We are 25 minutes from Okeechobee City, the bass fishing capital of the world, 45 minutes to Fort Pierce, & 35 miles from Sebring International Raceway. The Kissimmee Prairie State Park is very close by. The prairie is the darkest part of Florida. Astronomers, bring your telescopes and cameras to capture the night.
You will possibly see cows, bobcats, wild turkeys, wild pigs, armadillos, birds, or the neighbors dogs might show up. Don’t worry, they are quite friendly.
We have a 50 amp RV Hookup with NO septic and plenty of space for primitive camping.
Bring your horse, but there is no paddock or barn.
The storage building on the premises is not part of the rental, please leave it alone.
There is electricity and non-potable water. The water is safe for teeth brushing, washing dishes, and showering, but it does have a very strong smell of sulfur. There is an outhouse. Please use it sparingly & only flush toilet paper provided. There is an outside sink, an outside shower with no privacy, a picnic table and a fire pit. If you come with your RV, please use your RV toilet. There will be a major fine for any septic dumping.
1/3 of the land is cleared and 2/3 is full of mature oak trees and trails. It is fenced with barbed wire fencing.
Please keep your food trash in your cars & take it with you. You do not want to attract predators. You can recycle, or throw away any trash that is not related to food in the garbage can. Keep an eye on your small dogs. There are also snakes and predatory birds.

All of the listed locations offer great opportunities for fishing, hunting, swimming, and beach hangouts. Each of the sites allows for watching the livestock, hanging out at the watering hole, and sitting around the communal campfire.
Our favorite things about our property are privacy, amenities, and all of the roaming mini livestock throughout the property!
Your hosts do not live onsite however, will be available to you during your visit. We are friendly and as non-invasive as we can be. We do love meeting our guests and are available for any questions that come up. Our primary purpose when developing this property was to create a safe space for children with special needs and their families. We are a no judgment zone and adhere to Hipcamp's inclusion policy.

We have a large mango tree (mangoes are seasonal) and over 150 mango trees that range from starts to three-year-old trees scattered around the property. Additionally, we have an outdoor pool. Pool hours 8am to 6pm or ask for special times.
You can enjoy boating, kayaking, sailboats, and BBQs right at our lakeside dock. Not into lakes? You can swim in our outdoor pool with a waterfall and decorative koi pond close by. The views of the lake are stunning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cypress Inlet Resort! The staff onsite were very friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive. We loved that the privacy fencing gave us our own little campsite and made the space feel comfortable and private.
We loved the location and enjoyed hiking at Circle B Bar Reserve and biking the Panther Trail. We had read other reviews mentioning road noise, but it really wasn’t bad at all. We could hardly hear it over our RV’s AC, and it never bothered us during our stay.
Thank you for a great stay! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

I loved camping here! Waking up with longhorns in your front yard and horses to the side. It's what Florida is supposed to be with beautiful views of the lake. My kids loved all the animals and exploring the land. Lorraine made it such a memorable experience. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Host Lee was very accommodating, coureous and provided a clean, safe, level and quiet site with full hookups. We stayed 3 days and were able to visit family in the area. The sites are located on a nice level grassy pasture with easy access to area shopping and attractions. The area is very quiet. We highly recommend this host and this location.

Firstly, Matthew gave great directions to get there & how to set up. I told him this was my maiden voyage in my camper van & I greatly appreciated his suggestion of which site would work best for my needs. I wanted a peaceful & quiet place all to myself for a couple days & his property provided just what I was looking for. I would definitely stay again. This site felt safe & As a solo, 60ish female this was important Also, I enjoyed his dock on the lake across the street.

We were excited to learn of the app first and foremost and was able to book an immediate campsite wven at such a late hour . Dany was very welcoming , made sure we found it easily . We had a 4x4 Jeep Cherokee ( big tires and lifted ) so the sand he mentions was bot bad at all . Very nice and private set up . Loved that it had little marked trails , firepit and off grid restroom room . I always enjoy those added perks . Very quiet area and the sky watcher views were awesome . Highly recommended ,

It's summer (off-season in Florida) and we had the place to ourselves. Matthew was welcoming and accomodating. The boat-house on the lake offered great views a and refreshing breeze. It was relaxing and peaceful. It was sad to see how the mango trees took a big hit from the freeze in January, but many are resprouting! We"ll be back!

Weekend Trip to JB Resort
My second time staying here and we were the only ones there. It was so nice and relaxing. W rented the camper trailer and totally enjoyed it. Even went out to an early dinner with the owners on Saturday and met some local friends of theirs. The hosts were very hospitable a well.

Super private. Super stargazing (no light pollution).
Shady with mature trees 🌴 and feels like a garden. Day long shade for your vehicle.

I loved every moment of my stay except for the moment I got lost and ran my car in a rut. Lol That was all my mistake. I could get to my campsite but it took several tries to find my way out. My stay was a 10/10. After those attempts, i had it mastered. I walked many miles exploring the camp. The animals were so fun to watch! I loved it all. I already have my spot picked out for my next stay! Oh, They have the sweetest gal at the front desk!

We had a very nice and very clean and neat campsite. The view of the orange grove was perfect. We thought their entire place was extremely well-cared for. The pool was great and there are lots of gathering areas. It's quiet at night, just what we like. The hosts are very nice! We'd stay again.

Anthony was a great host with excellent communication from start to finish. The RV site was spacious, easy to access, and very comfortable to park in. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 4th of July there. This was the 3rd time there and am already scheduled for 3 additional trips. The hosts Bolton and James are great, the grounds are meticulously maintained. We did not use the hot tub this trip but spent lots of time in the pool. Other campers and local friends came to join the festivities and were so much fun.... A great time for all!!!

Cristy was great about being available, and personally greeting us when we arrived.
I would recommend a stay here, but with caveats. If you want potable water, Cristy does provide a connection to her house spigot, but unless you want to attach to her garden hose, bring at least 75' of your own, drinking-water hose.
There's enough space for a slide, of course, but I don't think you could also extend an awning due to tighter parking, and adjacent/overhanging trees.
As you might expect in this part of Florida, there are tons of ants. Know how to prevent ants in an RV, if you plan to stay here.
Close to civilization, while keeping a quiet, private feel.
Cristy was helpful, available, and tipped us off to where and when we could watch a rocket launch from her driveway.

We love the RV port. It gives us great shade and is a nice private spot. The dogs love being able to roam. We enjoy the Saturday happy hours by the pool. A large property with great landscaping and lots of seating areas and firepits. The hosts are welcoming and responsive. This is a perfect weekend spot.
