Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina, event space, and camping area on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain.
Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers, three camp sites, and an on-site cafe.
Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year.
The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage, it is accessible via car, boat, or via the adjacent Amtrak rail line.
Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property.
From Father's Day to Labor Day, the Marina hosts the Port Henry Waterfront Farmers' Market every Friday between 5PM and 8PM. The Market features farms, makers, artists, food trucks and Live Music every week

Sunday.
● A variety of activities will be offered/available though the vibe of the weekend is
relaxed and laid back!
● Guests will need to check out on Sunday by 12:00 pm.

● The Mountaineer Waterfront will be open to swim and boat at your own risk.
● A friendly cornhole tournament will be held late in the afternoon on Saturday.

This off-the-grid tiny house is nestled on a 23 acre parcel at the end of a quarter-mile dirt road. The property itself is secluded but is less than 2 miles from the heart of Saranac Lake's downtown. This property is bordered by the Saranac River, the backside of Baker Mountain and State Forest. The only other building on the property is our timberframe which we may or may not be at during the time of your visit. The property does have private trails up to the cliffs on the backside of Baker mtn however, the Saranac River is down a steep embankment so it does not make for a good place to launch a boat (several public boat launches nearby).
The Mt Baker tiny house is a great basecamp for hiking the Saranac Lake 6-ers, paddling/boating along the Saranac Chain of lakes or Saranac River, Mountain Biking at Dewey, Pisgah or other nearby BETA trails.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
This tiny cabin is completely off the grid: no electricity, heat or cooling.
Queen sized bed - we provide the linens.
The driveway is narrow - so nothing in tow.
Drinking water is provided via jug and dispenser.
There is a brand new outhouse (no flushable toilet)
We have a designated spot for campfires (smores are a must)

5 nights at Camp TedRock Adirondack Retreat
Camp TedRock was exactly what we were looking for! An off the grid experience with some amenities that make it comfortable but still have the primitive camping feel.Ted thought of all the little things that make this happen!
Ted met us there and gave us the rundown on where to get supplies if we needed to in Warrensburg, had a great book with information, hiking suggestions, reading material, and games.
Since there is no cell service at the site, we have played more games of cards, Yahtzee, and checkers than I think we ever had! It was great to not have a phone!
Camp TedRock is a beautiful place to recharge from busy life.
I would highly recommend purchasing the breakfast package with local syrup, bacon, eggs, pancake mix, and English muffins. This was delivered in a cooler and has all you need for a great pre-hike breakfast.
We hiked the Sleeping Beauty trail, Snow Mountain, and the Rooster Comb. We plan on coming back and start on a couple of the 46ers.
This has been one of the most relaxing and memorable trips we have ever had. We will be back!

Great little private place would be amazing if you show up with a group and take all the sites chickens kept it basically bug free the owner was very nice. It’s a little gem hidden in the woods access to the creek the river, the tracks and close enough to so many other places to have fun.

Everything, very accommodating when we arrived and couldn’t get our car to the one sit he told us to back somewhere else move a table and fire pit and set up somewhere else. The outhouse was really nice, and everything was very private. Would 100% recommend it

We loved staying at Ted’s property! The location is great, you’re secluded enough to never hear any traffic or city sounds, but still not too far of a drive into town. The campsite itself is very well maintained, Ted clearly takes great care of it. The bed in the cabin is super comfortable too, if I were to come back to the area I would definitely stay here again!

The camp site was exactly what we were looking for! Everything is very clean, we got upgraded to the RV site because there was an open space. We didn't even ask, they just offered! Bathrooms were very clean, were private and had hot water. Could not have asked for a better spot, lake is right down the road!

Group trip
Cara was very accommodating when someone with a RV was in our spot. The people who were there took our site by mistake. We communicated with Cara who got us situated in another site with water & electricity which we requested. We were able to stay in the other camp spot for both nights. Cara was very receptive to our needs. The camp site was clean. We had a very nice visit there & we will definitely be back. Thank you Cara!

This was our first use of HipCamp site. If all the sites are as nice as Saddle Hill I can’t wait to find out next location. This was a well manicured camp site. Each site has its own outhouse that was amazingly clean, has a light inside and did not smell. There were enough chairs for our group as well as a picnic table. Beautiful farm setting. My only complaint would be that it is close to the highway so we could hear the traffic all night. Other than that our was amazing!

Weekend Trip to Mountaineer Family Camp @Massawepie
Amazing location. Cabin was adorable and had everything you’d need; comfy bed; large fridge; porch with chairs; Easy access to washrooms and lakeside. Staff was very accommodating. Lake was so serene. Could hear loons calling.

Spacious skies was the epitome of a fabulous 1970s campsite. In every good way possible. It was absolutely full of families some of them huge kids being outside and having a great time playing with each other. The campsites were relatively tight but plenty of room for me. They had a dog park, Good bathrooms, two swimming pools, two amazing kids play areas, and a fabulous River to swim in. If I lived in this area, I would make it a point to make sure that my family and I stayed here again.

Nice quiet spot. Just a short walk down the street to a public beach. Good communication with host. Enjoyed visiting the trolls at the Wild center.
