're in season)! Yard is fully fenced in and pet-friendly, but we do have a pet cat on the property and ask that your outdoor pet be monitored when in the yard.

Loved camping here! We had the mango tree spot and loved how spacious it felt. We brought our 3 dogs and they really enjoyed the gated dog park area, I thought that was a really nice touch for camper with their furry friends! The property is lovely and quaint. My 4 year old enjoyed roaming around playing in dirt and visiting the horses. We liked sitting in our chairs outside and just watching the horses every morning, it was so peaceful. Everything went smoothly and Julia is very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this property!!

What a wonderful place to spend a few days—or even a few weeks—relaxing with all the amenities you could need. My partner and I enjoyed several days of warm sunshine in a beautifully maintained and thoughtfully landscaped neighborhood. Unlike the congestion of many RV parks, this space felt open and private, almost like having our own small property.
We also appreciated the nearby shops and the culture of this part of Margate. It was an ideal balance of quiet retreat and access to local life. For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is excellent—just about 30 minutes from outstanding mountain biking and trail systems at Markham Park and Amelia Earhart Park.
The experience truly lived up to the promise and was well worth the trip.
One minor consideration for those traveling with dogs: while the park is dog-friendly, the streets are narrow and there are many reminders to keep pets off private lawns. It’s manageable, but worth being aware of when planning walks.

Julia was very friendly and accommodating! We arrived late and had to leave early without issue. The location is great for proximity to stores/restaurants. Our site was very level, clean and there was even an area for our dog to play! If we're ever back in the area again, we will definitely be grabbing a spot at this property.

Very nice spot with beautiful landscaping. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again. Host very responsive and easy to deal with. The Wi-Fi worked great.
We had a 26ft travel trailer and needed to back in from the road. This was not a huge deal as there is virtually no traffic on the road and it is very wide. There was a trash bin and recycling near the site fornus to use which was very convenient.
