Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina, event space, and camping area on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain.
Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers, three camp sites, and an on-site cafe.
Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year.
The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage, it is accessible via car, boat, or via the adjacent Amtrak rail line.
Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property.
From Father's Day to Labor Day, the Marina hosts the Port Henry Waterfront Farmers' Market every Friday between 5PM and 8PM. The Market features farms, makers, artists, food trucks and Live Music every week

This 1-4 person A frame comes with 2 to 4 sleeping cots, 2 hammocks (available) with hanging space inside or out and plenty of space to pitch a tent all around, tent included. Down by the runoff stream (sometimes there is no runoff!) you'll find a fire ring with a cooking grill and outdoor seating. Inside the A frame you're provided a lantern, gas cook stove, kitchen ware, food storage cooler and small table and chairs. 14 gallons of potable water is provided. There is a small corner loo inside the A frame with a flushing RV type toilet for the ladies and also a comfortable Adirondack outhouse with an ecological waste removing system. Although the A frame is UNHEATED, there is a small propane space heater available to take off the chill of a cool Adirondack evening. A 1 lb Propane bottle is provided. Additional Propane is available to purchase. This 5-acre quiet paradise is surrounded by on site walking trails where the only sounds are the owls and an occasional airplane. Camp TedRock is close to many popular Adirondack adventures including nearby Crane Mountain, spectacular Garnet Lake, Lake George, the Hudson River and many more. Top quality kayak packages are available upon request at an additional charge. What an amazing private spot, right up against the rolling creek!! It was an absolute delight sleeping there. Keith had the space all cleared, a beautiful fire pit w/ a grill tripod w/ a grate to cook on, some chairs& a tarp over the picnic table. Much appreciated!
It was our dog Daisys' first camping trip & she loved it! No one else showed up at the 2 other sites so we had it all to ourselves & we're so grateful for that since our dog tends to bark at random noises & we wanted to get her acclimated to the area w/o bothering others.
The swim hole right up the road before the campsite was absolute perfection, we had the best weather to just sit there on the rocks & hang out with Daisy.
Thank you so much Keith for the perfect peaceful trip with our dog, you have beautiful property & a great set up & we will def be back now that we know Daisy loves camping!! Cya soon!

We really enjoyed Jay’s campsite. Ours was located right next to the river, with beautiful views, and tucked away nicely in the woods. We heard lots of owl calls and other nice bird songs.
Very close to Keene Valley and the high peaks. There is firewood available for sale, which we appreciated. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

We stayed one night to attend a concert at SPAC. 20 minutes away and close to downtown Saratoga too! The two sites were level and fhu. We chose site 2 since the sewer and water/electric were on the same side and easily connected with the equipment we had. Site 1 is larger and you can park in the shade and is a larger site. Unfortunately, the sewer was on the service side but water and electric were far apart on the passenger side. To make it work, plan to have longer hoses and an extension cord. Mike was great and met us to figure it all out. We will definitely come back. Many thanks again.

This place is AMAZING. Host was fantastic - communication was great. The site had everything needed - they literally thought of everything (even salt and pepper!) Extraordinarily clean and well laid out. Much better than most hotels/AirBnBs that I’ve stayed at…and a creek running nearby. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

PJ and Erica are awesome and it is reflected through the staff and the people who camp there! We are definitely going back and possibly even getting a seasonal site. We love how secluded the pump house was. There was a lot of space for setting up. I would not suggest this spot for anyone with very young children as there are drop offs and poison ivy along the wooded areas. Over all this was a great site. We loved the cafe! 10 out of ten would recommend trying the cafe! The bathrooms and laundry were clean and a huge bonus.

The Brookside Campsite was such a fantastic spot for some ADK camping during the long Memorial Day weekend. Ted seriously sets you up for such an easy stay: A nicely stocked camp kitchen tucked into the beautiful pavilion (complete with a table and benches), Adirondack chairs to lounge on, and solar lighting for the evenings. The outhouse is one of the nicest and tidiest I've seen, and the additional dish washing station and outdoor shower (with HOT WATER!) were beyond lovely. We had plenty of cozy fires, and enjoyed walking alongside the brook. The location is also excellent--easy to get to plenty of spots for hiking and recreating. We also took a peek at the cabin on the property (it's awesome!) and look foward to booking another stay in the future!

Well manicured site. Outhouse was clean and even had a solar powered light inside and outside as well as toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Directions were easy and clear. Would definitely stay here again.
