Here in Auburndale, Florida, we are a lakefront property with two palm trees greeting you at our front driveway. We have lake dock access to Lake Ariana with 300 ft of shoreline, a lakefront BBQ area, and a boat launching area for kayaks and inflatables right here at our docks.
We have a large mango tree (mangoes are seasonal) and over 150 mango trees that range from starts to three-year-old trees scattered around the property. Additionally, we have an outdoor pool. Pool hours 8am to 6pm or ask for special times.
You can enjoy boating, kayaking, sailboats, and BBQs right at our lakeside dock. Not into lakes? You can swim in our outdoor pool with a waterfall and decorative koi pond close by. The views of the lake are stunning.
If you want to explore nearby attractions, we are close to Florida theme parks such as Disney, LegoLand, and Bush Gardens, and it's only a 40-minute drive to Gulf Coast beaches (we supply all beach gear; just ask). If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road.
PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

We loved exploring Kimberly‘s land and the tiny house our family stayed in! She provided us with lots of amenities and my kids loved the DVDs! They had the most fun finding cool sticks and plants, and us adults appreciated the grill and fire pit and seating areas. Kim provided us with everything we needed for our stay!

We had such a fun stay at Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Auburndale. The campground was clean, well maintained, and had a great atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The RV sites were spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was always something going on around the resort.
The pools, live music, and activities really gave it that relaxing vacation vibe while still being family friendly. We also appreciated how convenient everything was on-site, from food and drinks to the camp store and amenities. It felt more like a resort experience than a typical campground.
Overall, it was a great mix of relaxing and entertaining, and we’re already talking about planning another trip back. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun Florida camping getaway.

I camped here a few nights while visiting friends in Winter Haven. It's perfect for that, or for visiting nearby Legoland/Cypress Gardens, and close enough to the wonderful downtown area to ride my bike. Nice view of the little marina, and mere blocks away from a Publix and some fast-food chains. The site feels safe in a nice neighborhood, has full hookups, and a responsive host.
As another reviewer mentioned, these sites do back up to a modestly-busy road behind the privacy fence, unfortunately right next to a stop sign, making any vehicle with a noisy motor especially loud as they accelerate from a stop. However, inside my camper I couldn't hear it much, at least not over the sound of my own A/C unit, and it certainly didn't affect my sleep.
Only other "cons" to these sites are that there are no picnic tables or fire rings onsite, and no campfires allowed.
Note that the oak tree in Site #1 covers that site and Site #2, and the shade really helps under the hot sun. However, if you want to deploy a Starlink for internet, you probably want Site #3 (I used cellular in Site #2, though, and had strong signal on both AT&T and Verizon networks).

Wonderful place! No playground, but still soooo much for the kids to do! Swimming pool, fishing, perfect for riding bikes, riding scooters, passing the football, enjoying nature, just being outside! 10/10 recommend and bring a golf cart if you have one (they are also available to rent). The Cowboy Cajun food truck (DELICIOUS) and camp store were wonderful! They had a raffle for a local girls softball team going on at the pavilion too! We will definitely be back and will tell everyone about Camp Mack!

We loved this camp. The RVport was perfect. The cover provided great shade and we had our own little sitting area. It looked out over the garden area. The pool was a nice size and there was an umbrella shading part of it. The whole area is beautifully landscaped and there are plenty of tables and chairs for sitting. Not to mention the fountain and fire pit areas. Our dogs loved being able to roam off leash as well as having our own area in the RVport. We enjoyed happy hour with Jaime and Bolton and the neighbors. They are thoughtful hosts. We can't wait to return!

We enjoyed the entire trip. The hosts were very friendly and informative. It is especially nice that as long as your dogs are friendly the grounds are fenced and you can let your dogs roam freely.

Great Tent Camping Spot in the City. Lee was Top Notch Host, very communicate and met me on site. Lee allowed me to drive back and pick my own spot and that's important on some Working Ranches. Plenty of close by convenience stores. The site was exactly what I was looking for to try out some new gear and take My hound on first outing. Well maintained, private and secure . We will be back

Cute spot right across from the beach. Full hookups available. We had a good time going to Kennedy Space Center and eating at the local eatery's. Great spot to be close to everything. Our host kept in touch with us and gave great detailed instructions on getting there and hooked up. Will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to JB Resort
My partner Ray and I loved staying in the “cabin” camper. Everything was immaculate and all the comforts if home.
All the other campers were really nice and fun.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Jaime and Bolton are excellent hosts and keep the campground in excellent condition.
We’ll definitely be returning!

Really nice property. Feels like you have all 5 acres to yourself. Host Lee couldn't be a better host. He mentioned several guests have gotten lost finding the property. I did too. Somewhere during the reservation G maps put his loc as the spot on the description, about 20 minutes south of the actual. I realized that putting the Address in G maps is the right way to go. Maybe this info can be added to the description.

The hosts, Jamie and Bolton, were friendly, helpful and great about making introductions and “breaking the ice” with fellow campers and “day pass” visitors who were local and a few who drove some distance to enjoy the pool and hospitality. This was great for a first timer like myself.
Very friendly, welcoming and inclusive fellow guests.
I will definitely return, as it is only two hours from home.

Kimberly place was truly amazing! It is the perfect place to unwind and relax. You won’t worry about the bustling world around you because this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was close by. Kimberly truly went above and beyond as a host. To welcoming us upon arriving, to even picking up logs for us to have a fire. Her small personal touches made the cabin even more comfortable. We will definitely be back in the near future! ❤️✌️
